Essay on the topic: I want to tell about my teacher.( 1 place at the district stage of the Republican competition “Teacher! Before your name…”, dedicated to the Year of the Teacher.

For almost half a century, my beloved teacher Vasily Nikiforovich Gorshkov worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature. How many children did he raise! How many have you instilled a love for the Word! Indeed, a great man who created a masterpiece. A man who has become a master! His masterpiece today is our life and our bright memory of him. And in order to create a masterpiece, you need, firstly, to love the work that you do, and secondly, to love children. It was all with my Teacher.

School years are wonderful, ”we sang at school once,

But time passed quickly, and childhood went somewhere.

Let them be covered with gray hair for a long time - the memory in us is dead,

Memories of dear teachers, she is alive!

He gave us his strength, knowledge, skills bit by bit

The experience of life, wisdom, he gave the way to all his students.

Be calm, my Teacher is kind! We are on the right track

Never, under any roads, we will not turn off the wrong path.

We remember you with love, you remained forever young.

Everything that you once dreamed of, believe: we will definitely implement it.

Thank you! My dear Teacher, who taught me to love school. Every morning, when I open the familiar door, I hear the music of the sonorous voices of children and think: I am glad that school years walked side by side with you. Time passed, feelings subsided, but the memory remained.

teacher of Russian language and literature Olga Alekseevna Logvinova

Education: secondary - vocational (5 course OmSPU)

Work experience: 5.5 years

Project theme : "Development of cognitive activity of students through new information technologies in the lessons of the Russian language and literature."

2014

What is happiness?
I will boldly answer
Happy is he who does the right thing for everyone.
Happiness is in the morning, going to work,
To know: the worries of the school and your worries.

Each person has his own Path - the path that he chooses and follows it all his life. My path is my conscious choicebe a teacher . It is a choice made, perhaps, in the earliest childhood. Sometimes I even think: “Maybe I didn’t choose this profession, but she chose me for a long time, patiently and persistently?”

I became a teacher of Russian language and literature unexpectedly for myself, they simply asked: "Try it." I tried it - I liked it, I decided for myself, I will go to study as a philologist. Simultaneously with entering the OmSPU, I decided to study my subject not only from the theoretical, but also from the practical side, and noticed that many students do not have a need for knowledge, there is no interest in learning. What is the essence of the need for knowledge? How does it arise? How is it developing? What pedagogical means can be used to form students' interest in knowledge? These questions concern many teachers and parents. Teachers know that a student cannot be successfully taught if he treats learning and knowledge indifferently, without interest. Therefore, the interests of students must be formed and developed.

Current state sociologists and philosophers call the development of civilization "information society". To ensure the competitiveness of a graduate in such a society, I consider it appropriate to use information and communication technologies. With the implementation of the "Concept of modernization Russian education until 2010” and the project “Informatization of the education system”, the possibilities of their use have significantly expanded.

The development of society necessitates the transition of the school to a new educational paradigm, where the interests of the student's personality, the development of his abilities and potentialities, the satisfaction of individual requests and educational needs come to the fore. With the advent of information technology training, it became possible to realize the goals and objectives facing the participants of modern educational process.

Today, the teacher has the opportunity to qualitatively change the process of education and upbringing: information and communication technologies facilitate the creative work of the teacher, help to improve, accumulate and develop their pedagogical findings. When switching to an intensive path of development of education, it is necessary, first of all, to change the teaching methods themselves, to find other, less declarative ways of presenting knowledge. The ability to independently work with information, find, comprehend, transform and, finally, synthesize new knowledge based on the available information is the most promising direction for development. educational process which will allow students to further build a line of self-education and self-development.

The school, in particular every teacher of the information age, faces the task of developing the cognitive activity and independence of students. With the change in the content of education, approaches to the educational process, the emergence of new pedagogical technologies, including information and communication, the possibilities of solving this problem have expanded significantly.

The inclusion in the educational process of various sources and methods of obtaining information, including with the help of information and communication technologies, the assessment of trust in these sources, training in the search for and refutation of errors, the ability to find other, more reliable sources, leads to the activation cognitive activity schoolchildren.

main goal I consider my activity to be the creation of conditions for the development of cognitive interest in the Russian language and literature, the formation of the desire to learn, develop, cultivate interest in the subject, mastering the skills and abilities of self-knowledge.

Main tasks I consider the development and strengthening of interest in the subject as my pedagogical activity;

use of new pedagogical technologies; improvement of forms of organization of educational activities;

disclosure of abilities, intellectual, creative, moral potential of each student.

Quality of educational programs

In my work, I rely on regulatory documents: the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education".

Students are taught on the basis of the requirements of the State Educational Standard and the Federal State Educational Standard?

Educational programs and resource support meet the requirements of the State Standard and the Federal State Educational Standard. Educational and methodical complexes are selected from the lists of literature recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science; they are coordinated and approved by the district methodological associations of teachers of the Russian language and literature.

In the subject "Literature" I usea line of educational and methodological complexes edited by V. Ya. Korovina.

In the line of textbooks edited by V.Ya. Korovina clearly traces a consistent, systematic appeal to the study of oral folk art, works of ancient Russian literature, Russian literature of the 18th–20th centuries, works of foreign literature. Additional components of the educational and methodological complex contribute to a more successful implementation of the activity aspect in the study of literature.

In each textbook of the line, the emphasis is on one leading problem: in grade 5 - attention to the book, in grade 6 - work of fiction and its author, in grade 7 - the features of the writer's work, in grade 8 - the relationship of literature and history, grade 9 - the beginning of the course on a historical and literary basis. Literature 10-11 grades on basic and profile levels. In the line of the UMK, edited by V.I. Korovin clearly traces a consistent systematic appeal to the study of Russian literature of the 19th-20th centuries, works of foreign literature.

In the revised line of textbooks for grades 5-9, the activity approach to the study of literature has been strengthened, the rubrication has been introduced: “Test yourself”, “Enrich your speech”, “Develop your speech”, “Learning to read expressively”, “Literature and other arts”, “Literature and Fine Arts”, “Creative Task”, “Phonochrestomathy”, “Thinking about what we read”. The textbooks include questions of increased complexity, recommendations for organizing project activities.

The phono-chrestomathy will allow you to hear works of Russian classical literature performed by famous actors of Moscow theaters, people's artists of Russia. The phonochrestomathy is accompanied by " Guidelines”, in which a methodology for working with a sounding text is given, questions and tasks are proposed for students to comprehend the acting, directing and musical interpretation of the text.

Didactic materials contain the necessary, but not included in the textbook, literary texts, portraits of writers, other illustrations, as well as questions, assignments, games, crossword puzzles, quizzes, materials for extracurricular reading, additional artistic and literary materials.

Workbooks are for independent work students; they help to analyze the work, form their own attitude towards it, create various types of oral and written statements, and conduct a dialogue.

Lesson developments contain lesson notes: the content of each lesson and materials to control the level of literary development of students.

Methodological advice for the teacher was created taking into account the most interesting experience of studying the works included in the literature program.

Verification work in literature for grades 5-9. The book contains recommendations for diagnostic, current and final verification work in literature, materials for literary games of a control nature and olympiads in literature.

The teacher will be able to trace the dynamics of the literary development of each student; criteria for evaluating written statements, as well as analytical tables, are proposed as a tool for this.

In the subject "Russian language" I use a line of educational and methodological complexes in the Russian language T.A. Ladyzhenskaya, M.T. Baranova, L. A. Trostentsova and others, grades 5-9

The work program of the Russian language course for the basic school, in addition to the distribution of educational material by year of study, contains a description of the main activities of the student.

The textbook provides the formation of linguistic, communicative, cultural competencies, develops universal learning skills in students, educates the attitude to the native language as a national value and as an important means of communication. When processing textbooks, special attention was paid to various ways of organizing educational activities, forms of interaction between participants in the educational process, aimed at achieving personal, meta-subject and subject results of the main educational program of the main general education In Russian.

The workbook includes exercises and tasks that are structured in accordance with the sections of the textbook and are designed to organize the consolidation and testing of students' knowledge of the Russian language. Exercises and creative tasks for the development of speech can be used by the teacher for work in the classroom, as homework, as well as in extracurricular activities.

First aid in Russian. The notebook contains differentiated tasks for all sections of the language course being studied and is intended for teaching schoolchildren who encounter difficulties in mastering the educational material.

The didactic material complements the practical part of the textbooks with lexical, grammatical, spelling, syntactic and punctuation exercises, as well as exercises that form and develop students' speech.

Task cards can be used both in the lesson and outside the lesson for individual lessons. All educational material is presented in them on a text basis and takes into account the peculiarities of the Russian language course in basic school. Task cards contribute to the development of spelling and punctuation literacy among students. In addition to the text and a grammar task for it, each card contains a task for the development of speech. Tasks are given in two versions, which differ in the degree of difficulty.

The methodological manual will help the teacher to understand the specifics of the revised textbooks in the Russian language, in the methodological problems of the modern school.

The manual presents the planning of educational material, taking into account changes in the school curriculum.

For each textbook of this line, manuals “Russian language. Dictations and presentations, for textbooks for grades 8 and 9 - lesson developments.

Resource quality

Modern life makes adjustments to the teaching methods. In order for a literature lesson to be interesting to students, the teacher has to master new methods of presenting material. The concept of computer technology has firmly entered our lives. Almost every school, including ours, has computers, computer classes; students study a subject such as computer science. This greatly facilitates the use of the computer in the lessons of literature and the Russian language (naturally, the teacher himself must have the skill of communicating with the computer).

The Russian language classroom where I work has a projector and Internet access. For more fruitful work, I personally purchased a laptop and a printer. Lessons, where each child must work independently with a computer, I spend in the computer science room, where there are 8 computers and 2 laptops.

For 5 years of work, didactic, methodological materials have been accumulated; electronic textbooks; multimedia electronic manuals on the Russian language and literature of the publishing house "Cyril and Methodius": "Lessons of literature grade 9", COR "1C. Tutor. Russian language”, “1C Tutor. Spelling tests”, “1C Tutor. Punctuation tests”, simulators for preparing for exams; methodological literature is also available, such as electronic, for example, the magazine "Russian Language at School", periodical, and printed, for example, “Russian in tables”, “Orthoepy in Russian language lessons”, “Speech development: innovative teaching technology”, “Non-standard and game lessons» «Olympiads in the Russian language» and others. The fund of methodological and didactic materials is constantly replenished. I work closely with school and rural libraries.

In my work I use materials from the Internet:

2. Quality of design and implementation of the learning process (management)

Validity of the relevance of the problem of professional experience. The ability to identify and formulate the leading idea.

In the conditions of modernization of education, the problem of developing the cognitive activity of schoolchildren, which is a means of forming strong knowledge, skills and abilities among students, is of particular relevance, determining the output of education to a qualitatively higher level. new level. The problem of the development of cognitive activity is of particular importance in the context of the development of the personality of schoolchildren.

In modern conditions of development of society, the requirements for education are changing. Knowledge and practical skills, as a result of learning, are considered not as an object of transfer, but as an object of assimilation, which in turn reflects the learning process in two aspects, namely: as the acquisition of knowledge and the application of knowledge, since knowledge without certain skills, abilities and conditions of their use do not solve the problems of education and human development. This goal requires the use of such forms, teaching technologies that would allow the student to be an active participant in the learning process, and the teacher would act as a stimulator of this process.

Disclosure of ways to solve a professional problem:

Process schooling Russian language and literature is clearly

purposeful: meaning the assimilation by students for some segments

time of a certain amount of knowledge and skills. A necessary condition for the learning process is the presence of interest in these subjects. The higher the interest, the more active the training is and the better its result. And in order to develop this interest, I, as a young teacher, need to master new pedagogical technologies.

Any pedagogical technology is an information technology, since it always requires something new and the basis of the technological process of learning is information and its movement (i.e., transformation). This innovation develops the ideas of programmed learning, opens up completely new, not yet explored technological learning options associated with unique opportunities. modern technology. Of particular interest to me are the possibilities of developing, problematic, information and communication technologies, electronic textbooks, Internet resources.

The computer in the classroom is a pedagogical reality that has firmly entered our lives, while I consider the computer as another addition to the learning process, and not a teaching tool that replaces the teacher and textbook.

The range of computer use is wide: from simple testing of students, games to obtaining complex information. It is a powerful tool for improving the effectiveness of training and education.

In addition, I realized that the computer increases interest in learning, allows you to adjust learning tasks according to the degree of difficulty. It helps to qualitatively change the control over the activities of students. The computer contributes to the formation of students' reflection of their activities, allows students to see the results of their work. I use the following methods of using computer technology in the lessons of the Russian language and literature:

1. Computer tests designed to monitor the level of assimilation of students' knowledge, used at the stage of consolidating and repeating what has been passed ("1C: Tutor. Russian language"). Computer tests are a clear and precise task in a specific subject area that requires an unambiguous answer.

For the teacher, the test serves as a means of making various kinds of changes aimed at improving the educational process, as well as an auxiliary tool for the current individual control of knowledge, a didactic tool for learning, including distance learning.

Schoolchildren are happy to answer computer questions, the student himself sets the pace of work and answers to questions, immediately receives an assessment for his work. He can use a hint, he can see the number of mistakes made, which makes it possible to analyze how deeply he has learned this material. In case of an unsatisfied result, the student can return to testing after re-taking the course or clarifying individual questions. Thanks to this, students acquire the skills of self-control over the assimilation of educational material.

2. Software of a teaching nature, designed to teach the transfer of educational information. These software tools imply a student-computer dialogue, during which the student acquires the skills to work according to the proposed plan, instructions, while the computer controls their implementation and manages the learning process.

3. Electronic textbooks and electronic lesson notes that have hyperlinks, animation, speaker's speech, interactive tasks, multimedia effects.

4. Media texts in electronic format (computer, Internet) (some students "download" thick volumes to their home computer fiction from the Moshkov library and bring it to the lessons on electronic media). Literary texts are used in the lesson for the analysis of poetic or prose texts, for the analysis of episodes. Students, using the capabilities of a computer, highlight a topic, find and emphasize artistic tropes and syntactic figures, determine rhyme, size, etc. Each student works independently, because. each has the text of a work of art in front of it.

5. Create slides with a text image. Pupils, using dictionaries, encyclopedias presented on disks (for example: "V.I. Dal. Dictionary living great Russian language", "Russian dictionaries", "Great Russian biographical encyclopedia"), create slides in the following sections:

Vocabulary and spelling work;

Work with a literary article;

Review of creativity of the poet, writer;

Preparation of a report about the writer, poet;

The study of any section of the language (phraseology, orthoepy, word formation).

Creation of slides with a graphic image (in the course of studying new material, students create generalizing tables, diagrams, algorithms of actions for all sections of the science of language or literature, and at the stage of consolidating what has been studied or at the stage of repeating what has been passed, they use these tables, diagrams to solve educational and cognitive tasks).

Various types of diagrams are actively used in the lessons, which make it possible to visually see the result of the student's work in solving an educational problem or problem. For example: when studying the vocabulary section, students get acquainted with the vocabulary of words. In the proposed text, the words included in the active dictionary and the words included in the passive dictionary are found: neologisms, archaisms, historicisms. The result of the work is a diagram that shows the ratio of active and passive vocabulary in this text. Or students conduct a survey, during which they ask questions related to linguistics or philology, process the information received, and visualize it in the form of a diagram.

6. The use by the teacher in explaining the educational material of information borrowed from the Internet, as well as developed by him. It is also possible to carry out problem-based learning by searching for information on the Internet to prepare homework, to write an abstract, research work. Working on the Internet provides unlimited opportunities for creativity for teachers and students, makes it possible to use the accumulated world experience and knowledge in the field of education, science and culture. The use of the Internet contributes to the formation and development of students' abilities to independently search, collect, analyze and provide information to students, thematic presentations (preparing presentations in the preparation and defense of essays activates students' interest in mastering media technologies, creates an atmosphere of entertainment and dosed information content). The Internet provides great opportunities for self-development, self-education for both children and teachers; it is a powerful tool for individual, group and collective communication and learning.

7. Performing creative (creation of the school literary newspaper "Portfolio" in electronic form and in print using the Publisher program) and research work (presentation of students' works on the following topics: "Express - a review of novelties in modern literature", "Russians - Nobel laureates in Literature", "The Theme of the Great Patriotic War in Modern Literature", "The Theme of the Road in Russian Literature") on a personal computer with the possibility of checking these works by the teacher and for further use this material in the educational process.

8. Computer demonstration of a multimedia lesson or a separate part. The teacher's activity is to control the pace of presentation of the material, focusing the student's attention on the most important points, repeating and clarifying incomprehensible provisions. Students in notebooks make notes, extracts, quotes, make a summary of the material presented. In this way, the student develops educational and informational skills and abilities, and also develops cognitive activity.

There is no need to explain to anyone that the use of computer technology makes the lesson more attractive and truly modern, individualization of learning takes place, summing up takes place objectively and in a timely manner.

Argumentation of innovative transformations in the field of organization of the educational process:

The Education Modernization Strategy emphasizes the need to change teaching methods and technologies at all levels, to increase the weight of those that form practical skills in information analysis, self-study, stimulate independent work of students, form the experience of responsible choice and responsible activity. There was a need for a new model of education, built on the basis of modern information technologies, implementing the principles of student-centered education. Information technologies, considered as one of the components of a holistic learning system, not only facilitate access to information, open up the possibility of variability in educational activities, its individualization and differentiation, but also allow organizing the interaction of all subjects of learning in a new way, building an educational system in which the student was be an active and equal participant educational activities. The introduction of new information technologies into the educational process makes it possible to intensify the learning process, implement the ideas of developmental education, increase the pace of the lesson, and increase the amount of independent work of students. The age of computer technology is gaining momentum and, perhaps, there is no longer a single area human activity where it would not find its application. Pedagogical technologies have not remained aloof from the general process of computerization. Therefore, I believe that the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process is an urgent problem of modern school education. Today it is necessary that every teacher in any school discipline could prepare and conduct a lesson using ICT, as now the teacher has the opportunity to make the lesson more vivid and exciting. Communicating with the guys at the lessons of the Russian language, literature, I concluded for myself that it is necessary to expand the horizons of students, raise the level of their cultural education, develop language and communication skills and abilities. Teaching involves communication in the classroom both between the teacher and students, and the communication of students with each other. The use of ICT allows you to immerse yourself in another world, see it with your own eyes, become, as it were, a participant in a particular holiday or tradition. Management of learning with the help of a computer leads to an increase in the efficiency of assimilation, intensification of the mental activity of students. One of the main purposes of a computer as a learning tool is to organize the work of students with the help of software and pedagogical tools, the degree of perfection of which determines the effectiveness of learning. The interactive and illustrated capabilities of the computer significantly affect motivational sphere educational process and its activity structure. The computer has ample opportunities to create favorable working conditions for understanding the spelling (punctuation) rules. In training programs, various forms of visualization can be used, which contribute to various ways of organizing and presenting theoretical material in the form of tables, diagrams, supporting notes, and so on. And it demonstrates not only static information, but also various linguistic phenomena in dynamics using color, graphics, flickering effect, sound, pictography, "revival" of illustrations, and so on (this is a qualitatively new level of application of explanatory-illustrative and reproductive teaching methods). The use of ICT in Russian language lessons allows diversifying the forms of work, students' activities, activates attention, and increases the creative potential of the individual. The construction of diagrams, tables in the presentation allows you to save time, more aesthetically arrange the material. Tasks with subsequent verification activate the attention of students, form spelling vigilance. The use of crossword puzzles, illustrations, drawings, various entertaining tasks, tests, bring up interest in the lesson; make the lesson more interesting. In literature lessons, the use of ICT allows the use of a variety of illustrative and informational material. Moreover, the material is found by the students themselves on the Internet, they make presentations, thus, ICT develops the independence of students, the ability to find, select and arrange material for the lesson. Lessons in a computer class develop the ability of students to work with a computer, independently solve educational problems. The use of tests helps not only to save the teacher's time, but also allows students to assess their knowledge and their capabilities themselves. Computer learning technologies provide great opportunities in the development of creativity, both teachers and students.

My media library is constantly updated with methodological electronic aids prepared for lessons. Presentations: "Road to the Future", "Phonetics", "Vocabulary", "Stylistics", "Summary". etc. (Appendix 8) Many presentations have been prepared to prepare for the state final certification, since in a short period of time, students in grade 9 need to master the material not only in grade 9, but also remember all the material from grade 5. In conclusion, I want to note that in the information society, when information becomes the highest value, and the information culture of a person is the determining factor in their professional activity, the requirements for the education system are also changing, there is a significant increase in the status of education.

3. The qualitative level of the effectiveness of the implementation of a professional project in accordance with the goal and objectives

3.1 student achievement

Positive dynamics of educational achievements of students, identified by the assessed

The introduction of information technology in the educational process carries a huge motivational potential. According to the results of the annual study of the interests of students, conducted by the school administration, it is clear that there is an increase in the level of interest in the Russian language and literature.

Positive dynamics of the formation of students' social competencies:

In the learning process, I assign a special role to the development of communication skills, information literacy, the ability to work with new information technologies, the ability to work in a group and individually, the ability to resolve conflicts and problems, responsibility for the task assigned, the formation of positive motivation for learning. Relations with students are based on trust and mutual respect.

I have been one of the leaders of the school newspaper "Portfolio" since 2010. The newspaper wins prizes every year.

In the classroom, we not only create texts of different genres, but also arrange numbers in the Publisher program (newspaper numbers can be viewed at http://logvinovaolga.ucoz.ru/index/nomera_gazet/0-10), we create presentations and films about our activities (can be viewed at https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B25Ml6wwTlW4cExQZWdPSDV2NTg/edit). We publish the works of students not only in our newspaper, but also work closely with the local newspaper Ivanovsky Vestnik, which, unfortunately, ceased to exist due to financial problems, we also send it to the regional newspaper Stepnaya Niva, we participate in the regional competition "Journalina - 2014". Every year, the guys and I attend the regional Gathering of Journalists. So, in January 2014, we again visited this event, the guest of which was the editor-in-chief of the regional newspaper "Stepnaya Niva" A.M. Mikhailets, who analyzed all school publications and expressed the opinion that our newspaper "Portfolio" is one of the best school publications.

I believe that this type of activity helps to develop the cognitive activity of students. The guys participating in the work of the editorial office of the school newspaper express their thoughts about how to link their future fate with journalism. These guys very easily find contact with people, they are not afraid of new acquaintances, this suggests that in the future it will be easy for these guys to go through life.

Graduates of our school successfully continue their education in universities and colleges.

3 graduates (one of them is a former cadet of the Portfel newspaper) in 2012 entered the NSPU, 3 graduates of 2013 also entered the NSPU. 3 graduates of 2014 plan to enter the National State Pedagogical University (2 of them are cadets of the Portfel newspaper).

The level of motivation and interest of students in learning:

Further deepening of students' knowledge occurs in extracurricular activities. Its forms are diverse: subject days and inter-subject weeks, school and district subject Olympiads, electives, pre-profile courses, subject competitions, online testing. Many children with pleasure not only participate in the organization of various events, but also help to organize them. So, for example, in 2014 an extracurricular event was held dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of M.Yu. Lermontov, the senior students gladly helped in its preparation and conduct (Annex 23 ). It is these students who help the teacher to move forward and feel special responsibility for the results of their work.

1. High results of educational achievements of students with their positive dynamics over the past three years.

1.1. I work at a school that is located on the outskirts of the city and is considered a village school.

There are about 300 students in my school. The absence of parallel classes, the presence in one class group of students with different abilities and needs presents certain difficulties in the work. I teach Russian language and literature. There is no particular need to prove the special significance of the subjects I teach for the formation of a spiritual and moral, harmoniously developed personality. This is understood by most students, and my colleagues, and many parents. Therefore, I consider the results of the level of training and the quality of mastering the curricula in the Russian language and literature by students to be high.

The tables show that the quality of knowledge in the Russian language and literature increased in 2011-2012 academic year and slightly decreased by the middle of the current academic year. This is explained by the fact that stronger classes have graduated and a 5th class, weak in terms of the level of training, has been added. In the 7th grade, cognitive activity traditionally decreases, because. teenage is coming transition period. By the end of the school year, the situation will improve.

To characterize the quality of learning by students curriculum in the Russian language and literature, one can observe positive dynamics in the example of classroom teams that graduated from high school in 2010 and 2011.

Table 1.3.

The quality of learning programs in the Russian language and literature by graduates of 2010 and 2011

I consider the quality of knowledge of graduates of these classes to be high.

1.2 Confirmation of high educational results of schoolchildren in the course of independent diagnostic examinations of various levels.

Table 1.4.

Final certification in the Russian language - USE and GIA

The Russian language is a very complex subject in the school teaching system. The success of the student depends on the level of mastery of this subject, the successful passing of the exam in many subjects, his further socialization.

In addition, the Russian language is the subject on which it depends whether a graduate of the 11th grade will receive a high school diploma or not. I think USE results in Russian, my graduates are quite high. For the entire period of the experiment on the introduction of the Unified State Examination and during the period of the introduction of the regular regime "2" in the Russian language, my students never had it.

In 2011, together with graduates of the 9th grade, for the first time I took part in the GIA in the Russian language. The results are reflected in table 1.4. I consider the participation of 9th grade graduates in the GIA in the Russian language successful. The GIA in the Russian language in the 9th grade allows students to decide on their future destiny, to decide where they will continue their education.

1.3 Participation and the presence of winners in the municipal and regional stages of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren.

The school round of Olympiads in Russian and Literature is held annually. All students are involved in the school tour, thus it is possible to identify the special giftedness of the child.

My students annually take part in the municipal stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. There are no special achievements, since it is very difficult to compete with children studying in high-level schools (gymnasium, lyceum), or with children from large schools. In 2010, 11th grade student Valeria Glazunova won the municipal stage of the All-Russian School Olympiad.

My students - participants of the municipal stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren are usually in positions following the winners and prize-winners. I consider it necessary to strengthen this direction in my work.

1.6. Evidence confirming these results is attached.

2.High results of extracurricular activities of students in the subject.

2.1 .In 2005, I developed a program of an optional course in literature for the 7th grade "Russian classical literature of the 19th century", designed for 34 hours. This program passed an examination at the mining and metallurgical complex at the Kamensky city and was successfully implemented for several years at my school.

As a result, the quality of knowledge of literature has increased among students, interest in the best examples of Russian classical literature has increased, students have the opportunity to expand their reading experience, which they successfully use when writing part C of the Unified State Examination in the Russian language.

2.2. Positive dynamics and effectiveness of student participation in various forms extracurricular activities in the subject.

Every year the number of students participating in various competitions at the school and municipal level increases.

2.3. Characteristics and effectiveness of the interaction of the teacher with institutions of additional education.

city level

  1. Kamensky TsRTDIYU (Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth).
In the 2011-12 academic year, I worked as a part-time teacher with a load of 4 hours a week. My pupils took part in the municipal amateur art show, in the competition of propaganda teams “We are for a healthy lifestyle”. In 2011, my participants in the theater circle became laureates of this competition in the category "Performing skills".

2.4 .The personal contribution of the teacher to the organization of student participation in the work Sunday schools subject, summer schools, correspondence schools universities, forms of pre-university training, the effectiveness of this work (description and documentary evidence).

For 2 years now I have been cooperating with the Kamensk branch of SRSTU, conducting a pre-university training course for graduates of the 9th and 11th grades, as well as for graduates of previous years. The students of these courses successfully passed the GIA and the Unified State Examination in the Russian language.

REVIEW

about the work of the teacher of the center of pre-university training at the Kamensk branch of SRSTU Zeynalova Elena Ivanovna

Zeynalova Elena Ivanovna has been cooperating with the center of pre-university training at the Kamensk branch of SRSTU for the second year already. During this time, she proved herself to be a knowledgeable, experienced teacher, giving the course participants deep, solid knowledge. All students who attended pre-university training courses in the 2011-2012 academic year successfully passed the Unified State Examination and State Examination in the Russian language.

Students speak of Elena Ivanovna as a highly professional teacher who is always ready to help and answer any question regarding the Russian language. Students of pre-university training courses are happy to attend classes conducted by Zeynalova Elena Ivanovna.

2.6. Participation of students in international competitions and projects.

For a number of years I have been the organizer of the International Linguistic Olympiad "Russian Bear Cub - Linguistics for All" in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. The number of participants in this Olympiad is growing every year.

This Olympiad is a game that students really like, as it develops creative thinking, allows you to identify extraordinary-minded children, and fosters love and interest in their native language.

2.7. The success and public recognition of the teacher's extracurricular activities in working with children in need of social and pedagogical support, as well as children with special educational needs.

Our school is located on the outskirts of the city, most families live in the private sector. There are families with dysfunctional conditions, many incomplete families. Children from such families require special attention and support. In my class, which I graduated in 2011, there were such children. For example, Muratova Tanya. Her father died. She often skipped classes at school, was late in the morning. I had to work very closely with the girl's family: mother, older sister and brother. Tatyana successfully graduated from school, passed the exam well and entered the DSTU on a budgetary basis, where she is currently studying in her second year.

There are so-called "difficult" children with deviant behavior in almost every class. It is very important for the teacher to keep track of even the smallest successes of such students, not to forget to praise them more often, to give them tasks according to their abilities, at least sometimes to talk heart to heart with such children. And then there will be fewer conflict situations, there will be no losers either. It is very important to be able to interest each child in their subject, to come to the lesson with an open heart, in a good mood.

As for children with special educational needs. I have to deal with these issues as well. In my class there was a girl Gurova Tatyana, a disabled child. She had impaired protein metabolism in the body. As a result, she had a very poor memory. The entire teaching staff made tremendous efforts so that Tanya could study successfully, could feel confident in the classroom and not only. Constant contact with her parents, additional classes with the girl allowed her to successfully pass the exam in Russian language and mathematics, to enter a university extramural, to get a job.

Many more such examples could be cited. In the application, I have placed reviews of parents about my professional activities.

Gifted children can also be classified as children with special educational needs. In each of my graduations, both as a class teacher and as a leading teacher, there were and, I hope, will be gold and silver medalists. And these are students who require increased attention from both the class teacher and teachers.

In 2010, I released a class as a teacher. Three graduates - Glazunova Valeria, Kostyukov Viktor and Magomedov Evgeny were awarded gold and silver medals.

In 2011, I released a class as a class teacher. Among the graduates there are again two silver medalists, Vladislav Bezzubov and Anna Dolgopyatova.

In 2013 there will be another release, like a teacher. We are preparing two medalists Buslaeva Maria and Shapovalova Diana. An individual approach, additional classes, consultations - all this allows these students to feel more confident and achieve their goals.

My daughter Tatyana studied with Zeynalova Elena Ivanovna from the 5th to the 11th grade. Elena Ivanovna not only taught Russian language and literature, but was a class teacher, or as she was affectionately called a “class mom”. Elena Ivanovna loves her job - she taught our children not only to read and write, but also made them think, contributed to the spiritual development of children. She was strict, but always fair.

Elena Ivanovna is always ready to listen carefully, tactfully and competently resolve disputes, doubts, give smart and good advice. She is always interested in the problems of teenagers, respects the dignity and personality of each child.

My child demanded additional attention, additional study time (due to health), but she did it perfectly well, she helped her (regardless of personal time) to study, prepare for exams, pass them and graduate from school .

Elena Ivanovna is kind, energetic, tireless, created an interesting rich life in the classroom, knew how to find an approach to each student. Although we parents are well aware of how difficult it was for her with our children.

Elena Ivanovna is a very decent and friendly person. They parted with tears in their eyes.

Children love Elena Ivanovna very much, parents respect her.

Years will pass, and our children will gratefully remember this Teacher with a capital letter.

Thank you Elena Ivanovna!!!

Gurov family

2.8. Public assessment of the high results of extracurricular activities of the teacher.

The application contains reviews of the parents of former students, the deputy director of the school about my extracurricular activities.

Feedback on the work of the teacher of the Russian language and literature Zeynalova E.I.

On behalf of all parents, I can say that we are lucky!!! The desire to go to school, gain new knowledge, see the teacher and communicate with their peers was in our children. And all this thanks to the experience, wisdom and inexhaustible energy of our teacher Zeynalova E.I. A strong creative symbiosis was created between the teacher and the students. And this is thanks to the talent of our teacher. Her lessons are always interesting and varied.

Elena Ivanovna is a creative and active person. From the first days of training, the teacher manages to organize children and parents in such a way that learning is with passion.

Elena Ivanovna developed in our children such positive qualities as kindness, responsiveness, the ability to rejoice not only for her own, but also for other people's successes.

Elena Ivanovna is an erudite, comprehensively developed, sociable teacher. It is interesting for both children and parents. We turned to her for advice and often received significant help in raising our children. Elena Ivanovna did not leave any student or family unattended. She could generously praise and tactfully point out the shortcomings of children and parents. And we respect her opinion.

We are glad that our children had a smart, kind, wise Teacher - Zeynalova Elena Ivanovna. And express huge thanks for her daily hard work!

3. Creation by the teacher of conditions for the acquisition of positive social experience for students.

3.1. Personal participation of the teacher in the development and implementation of targeted programs of spiritual and moral education and socialization of the personality of schoolchildren.

For my class, I developed a program for the upbringing and socialization of the child's personality. This program has become part of the school-wide program for the education and upbringing of schoolchildren.

The purpose of my educational activities: the development of the creative abilities of the child; development of communication skills; education of a spiritual and moral personality, in demand in the modern world.

The program includes several areas.

“Teaching” is the creation of conditions under which children are motivated to acquire solid, versatile knowledge.

"Creativity" - the goal of this direction is the development of the creative abilities of each child, the involvement of more children in KTD.

"Communication" - cooperation with children, parents and teachers. The purpose of this direction is to develop in children the ability to communicate, to establish contact, the ability to dialogue.

"Spirituality and morality" - the goal of this direction is to develop in the child the need for spiritual self-improvement, the ability to determine moral values for themselves and those around them.

"Health" - the purpose of this direction in work - to orient children to the formation healthy lifestyle life, to preserve and strengthen moral, physical and mental health.

The results of my work in selected areas of the educational process.

  1. "Teaching"
I consider the successful completion of the 11th grade by all my students as the result of work in this direction. Unified State Examination passed without "2"; average score 59.

Two silver medalists: Bezzubov Vladislav, Dolgopyatova Anna. All graduates entered educational institutions of different levels. Nine out of 16 graduates study on a budgetary basis in educational institutions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog, Krasnodar and Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.

  1. "Creation"
During the years of study at school, my children showed remarkable creative abilities in music, drawing, and theatrical art.

I continue to track their further creative destiny. Lukina Ekaterina had good vocal abilities. Currently, she continues to sing now as a student at the Kamensky Pedagogical School. Chernousova Anna drew wonderfully in the style of animation. Now she continues to engage in creativity as a student of the DSTU, specializing in artistic processing of metals. Sergeev Sergey had acting skills. At the moment he plays in the DSTU team in KVN in the first league.

Dolgopyatova Anna both painted and danced. Currently, she is realizing her creative potential at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.

"Spirituality and Morality".

I believe that my graduates, to a certain extent, have formed the main spiritual and moral values: tolerance(children studied in the class of different nationalities, different material wealth, with peculiarities in behavior); the optional course "Christianity and religions of the world" formed in children tolerance for the religious feelings of representatives of other faiths.

Spirituality.

Most of my students have successfully mastered the course of classical literature, both Russian and foreign, having mastered its best examples. I managed to develop in my students mercy, compassion, kindness, care for the elders and the younger.

Patriotism.

My students understand what patriotism is; understand what great country they live in. Carefully treat the history of our country. To the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War organized a meeting with the veteran of the Second World War Chelpanov M.V.. They congratulated him on Victory Day, handed him a copy of the Pravda newspaper dated May 9, 1945. After the meeting, they wrote an essay-reflection “Why should we keep the memory of those great years and the people who defended the freedom and independence of our Motherland?”

  1. The results of work in the direction of "Health".
My students understand the importance of maintaining and promoting health.

For two years in a row, they took part in the competition of propaganda teams “We are for a healthy lifestyle” and “Young people choose a life without drugs!” Their performance was marked by a diploma from CRTD&Y.

Every year, with my children, I organize trips “Along the golden path of autumn”, “Along the snowy path”, “Hello, summer!”

We go to the pine forest, located behind our Yuzhny microdistrict, to the oak grove, to the bank of the Seversky Donets River, to the camp site.
During these trips we organize games, sports competitions, collect herbariums.

My students take part in all sports competitions held at the school and in the city.

Every year, together with children, I prepare and conduct conversations, class hours on the formation of a healthy lifestyle.

My students were not seen among children who have bad habits.

  1. The results of work in the direction of "Communication".
In this direction, I consider the creation of a real friendly close-knit team capable of inventing and implementing any idea in the class as a result. Children are able to negotiate among themselves, choose a leader and clearly follow his instructions, while not losing

and own initiative. In all school KTD, my children are not only active participants, but also organizers.

Throughout the years that I have been working at the school, all my activities are aimed only at ensuring that my children, whom I teach and educate, whether it is their own class or students who come to my lessons, receive a positive social experience, so that they were able to successfully socialize in such a complex modern society that they were in demand in their future adult life.

  • My children have always taken part in ecological subbotniks.

  • There were 8 registered volunteers in my class who promoted a healthy lifestyle, worked as counselors at a summer school camp, and landscaped the school grounds.

  • Every year my class took part in charity events "Give a gift to a friend", "Congratulate a warrior on the holiday."

  • In the 2010 academic year, my students, under my leadership, helped their native school to renovate the third floor. For this action, they were marked on the solemn line on September 1, 2010 with letters and thanks from the school council.
3.2. The effectiveness of the teacher's activities to include schoolchildren in the implementation of socially significant projects that are in demand in society.

I present two projects developed by me: socially significant and vocational guidance.

Project #1

socially significant. "Let's clean our speech from verbal garbage."

We live in a rapidly changing world. As life around us changes, so does our speech. But among the positive changes, there are also negative ones. The speech of modern teenagers is simply replete with slang words, jargon, and sometimes obscene words. I invited the children to think about the question “Why do we say this?” As a result, a whole project was born.

Objective of the project:

  1. To determine the degree of contamination of the speech of students of our school with profanity.

  2. To draw the attention of children, their parents, teachers to the problem of the spread profanity among teenagers.
Project objective:

  1. Get a clear understanding of profanity.

  2. Get to know the history and origin of some layers of profanity.

  3. To acquaint younger students with the history of slang, jargon, swear words.

  4. At the end of the project, hold a school-wide action "Throw away the dirty word!"
The following methods were used during the project:

  • Problem-search

  • Research

  • The method of observation and evaluation of the lexical composition of the speech of our schoolchildren.
Data collection for this project involved not only 11th grade students, but also other people interested in the purity of our speech.

Findings:

Analyzing the results obtained young fighters for cleanliness mother tongue came to the following conclusions:

  • Most children do not know and do not understand the meaning and meaning of the slang, slang and swear words they use;

  • To the question "Why do you say that?" many answered that it was fashionable, modern, "cool".

  • Many children found it difficult to give a reasonable answer to the question “Why do they use profanity in their speech?”
The final action "Throw away the dirty word!" aroused great interest among all students.

All stages of the project were described. Presentation made.

After the last action, schoolchildren began to think more often about the meaning and appropriateness of the words they uttered.

Project No. 2 Career Guidance.

In 2011, with my students, I developed and implemented a career guidance project to popularize the teaching profession "Government Day"

Project objective:

  • Promotion of the teaching profession;

  • Raising a sense of respect for the work of the teacher;

  • Identification of inclination to pedagogical activity.
Project participants- 11th grade students.

Project partners- school administration, teachers, parents.

Project progress:

1st stage- preparatory. Scheduling lessons for this day, assigning roles, writing the script for the whole day, preparing for the teachers' council.

2nd stage- preparation of all project participants for the Self-Government Day. Preparation of lesson notes, consultations with teachers and school administration.

3rd stage- project implementation.

4th stage- analytical. Passed the teachers' council following the results of this day. Reviews of the project participants were analyzed, a video film was shot.

Project results:

  1. A video film "The Day of Self-Government" was filmed.

  2. Collected feedback from students about the past role-playing game.

  3. A joint teachers' council of real teachers and stand-in teachers was held.
4. Four students of my class decided to connect their future profession with pedagogy and are currently successfully studying in Kamenskoe Pedagogical College. One of them, Ekaterina Lukina, chose philology. In the future, she wants to become a teacher of Russian language and literature. I consider this the main result of this project.

3.4 public importance reflected in the assessments of the project participants themselves and their parents. (Video application).

Feedback on the work of the teacher of the Russian language and literature Zeynalova E.I.

The teacher is a calling. Teachers are not born, they are made. And this can be fully attributed to my teacher - Zeynalova Elena Ivanovna.

Elena Ivanovna knows her subject well, skillfully plans program material, rationally builds lessons depending on the level of development and upbringing of students. Able to provide for possible difficulties of students in various activities. Uses a variety of teaching methods and visual aids. Knows well the age characteristics of students.

High professionalism, analytical mind, pedagogical tact - these are just a few qualities for which she is highly appreciated by students, parents, work colleagues. In her work, she uses the latest pedagogical technologies. Her lessons are engaging and well structured. She is always interesting to her pupils, because she "keeps up" with the times.

Graduates of Elena Ivanovna speak of their teacher with respect and gratitude. Many are now highly qualified professionals who work in all parts of the country.

Zeynalova E.I. - Teacher of teachers. She provides methodological assistance, gives necessary and important advice and recommendations not only to young colleagues, but also to experienced teachers who turn to her. It not only gives deep knowledge, which is confirmed by high results, but also teaches the right attitude to life, and also helps graduates to socialize in society. The highest skill of this teacher, in my opinion, is not only in her professional success, but also in the fact that her pupils have become wonderful people. There are few teachers of this level, and I would like to learn from their experience.

Lukina Ekaterina.

Graduate of 2011.

4. Ensuring the high quality of the organization of the educational process based on the effective use of modern educational technologies, including information technology.

    1. Description of the pedagogical means used by the teacher to develop a working curriculum and the effectiveness of its implementation.
Before I came to my work programs, compiled on the basis of author's programs, I went a long way. I have been supervising GMO language teachers for 10 years now. Because of this, I must be aware of everything that happens in school education. My colleagues - teachers of the city's schools often ask me for advice, recommendations, help in compiling their own work programs. At the moment I am working at the Russian language lessons in the teaching materials under the editorship of S.I. Lvova, in literature lessons - in the teaching materials under the editorship of G.S. Merkin. I consider these teaching materials the most adapted to modern requirements for the lessons of the Russian language and literature, allowing students to prepare for successful passing the exam and GIA in Russian language and literature.

In addition, when compiling work programs, I am guided by the educational standards of 2004, the exemplary educational programs prescribed in them, and the requirements for the level of training of students at each stage of education.

Over the years, I have accumulated sufficient experience in the preparation of work programs. They include an extensive bank test tasks, a bank of texts for writing a presentation, an essay, a bank of multi-level cards with a differentiated approach; Currently, a video library with documentaries and feature films is being created, the viewing of which is provided by the program. Together with my students, I am developing a bank of electronic applications for the lessons of the Russian language and literature, and a bank of presentations, both mine and student's, is being accumulated.

In addition, I try to use technical and auxiliary teaching aids in my lessons. An interactive whiteboard, a video projector, and a laptop are installed in the Russian Language and Literature classroom; there is a small library of art books, methodological literature, a collection of portraits of writers, reproductions of paintings by famous artists, tables on the Russian language. Lately I'm starting to master the elements distance learning using social media and email.

The work programs developed by me on the basis of the author's allow children to show their abilities, develop their creative potential, and provide an opportunity to prepare for the successful passing of the GIA and the Unified State Examination in the Russian language and literature.

4.3. The participation of the teacher in the modernization of the educational process by means of experimental innovative work, documented.

As recognition of my innovative activity in the modernization of the educational process, I consider the demand for my methodological developments lessons, master classes, methodological seminars at the municipal, regional and federal levels. In my work at the moment I am guided by the requirements of the new generation of Federal State Educational Standards. The standards are able to simultaneously ensure the continuity and renewal of the education system, based on the psychological and pedagogical approaches and ideas that have received wide recognition in Russia and in the world. It is the fundamental nature of the approaches that ensures the diversity and flexibility of specific solutions.

The strategic task of the development of school education at present is to update its content, teaching methods and results. Personal development is the meaning and purpose of modern education. For Russia, as part of the world community, these are also new requirements of the emerging information society to the education system. At present, human activity is increasingly becoming fundamentally innovative, its innovative activity is growing in all areas of life. These processes and trends may advance further effective development only in the conditions of the formation of an innovative education system focused on new educational results.

What I am most attracted to in the new generation of the Federal State Educational Standards is the concept of the fundamental core of the content of general education, which includes:

  • Basic national values;

  • Fundamental elements of scientific knowledge;

  • Universal learning activities.
I was interested in the formation and development of UUD. Since I teach Russian, my role in the formation and development of UUD increases many times over. I developed my own system for the formation of such UUD as reading - understanding. For the third year now, I have been testing this system on my students, who are now in the 7th grade. My students are currently reading level 3 and are approaching level 4 (according to the PISA classification).

I presented this system at the municipal stage of the competition "Teacher of the Year 2012", where I became the winner (diploma attached). I presented the same system at the regional stage of the Don Teacher 2012 competition, where I also became the winner (certificates, diplomas are attached). I presented my system of work on the formation of one of the main UUDs at the federal level in November 2012 at the eighth interregional seminar "Development of the creative potential of teachers in the context of a new educational strategy" (certificate attached).

4.3. The conditionality of the choice and the effectiveness of the technologies used by the teacher in the implementation of the innovative content of the software and methodological complexes.

Ways to improve the effectiveness of training are sought in all countries of the world. In Russia, the problems of learning effectiveness are being actively developed using the latest achievements in computer science and the theory of cognitive activity management.

At present, the process of transition of the mass school to personally-oriented technologies of education and upbringing and the transfer of education to a subjective basis with a focus on self-development of the individual is going on more and more actively.

What is "pedagogical technology"? AT special literature I found the following definition: "The construction of the teacher's activities in a certain sequence and integrity, and the implementation involves achieving the desired result and is predictable."

Each teacher in his work uses many different technologies and their elements. I want to talk about the main pedagogical technologies that I use in my work. To a greater extent, I use developmental and student-centered learning technologies: problem-based learning, learning together (collaboration technology), advanced learning technology, project methodology.

To develop the cognitive activity of students, I use the technology of problem-based learning. Such training is based on the acquisition of new knowledge by students in solving theoretical and practical problems in the problem situations. In each of them, students are forced to look for a solution on their own, and the teacher only helps the student, explains the problem, formulates it and solves it. This approach to teaching allows me to develop independent logically correct thinking in children, scientifically, dialectically and creatively approach the solution learning objectives. The knowledge obtained by them turns into a conviction; they experience a feeling of deep satisfaction, confidence in their abilities and strengths; self-acquired knowledge is more solid.

Not very often, but I try to use the technology of cooperation in my work. Specifically, Learning Together. The class is divided into groups of 3-4 people. Each group receives one task - part of a larger topic. As a result of the joint work of individual groups and all as a whole, the assimilation of the material is achieved. I use this technology quite successfully in my current 9th grade. The class is very heterogeneous in terms of the level of assimilation of knowledge. The ability to independently distribute roles within the group to perform a common task allows us to solve a dual task: achieving a cognitive, creative goal and implementing a certain culture of communication and organizing joint activities during the task. As a result, each student has the opportunity to feel in a situation of success and get a good mark.

The project method gives very good results. This method can be used both in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. Every year, students receive a summer assignment in literature (summer reading). I invite my students to prepare their own project related to this assignment during the summer, in any form. And at the first lessons of literature, the completed projects are defended.

Any pedagogical technology has means that activate and intensify the activity of students. And application innovative technologies allows the teacher to create such conditions in the classroom and in extracurricular activities that will allow each student to open up.

4.5. Improving the quality of the educational process by means of innovative technologies, including distance learning, digital educational resources.

The formation of ICT competence, on the one hand, as a new stage of professional and personal development, and on the other hand, as a special process and result of self-development of professional subjectivity and creativity, enrichment of the professional culture of the individual with new qualities, a way of creative self-realization of the teacher's personality. In addition, the use of ICT in the learning process allows you to expand the number of sources of educational information: databases, information and reference systems, electronic textbooks, encyclopedias, digital educational resources, reference systems, electronic dictionaries, search engines, etc.

I use ICT in my work. I develop and conduct lessons based on ICT. I give tasks to students related to the search and presentation of various information.

I myself prepare various presentations and electronic applications for lessons and give children similar tasks.

In the near future, I plan to attract as many students as possible to various online competitions and olympiads.

I have a computer, a video projector, and an interactive whiteboard in my office. All these educational information tools make it possible to intensify the learning process, increase children's interest in learning, and make lessons more mobile and interesting.

For the 9th and 11th grades, there are many tests on the Internet in on-lien mode to prepare for the Unified State Examination and State Examination in the Russian language. My students are fluent in this testing technology, which makes it possible to quickly assess the knowledge, skills and abilities of graduating students. In general, the use of ICT in educational and extracurricular activities provides methodological support for the implementation of creative ideas and effective teaching of educational material;

Expands the possibilities of the teacher in the choice and implementation of means and methods of teaching;

Creates an additional information channel for the transfer of knowledge, without replacing the teacher and without replacing traditional printed textbooks;

Helps in identifying the initial level of knowledge, skills of students, their individual abilities;

Helps in the preparation of educational materials (texts, training and control sessions, etc.);

Allows you to present educational material, adapt it in terms of complexity and pace of information presentation;

Allows you to manage the cognitive activity of students;

Provides the opportunity to determine the performance indicators of students;

It helps to register and statistically analyze the indicators of the process of mastering the material by each student and the group as a whole.

4.6. Publicity, openness of the diagnostic, control and evaluation activities of the teacher, aimed at identifying educational outcomes in accordance with the FGOS.

The assessment process should be simple and understandable for the student and parents. Therefore, my diagnostic and control-evaluative activities are open and accessible to both students and their parents and are aimed at identifying the educational results of students.

AT modern system assessment is no longer enough on a five-point scale, therefore, to assess the quality of training, I widely use a rating system, testing, a cumulative scoring system, and evaluation sheets. To increase self-esteem, I suggest that children create their own portfolio at will.

4.7. Evaluation by students, parents, and the pedagogical community of the quality of educational activities carried out by teachers.

Feedback on the work of the teacher of the Russian language and literature Zeynalova E.I.

Every profession has its masters, there are just artisans. Such an artisan came, worked his shift and, without stopping, hurries home, where he completely forgets about everything connected with his daily craft. Such a person leaves nothing behind.

I was lucky to work next to the Master of my craft. This is a teacher of Russian language and literature Elena Ivanovna Zeynalova. I watch every day how she enters the classroom, and impatient children's hearts freeze in anticipation of a new miracle. For she has a rare quality for her profession - she is able to turn every professional step into a masterpiece of pedagogical art. It's not just talent. This is everyday painstaking work on yourself, on your professional trajectory. Giving all her strength to teaching, she goes through this school of life in step with her students, studies with them, not lagging a single step behind the times, and sometimes ahead of it.

Elena Ivanovna is distinguished by high professionalism, a broad outlook, a level of culture that classifies her as a special kind of people - the intelligentsia. It is these qualities that she uses in her daily work, in communication with colleagues, parents, and residents of the Yuzhny village. For its authority extends not only to the educational space of our school. Elena Ivanovna - a famous person in the city and even in the region. And this glory is good, well-deserved.

If we talk about the fact that teachers are always at the forefront of change, then my colleague is half a step ahead. Elena Ivanovna owns many techniques and teaching methods that put each child without exception at the head of the educational process. It not only motivates children to perform learning tasks, own example. The teacher inspires his pupils to work, first of all, on themselves, on their character, speech, behavior, teaches them to reveal unknown possibilities in themselves. Therefore, the students of Elena Ivanovna not only pass exams well, but also win in various creative competitions, write poetry.

Elena Ivanovna is a professional in her field. She has all the necessary knowledge to create a situation of success in the classroom, dosing the task so that the students themselves feel it, work with greater interest, boldly taking on even difficult tasks. In the classroom, she uses problem-based learning, which makes it possible to develop students' creativity, research skills, and the ability to express themselves. Uses in student assessment individual approach Don't skimp on high marks for creative response.

Teacher - this sounds proud. The prestige of the profession is preserved thanks to such teachers. Thank you, Teacher, for your work!

5.4. The active work of the teacher in the professional expert community.

For 10 years now I have been the head of the GMO of teachers of the Russian language and literature.

5.5. Development of an innovative methodological system of a teacher by means of information technology.

In 2013, together with an 11th grade student Pavel Tishchenko, I created my own website “I am a teacher” on “narod.ru” [email protected]". I want to communicate with like-minded people, get feedback on my materials, learn from my colleagues.

6.1. Characteristics of the individual model of professional competencies (I - concept), according to which the teacher carries out his own professional development.

The more difficulties in the struggle,

That and the victory will be more beautiful.

But is this our greatness,

To tell ourselves? (Lope de Vega)

Once I read this phrase from Lope de Vega and it sunk into my soul and was remembered for the rest of my life. Tell yourself not to stand still. Constantly move forward, be aware and in the thick of things, feel needed by people. I always knew that I would be a teacher. But what is a teacher? Understanding my purpose is not always easy. A rare person from early youth understands and knows himself so much that this understanding becomes unconditional for him. And I understood from early childhood. But the teacher is not only the one who teaches. The teacher is the one who educates. In the Concept of Spiritual and Moral Development and Education of the Personality of a Russian Citizen, I found a reflection of my own model of a professional concept: “a moral example of a teacher. A. Diesterweg said: "Everywhere the value of a school is equal to the value of its teacher." The morality of a teacher, the moral norms by which he is guided in his professional activities and life, his attitude to his pedagogical work, to students, colleagues - all this is of paramount importance for the spiritual and moral development and education of students. These are the principles I try to adhere to in my professional work.
