Training camps are short-term forms of improving sportsmanship. At the training camp, the best conditions for preparing for the competition are created for the participants: a strict daily routine;

regular meals; good material and technical equipment of the places of employment; constant medical supervision, etc.

Fee classification

Fees according to their purpose are divided into:

Training;

Precompetitive.

training camp differ from pre-competitive ones in that they are not related to the direct preparation of the team for performances at competitions, in this regard, they can be devoted to various aspects of training (physical, technical, tactical), where great opportunities are provided for experimental, promising and individualized training.

Pre-competition fees are held in order to prepare the team for participation in competitions and set themselves the following tasks:

The final determination of the composition of the team and its teamwork;

Bringing the technical and tactical indicators of each player and the team as a whole to the planned level;

The acquisition by the players of the state of the highest sports form.

Collection duration - from 7 to 20 days. A longer separation of players from the family and the usual regime negatively affects the quality of training and the condition of athletes.

Short-term camps (7-10 days), as a rule, are organized in between rounds in the competitive period.

The numerical composition of the collection - 14-16 people. With a larger composition, difficulties arise in the quality of the training camp (diffusing the attention of coaches, reducing the intensity of the training process, etc.).

Educational and training process;

Educational work;

Recovery activities. Educational and training process:

a) determine the main task of the collection (taking into account the preparedness of the trainees, the amount of training time available, the mass

headquarters of the upcoming competitions and the intended result, material base, and other conditions);

b) determine the content of the training process by sections of training (physical, technical-tactical, psychological, theoretical, etc.);

c) determine the means, methods and forms of training sessions;

d) set the collection cycle (make a plan for training microcycles);

The variability and content of microcycles depends on the period of preparation, its duration and the main focus of the preparation by stages. For example: in the preparatory period, the stages of general, special and precompetitive training are distinguished. At each stage in the collection and outside it, microcycles of the following structure can alternate: 5-1, 4-1, 3-1, 2-1, 3-1,2-1.

As an example, the microcycle of the 5-1 training camp at the special preparatory stage:

1st day - one-time training - 3 hours (improvement of techniques in links) and development of special endurance.

2nd day - two-time training - 5 hours (morning - SFP and individual improvement of technical and tactical actions; evening - improvement of group tactical actions in defense).

Day 3 is the same as day 1.

4th day - two-time training - 5 hours (morning - as on the 2nd day;

evening - improvement of group tactical actions in the attack).

5th day - one-time training - 2.5 hours (game training, jumping training).

6th day - rest.

The main documents for planning and pedagogical control at the training camp are:

1. Curriculum-schedule (monthly, weekly).

2. Lesson plan.

3. Individual plans.

4. Journal trainer.

5. Athlete's diary.

6. Daily routine.

7. Duty schedule.

8. Tables for the performance of control tasks.

The daily routine provides for the time of getting up, charging, breakfast, checking individual diaries of athletes, conducting theoretical classes, training, lunch, rest, free time, evening walk, lights out.

Tables for the performance of control tasks are compiled by type of training, where against the name of each volleyball player his indicators are affixed on training sessions and in control competitions.

Educational work

The main support of the coach in carrying out educational work is the coaching council, which includes coaches, a captain, a leading player, and a doctor. The coaching council conducts all the work at the training camp related to the organization and conduct of the training process, the formation of the composition, the holding of cultural and educational events, etc. A plan of educational work is drawn up.

The plan provides for holding meetings, publishing information materials, holding lectures, cultural events (for example: chess tournaments, visiting theaters, discussing political events, meeting interesting people, visiting sponsored groups, etc.).

The task of the coach is to create everything the necessary conditions for the coaching council, so that the work is full-fledged, active, with a certain independence and initiative.

The weekly work schedule, daily routine, duty schedule, tables for the implementation of control standards, the educational work plan are posted in a conspicuous place at the assembly location.

Recovery activities

The main condition for increasing fitness and growth of sports results is to increase the volume and intensity of training loads and the performance of games that contribute to the restoration of the body.

Pedagogical (full warm-up, correct alternation of loads and rest, change of loads and activities, etc.);

Psychological (organization of interesting recreation, autogenic training, accounting for psychological compatibility, etc.);

Medical (vibration and hydromassage, light and heat procedures, proper nutrition, pharmacological agents, etc.).

In addition, the most simple and affordable means of recovery are passive and active rest, massage and steam bath.

Collection Funding

Based on the competition calendar for each financial year, the team coach prepares a total cost estimate for providing the team. The budget reflects the following main items of expenditure:

1. The number of fees and their cost.

2. The cost of business trips.

3. The cost of renting sports facilities.

4. Organization of competitions (cost of accommodation, meals, payment of judges, bus rental, etc.).

5. Acquisition of equipment, inventory and sportswear, medicines.

6. Postal and telegraph expenses, vehicles, awards, etc.

The total amount of expenses is calculated, and this document is approved by the club management. This estimate is the guiding document for securing the team.

To conduct the training camp (training camp), on the basis of the preparation plan for the competition and the expense items of the general estimate, an estimate for the training camp is drawn up, which indicates the place and time of the training camp and the number of participants.

The following items of expenditure are disclosed:

Their effectiveness depends on the organization of training camps.

The greatest forethought and difficulty in work require training camps to prepare the team for any competition. Typically, this form of work is assigned certain stage training, on the effectiveness of the organization of which the further success of the team depends.

The first thing the coach should often determine
- this is the range of tasks set for resolution at this gathering. Many coaches make a mistake, expand these tasks, trying to speed up the training of athletes in a short time, they try to eliminate all the shortcomings that they have in general physical training, as well as in technique and tactics. As a rule, such a statement of the question does not give positive results.

Moreover, by taking on everything at once, the coach sometimes misses the solution of some major issues. Participants of the gathering are overtired physically, and most importantly, nervously. They become irritable, stop believing in their abilities, which makes it difficult to bring them to a sports form.

Therefore, the first thing to remember is the reality of the fulfillment of the assigned tasks.

But narrowing down the tasks, we should not go to the other extreme. It is impossible to conduct a collection, setting the tasks only of improving technology or tactics. It is necessary to improve technology in parallel with the improvement of special physical training, the improvement of some tactical systems with the improvement of technology, etc.

Having set reasonable tasks, the coach proceeds to the choice of means and methods for the implementation of these tasks.

The means of training sessions are exercises that develop general physical qualities, exercises for the development of volitional qualities, exercises for the study or improvement of technology. various tricks, exercises aimed at familiarizing, studying or improving tactics.

Mandatory for any training camp is the use of the healing forces of nature, as a means of strengthening health, hardening the body, increasing the efficiency of athletes.

When planning and conducting classes, the teacher
- the coach resorts to the use of various methods of performing exercises (methods of repeated-variable loads, interval, game, competitive).

Various methods of training and improvement of technique, methods of training and improvement of tactics. Methods of moral education, psychological, theoretical training, etc.

Using all the variety of available methods, the trainer conducts classes more interestingly, more productively, achieving the fastest solution of the tasks.

The right choice is even more important. educational material and organization of classes. The development of certain knowledge and skills depends on the material selection system. Well-chosen exercises also contribute to an increase in emotionality in the classroom, increase the interest of those involved, and give a great pedagogical effect.

When selecting exercises to study or improve some technical elements, tactical combinations, and especially exercises for the development of general and special physical training, the coach must strictly observe the methodological principles of physical education. One of the main such principles will be the principle of accessibility.

All exercises or tasks should be accessible for those involved, but not obviously easy, because the first creates uncertainty among trainees, reduces their activity, and can lead to disruption of the cardiovascular system or injuries, and the second reduces interest among those involved , gives them the opportunity to act without tension and does not give the desired effect.

The principle of systematicity implies regularity in classes and alternation of work with rest. During the training period, as a rule, there are two classes a day. The first lesson can be a specialized exercise, or a morning workout to improve the technique and tactics of the game. The second lesson, held in the evening, is the main one. This training is large in terms of volume and intensity of loads, it is studied here new material are being held…

When choosing material, or conducting classes, the coach must correctly dose the load. If we say that the principle of progression implies a consistent increase in loads and requirements, then we should not forget that there is a limit to everything. The coach, together with the doctor, monitors the condition of the athletes, observes the objective indicators of the state of the body, must listen to the subjective feelings of each of them. When planning the load, the doctor ...
