Who is a dreamer confident in the possibilities of the human mind. World collective mind. Transformation of sexual energy

Lecture hall. Elon Musk is an unrealistic dreamer, or Why do people become cyborgs?

Why do we need neural interfaces and what is Elon Musk's initiative fraught with?

Elon Musk creates Neuralink, a company that will develop technologies for digital connection with the human brain. Why is this necessary and what does it entail?

And will it not turn out that by creating a technology that is designed to save humanity from the dangers associated with artificial intelligence, we ourselves will accelerate the development of these dangers?

Won't a world where you can upload your memories to a computer be hostile to humans?

Will the digital immortality so coveted by many become the decline of humanity as we know it?

The Musk project is analyzed and commented on by a Ukrainian expert in the field of cybernetics and artificial intelligence Vsevolod Rubtsov.

What is a neural interface?

A neural interface is a way of transferring information between the human brain and an external system. It doesn't have to be a computer. Such a device can be an infrared camera or a temperature sensor.

The neural interface allows signals from an external system to enter the brain directly, bypassing intermediate methods of processing and interpreting this signal.

Why would Musk initiate a new line of research?

In an interview, Musk said: "I'm always trying to find a technology that can bring new benefits to a large number of people." This is the centerpiece of his philosophy regarding the projects and innovations he undertakes.

Neural interfaces are a technology that can change the quality of life of a huge number of people. This technology could completely change the world we know.

How realistic is it to create such a technology?

First research work and examples of interfaces between the brain and a computer appeared as early as 1999. Researchers led by Yang Deng of the University of California reproduced the images perceived by experimental cats by deciphering the signals of neurons in the visual system.

Since then, many projects in this direction have made significant progress in developing ways to non-invasively connect to the brain and recognize (decode) signals emitted by neurons.

This technology is still far from perfect, but the dynamics of progress allows us to draw a simple conclusion - it is possible to create such an interface.

How can this be done?

The main problem in creating a connection between the human brain and the machine is that many of the processes responsible for high-level functions such as memory, consciousness, etc. have not yet been studied in detail.

In simple words, we understand how neurons transmit signals, which means that we can “connect” to the process of transmitting signals to the brain, enrich it. But we have absolutely no idea how the brain stores experiences and memories on a physical level. It's like a black box.

We understand the result that our brain gives as an output, we roughly understand the patterns and principles of how the initial information turns into a result.

However, we still do not have final knowledge about what happens inside the "black box". And this is the biggest problem both in the field of human brain research and in the field of building artificial intelligence systems.

The danger lies in the fact that as soon as the answer to these questions is found, the creation of a strong artificial intelligence will move from a hypothetical plane to a real one. Working on the neural interface project, Elon Musk actually not only creates a new interface, but also accelerates the advent of smart machines into our lives.

So why then create such a dangerous technology?

I think that for Elon, the technology of a new interface between man and machine is not so much a matter of providing new qualities for people, but a matter of the survival of humanity as a whole as a species.

This is a logical continuation of his initiatives aimed at finding ways to solve the problem of the superiority of artificial intelligence over humans. It seems to me that we should develop such technologies as a preventive measure to counter the challenges that humanity will face.

How to use them is a separate question. We can not go beyond medical applications, we can simply make people's lives better in cases where the mind becomes a hostage to physiological abnormalities, but in the event of a global threat to the existence of mankind, we must consider all ways to survive, including a qualitative change in ourselves as a species.

It may well be that people will have no choice but to change, on a physical level.

What changes are possible with the maximum development of this technology?

An interface is a way to transfer data not only to the brain, but also from it. Having created a way to "download" information directly into the brain, we also get a way to "upload" data from it and put it inside a computer.

Our consciousness, our experience, our values, feelings and aspirations are the result of the most complex mechanism based on the interaction of a huge number of neurons in the cerebral cortex, on physical connections that are dynamically created and lost every day.

If we find a way to recognize and read this data, then we will be able to copy the consciousness of a person and place it inside a computer environment. It is to copy, since the person physically continues to exist, the copy will in fact no longer be this person, but will have his experience, memories, character and style of thinking.

This opens up before humanity both the possibility of digital immortality, after the death of the physical body, and the possibility of creating its own digital copy during life. A copy that thinks faster. May have a more advanced body, but remember the same things as you, have the same values and aspirations, the same point of view as you, etc.

Why might this be necessary?

Perhaps our digital copies can become those guardian angels that can protect us from the threats posed by artificial intelligence that arose from nothing and has no attachment to human values. At the same time, we do not have to become cyborgs ourselves.

It will be a new world for us, but it will not be radically hostile. If we do not run away from the problem of artificial intelligence, trying not to notice progress, postponing the solution of this issue until later, but consciously create this technology in the form in which it will be safe for us, then our children will have a future.

It will not be the way we are used to seeing it, not the way we can imagine it. Perhaps this will be an ideal world where digital immortality and new qualities will allow people to become better, get rid of base aspirations and make us happy.

Perhaps people will use this technology both for the good and against other people. However, in this world, man will not be supplanted by a new, stronger mind.

As a child, I dreamed of being taken away by a handsome prince ... Now my husband

dreams of being taken away by a handsome prince.

Dreaminess as a quality of a person is a strong tendency to treat one's thoughts and desired figurative representations as meaning more and deserving more attention than the surrounding reality; an obsessive state that leads into the world of illusions, unfulfilled desires and dreams.

Three cedars grew on the banks of the Jordan River. They have seen many wars, weddings, births of children, etc. in their lifetime. One day they started talking about their dreams. One says: “I would like to be made a throne from me, on which the most just, kind and powerful king on earth would sit.” Second: "I would like to be made into such a thing that would bring good to people." Third: "And I would like people to always remember God when looking at me." Time passed, lumberjacks came and cut down the cedars. From the first they made a manger and put it in a barn with the sheep, from the second they put together a dining table, which they put in a simple peasant family. And the third one was generally sawn into boards and thrown behind the barn. It was a shame for the cedars because there was no other purpose for their valuable wood ... Time passed and one day a woman and a man with a baby in their arms came to the barn to the sheep, who were put in a manger. The star of Bethlehem lit up ... After 30 years, sitting at a peasant table, a man told his students: “Do not kill, do not steal ...” And three years later, the same man carried a Cross on his shoulders, knocked together from boards lying behind the barn.

According to V. Dahl, dreaming means “playing with the imagination, indulging in the game of thoughts, imagining, thinking, imagining what is not in the present; It is pleasant to think, to think about the unrealizable. Previously, it was believed among the people that daydreaming arises at the behest of an evil force.

Dreaming is an illusion of life. Dreaminess is a fairy tale made in the mind by reality. Dreaminess is an obsessive illusion, dissatisfied with the real life of its carrier. In real life, a dreamy person is impractical, unadapted to many situations. A dreamer is a person who forgets about real life.

The trouble with daydreaming is that it is not attracted to specific goals, real plans and actions. She lives in images and situations in which she plays a sweet role for her. As a good screenwriter, she can come up with a "play" in which there is only a situation that attracts her, and she herself is absent. That is, what a person is - such are his dreams. Vengeful and malicious can represent scenes of revenge, killings of people, floods, fires, earthquakes, in which he himself is absent. The glutton will delight his mind with pictures reminiscent of the feasts of Lucullus. In a word, what passions - such dreams.

The very idea of a dream is extremely dangerous - it destroys the mind and mind, creates problems in fate, provokes a person to live in a world of illusions, forgetting about the problems of the present. She changes the target. Instead of stubbornly and persistently moving towards his goal, a person spends colossal energy of the mind on fruitless dreams. Dreaminess is a hospitable hostess for its owner, who does not refuse him anything. Having “rolled out the lip” on the spacious field of reverie, it is hard to fall from the sky to the ground. The hardest thing to lose unfulfilled dream and feel the harsh reality of life. Therefore, daydreaming is a major supplier of depression, disappointment, despondency and despair. Nietzsche wrote: "The dreamer denies the truth to himself, the liar to others."

Many women remain single for one simple reason - they came up with the image of a "prince", "knight" or fell in love with a movie actor and dream of exactly the same husband. At the same time, they endow him with qualities that the actor himself, if he were told, would not even guess and would be very surprised that he was presented as such. The plank is at a fantastic height. They sing from the stage: “Believe in a dream, believe in a dream, believe in a dream soon” and what remains for her to do? Believe: "I believed, I believed and nothing more." She is destined to have a neighbor's boy Kolya, but in her daydreaming she neglects fate and makes the wrong choice in favor of some overseas handsome man, oligarch or banker. She should build happiness with Kolya, here and now, and not with Schwarzenegger somewhere in the distant future. This Kolya is the husband given to her by God.

For someone, a great blessing is the right of free choice, the ability to influence their own destiny, but not for dreaminess. Reverie is a destructive force for consciousness. As a result, a woman does not marry, does not give birth to children, in a word, dooms herself to misfortunes and suffering.

The dreamer, by the power of imagination, turns his empty dreams into what he allegedly already has "here and now." That is, he recklessly spends his piety, squanders what is due to him by fate. For example, a girl says: “I want to become an actress.” There is a huge gap between “I want” and “I know”. Young, completely unknown Sophia Loren was asked who she wants to be. She replied, "I know that I will be the most famous actress in the world."

Many people confuse a dream - “I want” with a firm intention to act, to go towards the goal - “I know”. If you say to yourself, "I want to scratch my ear," nothing happens. But when you have the intention to do it, the hand immediately implements it. Since this is a fundamental point in understanding the difference between a dream, on the one hand, and the intention to go towards the goal, on the other, which misleads people, whitewashing daydreaming, let's consider an eloquent example. Only each time the words “dream” and “want” are replaced by the phrase “firm intention to act, to go towards your goal.”

When Monty was 16 years old, he was asked to write an essay about what he wants when he grows up. Monty suffered for a long time and spent many hours describing his dream. He wanted to be a rancher someday. He wrote seven pages describing the 200-acre ranch in great detail, and drew a plan for the location of all the buildings, stables, and roads. He even drew a very detailed floor plan for the 4,000-square-foot house he would build. The next day, Monty gave his essay to the teacher. Two days later, his teacher returned the essay with a bold red F and the caption, "Stay after class." After the lesson, a boy with a dream came up to the teacher and asked why he got a deuce for his composition. To which the teacher replied: “Because such a dream is impossible for a boy like you. You need a lot, a lot of money to buy a ranch like that. What money do you have? None. You are from a very poor family. There is no way for you to fulfill your dream. She is not feasible. Here's what I'll tell you. Go home and write another essay in which you describe another, more realistic dream, and I will give you a different mark. The boy returned home and asked his father for advice. And this is what he heard: “Son, I'm afraid I'm not your help here. I think it should be your decision only, and I have a feeling that it will be a really important decision for you.” Monty thought about his father's words for a week. Finally, he returned the same essay to the teacher and said: "You can keep the deuce for yourself, but I keep my dream." Time passed, Monty graduated from high school a long time ago, became an adult. He told the story, and turning to the group of people who were listening, he said, “I told you this story because you are all sitting in my 4,000-square-foot house in the middle of my 200-acre ranch. And that essay hangs in a frame over the fireplace. Monty continued: “The most amazing part of this story is that two years ago, in the summer, the same teacher brought 30 students here, and they camped on my ranch for a week. Before leaving, the teacher said to me: “Listen Monty, I can tell you about this now. When I was your teacher, I was a kind of dream thief. I am now very sorry that I stole a lot of childhood dreams back then. But I am very glad that you found the courage to defend your dream.”

You see, what a confusion in understanding intention, goal and dream. Monty, unlike the rest of the students who charged their minds with empty dreams, had an accurate vision of his ranch in great detail. He knew that it would be so and took concrete steps towards his goal. He defended not his dream, but his intentions and goal. Dreaming of becoming a rancher, a person thinks about how he will spend his millions, and never about how to earn them.

Intention is the combination of desire with action. The determination to act on one's own strength is an inner intention. They are controlled by the mind. To realize the inner intention, we focus on the process of our movement towards the goal. The determination to have is the outer intention. Through outer intention, we choose the lifeline on which our desire is realized. We have no doubts that we will achieve our goal. That the goal will be realized is not even discussed. We become the real creator of reality with the help of external intention. Intention is the inclusion of oneself as a creator. We must have an intention, and life will decide how to implement it.

The success story of Gilbert Kaplan shows how important a strong determination to act is for success. When he was only 25 years old, he opened his first magazine. Being a very stubborn and purposeful person, he devoted himself to work completely. Therefore, it is not surprising that over the fifteen years of his work, his magazine has become one of the leading publications and has a huge circulation. But in order to achieve such success, Kaplan had to work around the clock. But suddenly, at the age of 40, Gilbert Kaplan sells his successful business. What happened? The thing is that once he heard Mahler's Second Symphony. The music just blew him away! The melody touched his soul. It seemed that feelings woke up in him, which before that had been sleeping for a very long time, and he did not even know about their existence. In addition, he decided that Mahler's Second Symphony should be played a little differently. It seemed to him that this work was actually even more magnificent! What he heard, in his opinion, was not worthy of the name of the great Mahler. Therefore, Gilbert Kaplan sold his company and decided to become a conductor. It was not a dream, but the firm intention of a mature person. All experts were sure that this was a stupid idea. At this age, it is impossible to start a career as a conductor without any knowledge and skills. Friends simply laughed at Kaplan's ridiculous idea and called it eccentricity. After all, before that, Kaplan had never conducted, never played on any musical instrument didn't know a single note. But no matter what, Kaplan did not lose his temper. On the contrary, his goal became even more tempting. He wanted to prove to everyone that he could become a conductor. He raised the bar even higher for himself: he decided that he would play Mahler in a way that no one had ever played this work before him. And he began to work hard. He studied with the best conductors in the world, he constantly, step by step, stubbornly and persistently went towards his goal. He had no time to dream. And two years later, the goal came true! In 1996, Gilbert Kaplan played the most successful classical album in the United States. In the same year, as a well-known conductor, he opened the festival in Salzburg.

Kaplan's life eloquently reveals the difference between a fruitless dream and a goal. A dream is an idle work of the mind to create illusions and ideals that destroy the fate. The purpose of a dream is to destroy real life person. The dream requires from life, what it still, perhaps, is not supposed to do here and now. She either rushes fate, or even demands the impossible. As a result, a phenomenon called "burning fate" arises. A drunkard or a drug addict does not want to fight for their happiness first and then be happy. No. They want to go crazy and “move off” right now. The phenomenon is the same - burning through life. In other words, alcohol, drugs and daydreaming affect a person in different ways, but the result is always the same - burning through life and piety. The dream is always abstract, but the goal is real. Unlike a dream, a goal is, first of all, an action. A person, not including emotions, persistently goes to his goal along his own path. Reverie is foreign to the goal, "lying on the stove", it is busy with useless mental activity, but does not strive for a useful result, only absorbing the most valuable energy. Reverie does not really create anything, it serves only for self-gratification, which often takes perverse forms.

In this regard, the psychologist N. D. Guryev writes: “Dreamy has nothing creative in itself, it serves only self-gratification, which often takes perverse forms. And in the case of a combination with despondency, hopelessness, despair, it leads to death not only of the soul, but also of the body (suicide). Further, he gives a harsh assessment of this state: “dreaming can be described as mental and intellectual onanism, leading to mental and intellectual impotence and perversion”

In the system of laws of the universe, nothing happens just like that, "on the ball." There is a rule in the Universe: first you need to earn something, that is, replenish your account of piety, and then fate will definitely return it to you a hundredfold. First a good deed, and then a reward. Instead, a foolish dreamer rakes out his fate ahead of schedule, and then falls from the height of his dreams into the realities of life.

In the context of these thoughts, Victor Hugo's view of daydreaming is interesting. In the novel Les Misérables, he writes: “If a person has got into the habit of leaving the house to dream, then the day will come when he will leave the house to throw himself into the water ... Daydreaming is good, like a drug in a moderate dose. It calms the fever of the active mind, often severe, and creates in it a light cool fog that softens the too sharp outlines of a clear thought, fills in gaps and emptiness, connects separate groups of ideas and obscures their sharp corners. But only dreaminess floods and absorbs everything. Woe to the worker of the mind, who allowed himself, leaving the heights of the mind, to completely surrender to the dream! He thinks he will perk up easily and convinces himself that, in general, they are one and the same. Delusion! Thinking is the work of the mind, daydreaming is its voluptuousness. To replace a thought with a dream is to mistake poison for food.”

Petr Kovalev

The dreams that are not in doubt are the easiest to achieve.

In youth, you compare everything with your dreams, in old age - with your memories.

It's a shame when your dreams come true for others!

Maybe the one who does the most, dreams the most.

If a person moves confidently towards his dream and strives to live the life he imagined, then success will come to him at the most ordinary hour and quite unexpectedly.

Dreams won't come true on their own.

The human mind has three keys that open everything: a number, a letter, a note. Know, think, dream. Everything is in it.

How sad it is to dream about the most essential: without having it, a person is always unhappy, but having it is far from always happy.

Cherished thoughts about a dream

I dream of becoming a boomerang. They throw you, and you throw them back in the face.

A dream is good and useful, unless one forgets that it is a dream.

gibberish cherished thoughts about a dream

Nobody puts their dreams in the hands of those who can destroy them.

Human life would freeze at one point if youth did not dream, and the seeds of many great ones ripened invisibly in the iris of youthful utopias.

The only thing that destroys dreams is compromise.

If a person could not imagine the future in vivid and complete pictures, if a person could not dream, then nothing would force him to undertake tedious constructions for the sake of this future, to wage a stubborn struggle, even to sacrifice his life.

A dream is a Sunday of thought.

The more memories you have, the less room there is for dreams.

Possess our sight the ability to see inner world our neighbor, it would be much more accurate to judge a person by his dreams than by his thoughts.

Vague cherished thoughts about a dream

Even from a dream, you can make jam if you add fruits and sugar.

Thinking is the work of the mind, daydreaming is its voluptuousness.

A miserable dream that can come true entirely.

It is in dreams that new ideas are born. Achieve a dream come true greatest life human...

Dreams are plans in the mind, and plans are dreams on paper.

Nothing contributes to the creation of the future like bold dreams. Today utopia, tomorrow - flesh and blood.

Dreams are half reality.

Actions are the last refuge of people who cannot dream.

Dreaming is a poetic way of not thinking.

Sleepy cherished thoughts of a dream

The living are fighting... And only those who are devoted to a lofty dream are alive.

The one who dreams is the forerunner of the one who thinks... Condense all dreams and you will get reality.

A dream is a castle that exists only until it is built.

Even when you no longer believe in your dreams, you cannot part with them.

Only the world of dreams is eternal.

It is better to fight for the fulfillment of your dream and lose a few battles in this war than to be defeated and at the same time not even know what you were fighting for.

Dreams are the cornerstones of our character.

Don't complain that your dreams didn't come true; only he who has never dreamed deserves pity.

If you have built castles in the air, this does not mean at all that your work has gone in vain: this is exactly what real castles should look like. All that was left was to lay a foundation for them.

Incomprehensible cherished thoughts about a dream

It is dangerous to joke with a dream; a broken dream may constitute the misfortune of life; chasing a dream, one can miss life or, in a fit of insane enthusiasm, sacrifice it.

Each dream is given to you along with the forces necessary to make it come true. However, you may have to work hard for this.

Old age, as you know, fulfills the dreams of youth; an example is Swift: in his youth he built a house for the insane, and in his old age he himself settled in it.

The dreamer often correctly determines the future, but he does not want to wait for it. He wants to bring it closer with his efforts. What nature needs thousands of years to achieve, he wants to see perfect during his lifetime.

The dreamer feels reality most of all: too often he falls from heaven to earth.

The universe is always helping us make our dreams come true, no matter how stupid they may be. For these are our dreams, and only we know what it cost to dream them.

A man does not dream about a woman because he considers her mysterious; on the contrary: he considers her mysterious in order to justify his dreams of her.

Introduction

2017 The world is getting more and more complex. The life of a person, external and internal, becomes more complicated. It appears more contradictory, less clear and understandable.

Social, moral, spiritual traditions are being eroded. Chaos as an expression of rejection of the world looks preferable to order. Chaos - on the planet, chaos - in the minds.

The President of the United States and the head of the DPRK, like "reckless" hooligans, threaten each other with destruction, forgetting that in the war they might start, innocent people will suffer first of all. Bloody terrorist attacks shake Europe.

The climate is changing. From time to time, destructive floods, fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions occur on the planet. However, the economic interests of some countries are placed above the interests of mankind.

Information technologies are dragging young people into the virtual world like into a swamp. The media are actively involved in the political struggle and lie incredibly. The Western man in the street is frightened by the mythical Russian military threat, the invasion of aliens. Some media intimidate Russians with the appearance of mutant monsters, the spread of terrible deadly diseases, the death of the planet and the imminent End of the World. It is no longer only men who marry men and women who marry women, but men marry animals and women marry them. There are women in the West who marry themselves.

Negative feelings, thoughts, moods predominate in people. In a sense, the world has gone mad, or rather, humanity.

How much a common sense is needed today. How much powerful rational force is needed today!

All these are emotions... And what will the rationally thinking scientific community say?

In the 20th century in the West, primarily in the United States, ideas about the process of collective decision-making were formed in the scientific community. With the invention of the "World Wide Web" (Internet), research began in the United States aimed at the practical implementation of the use of the intellectual potential of people united through various network technologies. Today, the scale of ideas has grown to the level of the global Collective Intelligence.

In the domestic intellectual space, Academician N.N. Moiseev expressed the idea of the World Collective Mind. He wrote: "I have been thinking a lot over the past quarter of a century and, having carried out many computer experiments, I have become convinced of the enormous potentialities of human activity. The mind - the universal Mind - really interferes with the element of self-organization, which has dominated the planet until now."

N. Moiseev continued the humanistic tradition of Russian science in relation to the problem of the Collective Mind.

The essay is written in the genre of popular science literature.

1. Consciousness

The semantics of the concept of "consciousness" is extremely complex and multifaceted. Consciousness itself as a subject and object of study is studied by many disciplines. Like any concept, the concept of consciousness is constantly evolving, especially in the last few centuries. Its concentrated content is reflected, of course, primarily in dictionaries. The definitions of consciousness are well known to those familiar with the subject and there is no need to repeat them again. I will highlight those characteristics of consciousness that, as a rule, do not arouse interest among researchers. This is

- "poor quality" of consciousness;

Continuity, variability, integrity of consciousness;

Impossibility of localization of consciousness in space;

The impossibility of "dismemberment" of consciousness in time.

In the 19th century American psychologist and philosopher William James called consciousness a fiction. Such an opinion is largely justified if consciousness is studied by conventional scientific methods (experimental). Nevertheless, attempts to understand the nature of consciousness continued, as did the search for new methods of its study. But until now, theoretical modeling has been at the heart of all methods of studying consciousness.

W. James, relying on the theory of evolution, formulated a position on the integrity and dynamism of consciousness, which seemed to him a stream ("stream of consciousness").

If consciousness is considered as a phenomenon inherent in the subject, it does not have spatial qualities (R. Descartes). The materialistic interpretation of consciousness leads to the idea of it as a natural attribute, while nature is characterized by extension (B. Spinoza). Trying to apply the time factor to consciousness, for example, A. Bergson used the concept of duration, understood as the basis of conscious, mental processes. Differing from the abstract time of science, duration implies the interpenetration of the past and the present, the unpredictability of the future.

During the transition to the study of consciousness at the level of relations between a person and society, scientific ideas appeared about those of its forms that exceed in scale a separate human consciousness.

In the 19th century the French sociologist E. Durkheim came to the conclusion that society, arising as a result of the interactions of individuals, creates a non-individual and supra-individual reality. In the early stages historical development individual consciousness was completely absorbed by the consciousness of the collective.

After the evolutionary and historical evolutionary and historical development of individual consciousness and the formation of certain social relations, the question arose of non-individual forms of consciousness that correspond to modern broad social formations. K. Jung, as you know, in addition to the Freudian individual subconscious, introduced the concept of "collective unconscious".

Extremely large objects, the existence of which is allowed today by philosophy and psychology, are represented in the concepts of "public consciousness", "mass consciousness", "collective consciousness".

Social consciousness is nothing less than a reflection in the spiritual activity of people of interests, ideas of various social groups, classes, nations, society as a whole. (one)

Mass consciousness is a type of social consciousness associated with the activities of mass communities, and reflecting various aspects of the life of society that are of interest to mass communities. (2)

And only in the definition of collective consciousness with reference to E. Durkheim we find very important thought, which distinguishes it from previous definitions: "Collective consciousness - according to E. Durkheim - the spiritual unity of society:

Existing regardless of individual consciousness in the form of customs, morality, law, traditions, knowledge and other social factors;

Having a strong influence on the individual consciousness." (3)

So, E. Durkheim clearly understood that the collective consciousness cannot be a simple sum of the consciousnesses of individual people.

But consciousness is extremely polar in its properties - it is not only integral, but also differentiated, fragmented. For example, "mass consciousness is characterized by fragmentation, ... inconsistency ..." (4).

Let us continue our consideration of individual definitions. "Consciousness - says one of them - is the ability to think, reason and determine one's attitude to reality." Thinking, in turn, is "the process of reflecting objective reality in conclusions, concepts, theories, judgments, etc." (5).

Accordingly, consciousness itself becomes "the highest form of reflection of reality ..."

The absolutization of the idea of consciousness as a manifestation of the property of reflection, contained in matter (Lenin's "theory of reflection"), in my opinion, puts restrictions on a deeper and more true understanding of the universal, multidimensional essence of consciousness.

E. Durkheim believed that the collective consciousness creates a moral social environment that makes people accept the ways of acting and thinking that are common in a given society. Forms of collective consciousness according to E. Durkheim are collective representations and collective feelings. (6)

Since consciousness is not localized in space, it should not be tied to physical space, dimensions, unambiguous demarcations. There are no clear boundaries between non-individual forms of consciousness (collective, social, mass consciousness) and the consciousness of an individual. Consciousness, despite the impossibility of distributing it in time, nevertheless has a historical aspect associated primarily with thinking.

Thinking is one of the most noticeable functions of consciousness, which also has some visibility. According to its activity and characteristics, one can obviously judge the presence of one or another kind of consciousness. But, at the same time, to identify consciousness with thinking, or to confine oneself in its study to thinking, is to repeat the old mistake.

2. Global Consciousness Project

In 1998, a unique experiment called the Global Consciousness Project (or GCP) was launched at Princeton University (USA). Being international and interdisciplinary in nature, it brings together a variety of specialists: scientists, engineers and even poets and artists. The project is organized by R. Nelson, who directs it.

The site of the research group of the same name describes the essence of the idea and the technical side of the project. Its participants keep track of "global ratios" in the list of random data provided by the system (network) of computers. The network has grown to 65 regional sensors (as of 2007) scattered around the world. Computer programs process information every second, extracted from random sources and records (only two hundred control units). The data is transmitted over the Internet to a server in Princeton, NJ USA, where it is archived for further analysis. Noise and errors are removed, and the result is compared with the expected value.

The purpose of the project is "to test the subtle relationship that appears to reflect the presence and activity of consciousness in the world" (7) Yu. (more precisely, their refraction through the prism of the individual consciousness of each person), and the readings of the network of "sensors (8). Events are reflected in the media. They say about correlation when a connection is found with the content of the news in time and place.

R. Nelson writes: "Where electroencephalographs measure signals in the individual brain, random event generators (REGs) have shown in laboratory experiments that the human mind can influence" remotely (9).

In this situation, a direct question is inevitable: what do the authors of the experiment mean by global consciousness? In the section "Models and Theory" we find some methodological developments. The attitude towards methodology is expressed by the following statement: "some theory of mind is better than its absence" (A. Boyarsky and others). "It's hard to tell ahead of time what might stand out as the most pertinent ideas, and the attitude that brings the best results is to keep your mind open to new ideas." The approach based on the bioquantum theory and the "general problem of resonances" by Poincaré (F. Viola) is not discarded, the concept of an active information field is used, as well as the position that "consciousness manifests its existence in time, but not in space" and that " Thought and quantum are not localized.

An interesting theoretical outline of the "universal consciousness" (A. Bondis), which is mainly based on the book by D. Hodgson "The Mind Matters" ("The Mind Matters", Oxford University Press, 1991). D. Hodgson in it asserts that the cosmos is permeated with universal consciousness. The local version of the universal consciousness is the global consciousness. F. Viola calls global consciousness a collective phenomenon. (ten)

Has the system detected anything real? Sensors registered disturbances on the eve of the attack by Islamic terrorists on American embassies in Africa (August 1998), and before the events of September 11, 2001 in the United States, and in a number of other cases. It would seem that we can conclude that the individual mechanisms of action of the global consciousness are open. However, it is premature to say such a thing.

Difficulties in understanding the phenomenon of global consciousness are clearly visible in R. Nelson's interview with the Mega Foundation:

"Do you see any connection between your work and the research of Carl Jung, who described the 'collective unconscious'?

I think we really mean the same goals and structures. What we're talking about is much deeper and more complex than our constructions and our metaphors..." Nelson confessed: "I don't really see the awakening of global consciousness, although I wish it did. On the contrary, I'm surprised if there's a glimpse, like just a noticed change in a long dream, or a few first functional interactions that form in the "flourishing, business mess" of the nascent mind. No, the timeline is too long..." (11)

As you can see, Nelson does not simplify the problem. Criticism by specialists of the methods used in the GCP is undoubtedly justified. Physicist Tom van Flandern was quite clear: "I am extremely skeptical about the 'static notation' of results that are so closed that they can be produced by accident." (12). There are other weaknesses in the project as well. Anishchenko Yu., referring to numerous discussions between supporters and critics of the "Global Consciousness", singled out a very important question in them: "The rhythm of whose consciousness is registered by a system entirely built on computers connected via the Internet - of humanity or the World Wide Web itself, which has the rudiments self-organizing information structures? (13) The project is primarily an experiment designed to test a hypothesis, and this, to some extent, justifies the vagueness of the methodological positions and the method itself.

“So what is global consciousness? Nelson, a participant in the project, describes it as the combined intelligence of all the inhabitants of the planet. “Consciousness plays a creative, productive, productive role in the world, the power of which is such that what we want comes true, unlike what we do not we wish,” he wrote on the project website, “everything that we collectively draw in our imagination manifests itself in the world in the most extraordinary way.” (fourteen)

10 years later

Experiments under the GCP project continued. Today, 10 years later, there are 70 sensors deployed around the world. There are sensors in Moscow and Vladivostok. The archive "now contains over 15 years of random data in parallel sequences of synchronized 200-bit trials generated every second."

On the home page on the project website we read: "A coordinated consciousness creates order in the world Subtle interactions connect us with each other and the Earth When human consciousness becomes consistent, the behavior of random systems can change. Random number generators (RNG) based on quantum tunneling produce a series of zeros and ones in completely unpredictable sequences "But when a great event synchronizes the feelings of millions of people, our RNG network becomes finely structured. We calculate one in a trillion chances that the effect is due to chance. Evidence suggests the emergence of the noosphere or unifying field of consciousness described by sages in all cultures."

And further: "Our goal is to consider the subtle relationships that can reflect the presence and activity of consciousness in the world. We assume that there will be a structure in which there should be random data associated with major global events that cover our minds and hearts. Subtle, but the real effects of consciousness are scientifically important, but their real power is more immediate. They urge us to make significant, healthy changes in the great systems that dominate our world.Large-scale group consciousness has an impact on the physical world.Knowing this, we can purposefully work towards a brighter, more conscious future."

Today, the project looks quite respectable, and its leader, Roger Nelson, is a self-confident person.

“One gets the impression that the electronic system at such moments is at the mercy of some external force. We claim that in the course of many years of observations we have recorded a phenomenon that has no materialistic explanation and can be interpreted as a manifestation of psychokinesis.

The project has established a partnership with the Parapsychological Association of San Francisco.

Articles about GCP appeared in the esoteric and "dissident" resources of Runet. On the site "Another Reality" a positive article about the project is preceded by the thesis: "Collective consciousness has a physical impact on the world." (fifteen)

In an article on the website "en.wikir.com - New Knowledge" GCP is called a project of parapsychology.

The most weighty argument in favor of the success of the project is still called the fixation of data related to the events of September 11, 2011 in New York. The Critic's section of the article reads in part: "Independent scientists Edwin May and James Spottiswoode analyzed the data around the events of September 11, 2001 and concluded that there was no statistically significant change in the randomness of the GCP data during the attacks and an apparent significant variance, reported by Nelson..." (16)

Conclusions to be drawn:

The subject of research according to the GCP project, regardless of the results of the project, should be attributed, in my opinion, to the unconscious side of a certain collective consciousness or, in the terminology of the project leader, "large-scale group consciousness", and also to the unconscious side of the "Global Consciousness".

"Subtle relationships" reflecting the "presence and activity of consciousness in the world" in the scientific sense cannot be considered proven, since the fact of the existence of the phenomenon has not been confirmed by other researchers.

In this situation, it is impossible to correctly judge the nature of the phenomenon, its theoretical and, especially, its practical significance.

So, the project "Global Consciousness" belongs to the sphere of the collective unconscious. Reasonable (conscious) activity is concentrated in the concept of the World Collective Mind (MCR).

3. MKR Academician N. Moiseev

The phenomena "consciousness" and "mind" are the subject of philosophical (abstract) discourse. From the point of view of real objective knowledge in psychology, psychiatry, cybernetics, the theory of artificial intelligence, they are defined at least fragmentarily, but at the level of systemic understanding, they remain a "thing in itself."

A genuine alternative to the idea of the project "Global Consciousness" is the hypothesis of the World Collective Mind, which belongs to Academician N. Moiseev.

In his last major works of popular science and journalistic genres: "The Fate of Civilization. The Way of Reason" and "Universum. Information. Man" he outlined the concept of the World Collective Reason.

N. Moiseev relied on the following concepts:

Artificial intelligence (it should not be confused with the concept of Collective Intelligence (Mind) - appeared relatively recently, and it means a technical system "created by a person to simplify his interaction with a computer and in general with information systems. Artificial intelligence makes it possible to use a computer for people who do not have vocational training in the field of information technology."

Collective Intelligence is a natural phenomenon, the result of the most complex evolutionary process of man and society. Its roots are in the need to think and act together, that is, to exchange information. In the process of joint purposeful activity, common knowledge, collective memory, the possibility of collective actions and ways of their implementation are formed. The rate of development of Collective Intelligence is constantly increasing, especially in the era of computerization and the formation of artificial intelligence, which serves as the most important technical means for the development of Collective Intelligence. The use of the latter forms a positive feedback. Collective Intelligence is "a system that unites people with information links, thanks to which common knowledge and a common understanding of the situation become available to them. As a result, a single vision of what is happening inevitably arises as the basis for common solutions and action."

The Collective Mind arises together, simultaneously with the individual mind; they develop in parallel and together with the development of man, society, the growing need for information exchange and collective decision-making. The collective mind developed much faster than the individual mind and its role in the life of communities is increasing all the time. Along with it, the language that encodes information and the means of its transmission is being improved. There is a positive feedback between the development of the Collective Mind and the complexity of human activity, the intensity of this feedback also increases; its main component at the present time is the exchange of ideas, hypotheses, assumptions, interpretations of certain phenomena. "The Collective Mind objectively becomes a kind of tool that controls (targeted) the actions of people." Armed with the technical innovations of information technology in recent decades, it has acquired amazing power.

Collective Reason and collective memory are the only forms of collective property, the use of which in normal democratic conditions that do not allow "information totalitarianism" leads only to its accumulation. N.N. Moiseev pointed out that the Collective Mind is a fairly traditional concept. In his opinion, the existence of the Collective, or Universal, Mind by people has long been noticed and understood that it was he who determined our common development over the past millennia. (17)

In the ancient teachings about knowledge, the collective knowledge achieved by people stood out. The time has come to turn these questions into the subject of intensive scientific analysis. According to Moiseev, the Collective Mind is not only a source of creativity, but the forming principle of the spiritual world of a person, among the products of which are religions. He proposed a clearly controversial thesis that many Eastern religions directly identify the Collective, or World Mind with the divine principle. Collective (World, Universal) Mind (Intellect) appears in Moiseev as a kind of natural phenomenon and has an informational, cybernetic essence.

The avalanche-like development of means of communication, and the same process of accumulation and processing of information and computer technology creates, according to Moiseev, completely new opportunities for the development of the Collective Mind. Moiseev's hypothesis is very attractive in its specificity: an increase in the number of neurons in the brain of a living creature once led to the emergence of consciousness, the properties of which are in no way a consequence of the properties of individual neurons, and which are almost identical in all living beings. Why can't something similar happen with the Collective Intelligence, where the role of individual neurons is played by individual minds and individual information systems? “If my hypothesis is correct,” wrote Moiseev, “then one day a qualitative change in the place of the Collective Mind in the planetary organization of mankind will inevitably occur.”(18)

Moiseev expressed the hope that in the coming years the Collective Intelligence would be able not only to track the events, but also to form a system of necessary actions that would ensure the homeostasis of human society. However, their implementation also requires a collective will, and hence an appropriate organization of society. A qualitative change in the social structure of the latter will be required. and more importantly, morality systems. The transformation of the media into the master of the thoughts of the rest of the population must be excluded. Changing the system of morals should lead to the transformation of the media into constituent part Collective Reason, moreover, into the most important mechanism of self-organization of society, directing its development to the formation of a new homeostasis (19).

In conclusion:

“In this context, the “sustainable development” program (sustainable development - E.P.) should not be the goal of the development of society, but only the next step on the path of ascent to Reason, which our distant ancestors, expelled from the forest, entered. And the “Charters Earth” is to become the document that affirms the defining place of the spiritual world of man in the fate of mankind.

I understand that this goal is utopian. And it will be so as long as there is at least any chance to live according to traditional canons. Well, without accepting utopia, we will one day accept reality: THE END OF HISTORY. There is no third! How soon? I don't know, but I don't think the wait will be very long!" (20)

4. Algorithm for the development of civilization

In my opinion, this is how a brief scheme of N. Moiseev's method looks like, about which he himself spoke in detail in the book "Universum. Information. Society".

Building the architecture of the concepts and meanings of his method, N. Moiseev began with basic concept"reality". "Carrying" concepts are concepts: system, self-organization, information. Being engaged in systems theories for many years, he, naturally, took the theory of self-organization, information theory as a theoretical tool, but as a "touchstone"? - systems approach.

He emphasized: "The system has special system properties. Their study seems to be the most important direction modern science."(21)

He saw the universe as a self-organizing system. In inanimate Nature, living matter arises, life develops. Then a man appears, a man has a mind.

hypothesis).

Information takes place and makes sense only in living Nature. With the advent of man, an important process of self-organization of society and its history begins. Today we come to the information society.

N. Moiseev used the concept "co-evolution" introduced by him (co-development of Nature and society). main reason modern threats: ecological imbalance, etc. he calls the fact that the logic of History (development of society) differs from the logic of Nature. The Human Mind (Collective Mind) is able to establish a harmonious interaction between society and the biosphere. This is the condition for overcoming the impending crisis of human civilization.

Academician N. Moiseev introduced another concept - "planetary civil society":

"I said that with all the conceivable development of the Collective Intelligence, it will not alone determine the nature of the emerging society. The planetary civil society will play no less a role. It carries not only education, its organization, but also a moral component, which, perhaps, , and there is the most important thing: efforts will be determined not only by knowledge, but also by the spiritual world that will arise in society. "(22)

He ended the book with the words:

"Life is an endless series of compromises, a continuous movement along the blade. Breaking off in any direction is a disaster! And gradually (I repeat this again) the contradictions between Nature and man, the contradictions between the "genetic reality", which has been programmed for millions of years, are now coming to the fore development of our species, and the reality that is provided to us today by the biosphere and which we are only just beginning to realize. And here the need for a new compromise arises. They will have a new homeostasis! In essence, it is what “ecological socialism” is.

I did not accidentally use this term. The social structure of human society, whether we like it or not, will have to be radically rebuilt. In this new compromise (new homeostasis) there must be a very subtle combination of unfreedom, dictated by the need to ensure the stability of the channel of evolution in which the only person can exist, and equality, which removes social tensions that can disrupt social stability and deprive society of the opportunity to focus its efforts on general problems of the relationship between Nature and society. And payment "according to work" and maximum use creativity, which is as genetically inherent in man as consumerism, and is the inevitable consequence of the compromise that I have called "ecological socialism."

And in establishing this order, a decisive role should be played by civil society and humanism, which, strange as it may seem to the reader, is also genetically inherent in man. After all, what is usually called " socialist idea”, in all religions, among all peoples, is associated with the concept of “good”. So the ideologists of civil society have something to rely on!” (23)

5. Analysis of the situation

In his works "The Fate of Civilization. The Path of Reason" and "The Universe. Information. Man" N. Moiseev analyzed all aspects of the civilizational situation. In the book "The Fate of Civilization. The Path of Reason" he placed at the center of system analysis the widespread modern world phenomenon - megacities.

By the end of the Paleolithic, humanity had populated all accessible regions of the planet. Big cities, and later megacities arose on their own due to the logic of Nature. The invention of our ancestor of a stone ax is a step towards the ascent to Reason. Megacities are also a step on the steps of ascent to Reason.

The surface of the planet today acquires a cellular, mosaic structure. Large cities absorb the surrounding villages, merge with each other, forming megacities with a population of tens of millions of people. Ideas of "environmentally clean village" are untenable.

In the short term, we should expect a further increase in large cities and the extinction of small ones. The formation of megacities is an element.

We see many problems and dangerous processes:

air and water pollution, the growth of occupational diseases and the most difficult problem - cleaning cities from garbage.

Megapolis as a form of organization of the industrial life of society is more efficient from the point of view of the economy.

AT agriculture the number of family farms is decreasing, the number of large farms owned by corporations or cooperatives is increasing.

The concentration of people in megacities deforms the personality and spiritual world of a person. Changes in the mentality of the inhabitants of megacities, their system of values, the concepts of good and evil, as it seemed to N. Moiseev, are the main danger for the future of mankind. (24)

"The desire for kindness, for the search for beauty, turns out to be beyond what people today aspire to, zombied not only by living conditions in cities, but also by means of mass media who have lost their sense of responsibility and give rise to the most dangerous positive feedback that destroys the spiritual world of a person. "(25)

"... the future of the planetary society and each individual country will depend decisively on the dissemination of knowledge, general education, culture." (26)

And also, in order for mankind to develop harmoniously with Nature, the population of the planet, according to N. Moiseev's calculations, should be 10-12 times less (500 million people). N. Timofeev-Resovsky also agreed with the calculation.

"The information society... cannot be interpreted as the result of only the self-organization of society or as the result of another technical revolution, reducing the process of its formation to the development of means that facilitate information interaction. That is why, in my deep conviction, without the guiding role of the Collective Intelligence, it will arise on its own can not!..

The planetary society is really turning into a kind of single organism interacting with the biosphere as a single whole... this organism needs a kind of unified Collective Mind on a planetary scale for its survival...

This phenomenon (Collective Mind - E.P.) is born and develops in the process of anthropogenesis as a result of the action of self-organization mechanisms. It arises by itself due to the need to exchange, accumulate, select and store information produced by people in the course of their life. At first it is the collective mind of a family or tribe, then a people or a country, later a civilization ... But at present we are talking already about the Collective Mind of a planetary scale, because humanity interacts with Nature as one whole.

Collective Intelligence on a planetary scale is a completely new phenomenon, we encountered it only in the second half of the 20th century ... Whether the Collective Intelligence will arise on ... the information base and whether it will be able to develop the necessary strategy is another question. But that is the main, main issue. And the answer is not obvious.

I believe it is possible to call a planetary society informational when and only when the Collective Mind arises at such a level that it will be able to play the same role in the planetary society as its own mind plays in the human body. Otherwise, only a society equipped with information technologies arises, which is little capable of preventing inevitable crisis situations, maintaining the co-evolution regime and consciously overcoming some of the genetic consequences of “Neanderthalism”, that is, restructuring the ethical norms of people's lives.

The formation of the Collective Mind (Collective Intelligence) is somewhat similar to the formation of the human brain...

Collective Intelligence... forms a set of individual intellects of individual people, minds that play the role of individual neurons in this set. And this system (“the totality of individual minds”) has properties that are not derived from the properties of individual minds, this is a system property. And its potential, which we are not yet able to assess today, does not depend on the desire and actions of people, it is the result of self-organization. But the use of these opportunities depends on the properties, on the organization of civil society, its Collective Will ...

Maybe ... a real information society will be born, the Collective Intelligence of which will be directed to solving the problems of co-evolution, to organizing a society according to the model that I called a rationally organized society. But it may also happen that the Collective Intelligence will be in the hands of a relatively small number of people who will implement a different type of strategy - the strategy of totalitarianism. And for its approval, it will be necessary to use the full power of the planetary information system. It can be used to zombify those "helots" who make up the majority of the planet's population and will have to provide a life for a relatively small number of modern democratic "Spartans". We are already experiencing the power of the media concentrated in a few hands. Perhaps this fact is the beginning of such a purposeful process of zombification?

Civil society and its institutions should play a special role in preventing such scenarios."(27)

6. Methodology of the MKR

The concepts of consciousness, mind are indefinable concepts. However, these concepts have their content.

Now a whole group of concepts is being formed: along with the old concepts and phrases (collective consciousness, noosphere, etc.), new ones are emerging: the Collective Mind, global consciousness, possibly planetary consciousness, etc.

Global consciousness is characterized by the presence of appropriate categories of thinking, scientific theories (i.e. global thinking), worldviews, values and their conscious application in practice. Global consciousness began to take shape with the advent of the concepts of global thinking. Global consciousness implies a conscious attitude towards oneself.

In addition to global thinking, global consciousness is distinguished by the priority of global values, the focus on the priority solution of such problems as the planetary environmental crisis, international security, etc. At the same time, the significance of local problems is not diminished at all.

Is it possible to consider consciousness also as something objective, or is consciousness an exclusively subjective phenomenon? The process of reflection, as is well known, is accompanied by the selection of an object in the subject. If the global consciousness is only a subject, then the planetary consciousness has an object (a system of objects) within itself.

Planetary consciousness, in comparison with global consciousness, has existed at least since the advent of animal consciousness, but now it is entering a new level of its development.

In my opinion, the concept of planetary consciousness should be as complete as possible, identifying itself with everything related to consciousness belonging to planet Earth. Along with the above characteristics, its content should include global consciousness, global memory, as well as all global technical structures, i.e. world transport, telecommunications, communications, orbital satellite systems and, of course, global computer communications.

And now about other properties of the global and planetary consciousnesses:

1. The presence of an objective supra-individual aspect of consciousness or a collective, universal consciousness.

2. The presence of such structures of collective consciousness as the Collective Mind, which shows signs of autonomy, independence from the individual. It (the structure) becomes relatively independent.

Strengthening the autonomy of the Collective Mind occurs on a technical basis (computers, worldwide networks.

N. Moiseev drew attention to the fundamental importance of the fact that the properties of the system are different in comparison with the properties of its constituent elements.

We usually refer to the subject of research the field of meaning and the content of the problem to be researched. What phenomena correspond to these criteria, i.e., can be attributed to a given subject in our case?

Durkheim (19th century) believed that the collective consciousness cannot be a simple sum of the consciousnesses of individual people.

V. Vernadsky singled out the biosphere as the subject of scientific research, the evolution and geological history of which naturally crowned by the noosphere. Scientific thought in the biosphere is embodied in him.

The concept proposed by N. Moiseev - Collective Intelligence, in my opinion, denotes a socio-cultural object that "works" in the reality of subject-object relations?

The most important component of global consciousness as an object is religious consciousness, spirituality. Globalization processes - external factor forcing religions to enter into a closer relationship with each other. The only reasonable alternative to confrontation is the peaceful coexistence of religions, which is possible only on the path of dialogue between them.

Keeping in mind that thinking is the main sign of consciousness, the World Collective Mind can be understood as the united organized thinking of mankind. Its components: all the logics developed by mankind: formal, dialectical, multiple, mathematical; and technical means: artificial intelligence and its machine software: computers (primarily supercomputers), all types of communications, media, transport.

The functionality of the Mind is subject to certain principles: "The desire to understand the world with the help of the mind and transform it in accordance with the mind is called

rationalism... "(28). A similar principle cannot but be guided by the World Collective Reason.

Is N. Moiseev operating? concepts of Collective Intelligence and Collective Mind as identical. In this case, the methodological task is simplified. But then, the manifestations of the Collective Mind are reduced to the function of rational thinking. Let us regard this step as a necessary concession to positive reductionism.

Rationalism is an important tool in resisting the instincts and unconscious inclinations of large groups of people and individuals (aggression, hatred, "bloodlust", the desire to destroy, sexual instincts, etc.) One-sided vision of problems is overcome by a scientific systematic approach.

7. Activity is an attribute of the mind

Domestic psychology has developed a general idea of the formation of consciousness. The structures of the individual's consciousness are formed in early age due to the child's appropriation of the structures of activity, which consists in communicating with an adult. The possibility of such appropriation is formed on the basis of historical development. Objective activity and its attribute - communication have the following main properties:

1) social origin and structure;

2) separation between two subjects;

The structure of joint activity generates the structure of consciousness, determining, respectively, the following main properties of it:

1) social character;

2) the ability to reflect and internal dialogue;

3) objectivity. (29)

“Of course, life determines C. It emerges from life and forms only one of its moments. But since thinking that has arisen determines itself, or rather, thinking life determines itself through C. As soon as we have divorced thinking from life, from dynamics and need, we have deprived it of any effectiveness, we have closed to ourselves all ways to identify and explain the properties and the main purpose of thinking: to determine the way of life and behavior, change our actions, direct them and free them from the power of a particular situation "(L. Vygotsky).

"The whole point is that thinking and affect are parts of a single whole - human S." (L. Vygotsky) ... the source of individual S. is the ideal form ... This most important position was ignored by representatives of the psychological theory of activity, which sought to necessarily remove higher mental functions and S. from activity. The boundary between mental and higher mental functions (for all its conventionality) runs not along the line of instrumentality and mediation, but along the line of activity and S. A mental function, at best, is a product of objective activity. It is also the condition of the latter, because if the activity does not contain internal, one way or another conscious regulators (needs, motives, attitudes, values), it does not deserve its name. And the highest mental function is a product of S. or the activity of S. Hence the otherness of higher mental functions, which, like the S. that gave rise to them, personify the won “created freedom.”

In the theoretical activity of ideas, abstract concepts materialize in the form of sounds during oral speech or in the form of texts constructed using alphabets. Various materials can serve as carriers of texts.

In practical activity, images, action algorithms materialize into objects, objects, processes, etc.

In life, people are united by similar difficulties, emotions, feelings, thoughts. Joint conscious activity implies the existence of common goals and objectives of development, survival.

Conventionally, human activity can be divided into objective, material (natural nature + "second nature", i.e. everything created by man) and subjective, ideal, which include human psyche with the whole spectrum of its manifestations or consciousness, including mind and thinking. Otherwise, activity is an attribute of the human mind.

The reality in which we exist is one and whole. Practically (and logically) rational activity is subject to the following sequence:

Stage 1 - development of solutions (formulation of problems, discussion, agreement, etc.)

2nd stage - implementation of the adopted decisions.

We have forms of communication at our disposal, organizational structures, practical ways, creativity.

This, in general terms, is seen by the methodologists of the ICR when relying on the humanistic tradition of Russian scientific thought.

8. 21st century - new factors

Over the 17 years that have passed since the entry of mankind into the 21st century, the picture of the world has changed so much that it is difficult to recognize the world we know. To the problems that N. Moiseev wrote about, others were added that called into question the very existence of human civilization.

Through the efforts of the media, an idea has been created that the entire life of the world community is concentrated in political, military and informational events.

multipolar world. In the "zero" years, the concept of "multipolar world" appeared in international politics. The essential characteristic of the development of civilization at the beginning of the century is the transition from a unipolar world (one world center) to a multipolar world (several world centers). Since 1991, only the United States has been the world center, now two more global centers have emerged: Russia and China.

The struggle of the United States to maintain leadership in the world. After the collapse of the USSR, a unipolar world order was established. The United States felt like the "master" of earthly civilization. In the second decade of the 21st century, it became obvious that the era of the dominance of the "states" was coming to an end. But the West, the USA are desperately fighting to ensure that the world order remains the same. Today, international life is determined by the political and, to some extent, military, struggle of the West, led by the United States, for the preservation of a unipolar world.

West - Russia. The leadership of the Russian Federation openly opposed the injustice of the world order "according to the USA." In response, the Western elite set out to destroy Russia - if not by military force, then by political, financial, economic, and informational means.

But Russia is not alone - China, India, Venezuela and other countries are on its side, seeking to get rid of US dictates.

After the reunification of Crimea with Russia, the West launched an anti-Russian offensive in 2014. Russia has been subjected to an unprecedented hostile information campaign. In fact, the West is still waging an information war against Russia. The economic sanctions imposed since 2014 by the US and the EU against Russia are intensifying. Many European and American companies and banks are prohibited from doing business with Russian commercial organizations. To a number of Russian government officials and politicians prohibited from entering the US and EU countries.

Russian sports have been subjected to unfair accusations.

The reason for the new aggravation of relations between the West and Russia lies in civilizational and cultural differences and the desire to maintain the hegemony of the West, primarily the United States.

"Color revolutions". Wars. For decades, the United States has been unceremoniously interfering in the internal affairs of other states, overthrowing governments they don’t like and bringing to power the forces they need.

US intelligence agencies have developed the technology of "color revolutions". It is based on the destructive doctrine " controlled chaos", with the help of which the United States hoped to strengthen its world domination. The victims of the intervention were the former republics of the USSR: Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine. Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus survived the failed coup attempts. In Tajikistan, the intervention took the form of a civil war. In Russia, the center "resistance" made individual republics of the North Caucasus.

Since 2011, North Africa and the Middle East have been gripped by the "Arab Spring": stable regimes have fallen in Tunisia, Libya, and Egypt. Before them - in Iraq. A bloody war was unleashed in Syria Civil War against the government of B. Assad, which has not yet ended. Together with the United States, Saudi Arabia and Qatar actively participated in the reshaping of the Muslim world.

Since 2014, a war has been waged in the South-East of Ukraine aimed at destroying the DPR and LPR formed on the wave of protest against the anti-state coup in Kyiv.

International terrorism. The September 11, 2001 attacks in New York began new stage in the history of international terrorism. The latter acquired an "Islamic" color, and not by chance.

In Europe, they wonder why people from the countries of the Middle East and North Africa do not accept European values, are true to their traditional values, and are so hostile to those who sheltered them. We are witnessing a clash of civilizations at the global level: West - East, North - South.

Radical Islamists dream of a historical revenge on the attitude of the West, Christianity. Their historical consciousness retains the memory of the "humiliation" transferred to the times crusades and colonial dependence on Europeans. In addition to and regardless of this historical heritage, radical Islamists see their ultimate goal in the Islamization of all mankind. They are convinced of the advantages of Islam over Christianity and the global Muslim community (Ummah) over Western society.

Bloody acts of terrorism carried out by emigrants living in Europe from the Muslim regions of Asia Minor and Africa are shaking the "old world" and causing Europeans to panic.

In the US society is split along racial lines. Nazi ideas are once again popular in Europe, and right-wing political forces are becoming stronger. In general, given the situation in Ukraine and other events, it can be said that neo-Nazism and neo-fascism are on the rise in Europe and the United States.

ISIS. In 2013, in the border areas of Iraq and Syria, a terrorist "Islamic state" (a quasi-state or in Arabic - Daesh) - ISIS was formed. The terrorists organized an effective propaganda campaign: young Muslim people from almost all over the world gathered in the ranks of the militants. Within a short time, a large territory in Iraq and almost all of Syria was captured.

The followers of ISIS are united by the idea of a "holy war", hatred of "the infidels. Videos of brutal executions with beheading and burning alive were distributed around the world through the Internet. The leaders of the militants openly threatened European countries, US destruction.

The goal of ISIS is the creation of a world caliphate that exists according to Sharia law. On the other hand, the ISIS, who distorted the teachings of Islam, want to accelerate the onset of the End of the World through "world jihad".

The ideology of ISIS is actually based on the desire for death and self-destruction.

Refugees. The destruction of the existing statehood by the United States and its allies in a number of countries as a result of the promotion by the Americans of the doctrine of "controlled chaos" caused unprecedented flows of refugees from the countries of the Near and Middle East, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and on the other hand - from Libya and even the African hinterland. Refugees rushed to prosperous Europe, giving rise to a severe crisis in the EU.

World economic, financial crisis. In 2008, the global financial and economic crisis broke out. It began with a crisis in the mortgage sector of the US financial system. A number of major banks in the country went bankrupt. Favorable economic and financial indicators turned out to be "soap bubbles". A wave of "collapses" of national currencies rolled around the world. The weakening of the global financial system in most countries was followed by a reduction in production.

Obviously, thanks to the efforts of the ubiquitous United States, a crisis arose in the energy sector: oil prices fell significantly. By reducing the cost of gasoline within the country, the authorities stimulated the consumer demand of the population, which led to the revival of the American economy. The US has begun developing shale gas on its territory, intending to sell it primarily to Europe.

For 10 years the world economy has been painfully recovering from the crisis. But the expansion of developed countries does not stop.

Transnational corporations (TNCs) continue to show caveman selfishness. They move "old" production to the territory of developing countries and cause enormous damage to their nature.

Gender "revolution". Today distribution in Western countries eroticism, pornography (including children's, although criminally prosecuted), pedophilia (which is officially considered a criminal offense), homosexuality is a common phenomenon. Society is being eroded by drug addiction.

The undoubted achievement of European civilization was the equality of all members of society before the law, in any case, declared. Today, society, relying on the judiciary, the executors of the letter of juvenile justice, deprives, without hesitation, the parents of their children, and the children of their parents. Some time ago, they started talking about the favorable attitude in Europe, America (thank God, not all citizens) to homosexuality, the legalization of bisexual marriages, the right of such "parents" to adopt children. Recently, the EU issued the recognition of the "third sex": it was received by transvestites (changing sex as a result of human intervention) and transsexuals (people, by nature, having signs of both sexes at birth). information wars. At the end of the 20th century, such a destructive phenomenon as information wars arose. They use misinformation (in other words, ordinary lies, distortion of the truth) as a strategic weapon in combat operations against the enemy. Information wars are a continuation of a pragmatic approach to life in a society where the end justifies the means. Truth has become optional in the world of information.

The concept of information war has acquired a new meaning. Created cyber-troops. In the virtual, information space, cyber wars begin. Modern warfare is, in a sense, a war of minds (more than at any other time in human history).

Media and false knowledge. It has become as if not interesting for modern media to disseminate truthful information, to tell people about events in the world. They are actively involved in the political struggle. National elites, media leaders took up the manipulation of mass consciousness, and they chose lies, direct and indirect, as the main means of this manipulation.

In the second decade of the 21st century, the political and informational situation in the world has changed: analytics, forecasting, even science fiction have been replaced by information "PR" campaigns, "fake" political scenarios, etc.

There is no objective truth, there are interpretations of facts and events - this is the quintessence of philosophy, which is professed by modern media. They form a new reality: parallel reality, pseudo-reality or "media-reality".

The implanted apocalyptic worldview brings a lack of confidence that humanity has a future in general, makes us expect misfortunes, suffering, losses.

The commercialization of the media has led to an astonishing lack of legibility in the media. The main thing for them now is to interest the audience (no matter how, no matter what) and, of course, popularity, profit.

The line between truth and falsehood is blurred. In the eyes of society, scientific knowledge is compromised and depreciated. And in science itself, commercial interests, "PR" began to prevail.

Environmental degradation. The ecological state of the natural environment in which we live continues to deteriorate. Air, water, soil are polluted. The area of forests is shrinking, rare species of animals and plants are disappearing. There is already so much discarded garbage in the oceans, including, plastic bottles etc., that a gigantic island can be made out of rubbish.

Changing of the climate. The climate of the planet is rapidly changing before our eyes. The opinion has been firmly established that we are witnessing the process of global warming that has begun. In the Arctic Ocean, on about. Greenland is shrinking ice cover, melting glaciers in Antarctica. Floods, fires, devastating hurricanes occur in different places on the planet.

Geophysical processes are activated: earthquakes destroy cities, volcanoes come to life.

asteroid hazard. The improvement of the technical means of observing the Cosmos led to the realization of a new danger - the asteroid one.

Threat to the world nuclear war. The international military-political crisis that has grown around North Korea's nuclear tests has led to an increase in the real threat of a world nuclear war.

The most irresponsible media inspire the idea of a global catastrophe threatening humanity, of the inevitability of the end of the world in the near future.

Problems of globalization. In the conditions of liberalism in the last third of the 20th century, the technical means of globalization began to develop rapidly: the Internet, the transmission of television and radio signals via satellites, mobile telephone communications, which made it possible to cover the entire planet with information communications and link the world into a whole.

With two warring world systems dividing the world between them, globalization could only partially develop. But globalization is not an end in itself, not the highest value...

The historical experience of recent decades shows that the development of the world under conditions of liberal globalism (planetary spread of liberal market relations) cannot be successful if it is dominated by one country or one civilization (unipolar world).

There was an urgent need for a transition to a multipolar world. Today favorable objective conditions have developed for this transition. It is necessary to overcome, first of all, such subjective "laws of life", more precisely, millennial " bad habits"as the relationship" seigneur - vassal ", the willingness to use brute military force, to kill, destroy, and in addition - to abandon the practice of economic actions aimed at obtaining unilateral benefits, profits at the expense of others.

Globalization is opposed by the anti-globalization movement, which, however, cannot offer a reasonable alternative to the unjust capitalist order.

Globalization throws up new challenges: there are problems of unity and diversity, order, governance, freedom, universal and national cultures, etc.

It becomes clear that globalization, the movement towards a tolerant civilization cannot take place "one hundred percent" in a unipolar world.

In the 21st century, the world is witnessing an increase in political, military, and social uncertainty. They talk about chaos.

Before us, in my opinion, is a systemic crisis of world civilization: military-political, social, economic and financial crises, ideological, value, environmental, climate and, in general, planetary geophysical crises.

In such a situation, the role of the Collective Mind increases - however, only theoretically and in the future. A factor that can be relied on is the trend in the development of new technologies, artificial intelligence.

9. Network Mania

In the late 90s, N. Moiseev wrote with anxiety about the dangers threatening civilization.

But N. Moiseev does not mention the Internet.

In other words, in the 1990s, the Internet was just emerging in Russia.

Internet, new information Technology probably became the decisive factor in the formation of human civilization. The problem of consciousness, reason has received a new semantic dimension.

In the 21st century, millions of people spend a lot of time on the social networks of the World Wide Web. They unite in groups, cooperate in some activity or just communicate. The living will of individual people acts together in a certain semantic direction.

With the advent of the World Wide Web, a socio-technical scientific environment was formed, and a growing research direction, not so well known to the general public.

Wikipedia has an extensive article called "Collective Intelligence". Among the 39 references you will not find a single reference to the work of Russian researchers.

In the sections "References and notes" and " External links"The site" ru.knowledgr.cor - new knowledge! "also does not have a single link to Russian resources. Probably, not only because there are practically no developments and studies on this issue in Russia, but also because Russian authors are in in line with the Western research paradigm.

"The study of the collective mind is important for understanding many phenomena, primarily the phenomenon of the mind as such, as well as human civilization in its development. A lot of materials have been accumulated, but the collective mind has not yet become the center of attention of scientists and philosophers."

And shared his thoughts:

"The tasks of a possible further study: how exactly did the collective mind arise, how does it relate to the individual, what development trends are embedded in it."

An interview with Professor V. Protasov has been published on the SKOLT International Project website. "All-Russian fame professor of the Taganrog State Pedagogical Institute Vladislav Protasov received thanks to his successful experiments since 2000 in creating groups consisting of students - his voluntary assistants and computers.

The professor said: “In the sixties, there was a boom in science, space, the atom, computers, genetics in the country, the rise of scientific and technical creativity, the dispute to the hoarseness of physicists and lyricists. A physicist won in me, and I spent the best of my student years in Novosibirsk surrounded by gambling, bubbling with energy young professors and classmates. Then it seemed that everything was on the shoulder, the tasks were set for themselves at the limit of possibilities. I did not set my task right away, but went towards it gradually - from atomic physics to computational, then to the development of the principles of construction supercomputer for physicists, the most powerful in the world - no less! - and by the year 96 had fundamentally solved this problem. But that's bad luck. Neither in Russia nor in Ukraine could I convince academics and decision makers of the effectiveness of their approach. I had to self-organization and rules of interaction between intelligent agents that transfer the system to a higher intellectual level, and dramatically simplifying programming, apply in computer networks. The entire infrastructure has already been built there, and people are quite good intelligent agents, unlike primitive computers, which need to chew on any smallest step, and then with difficulty explain these principles to academicians. So I managed to reach the metaprogramming of hybrid human-machine intelligence."

And, in particular, he emphasized:

"What has been achieved so far?

It was possible to develop the principles of synchronization and parallelization of intellectual work in computer and non-computer environments, to test these principles on many creative tasks (solving chess problems, intelligence tests, compiling an identikit, complex combinatorial problems, physics students wrote the anthem of the Physicotechnical Institute, mining students wrote scientific abstract etc.) and post a lot scientific articles on the organization of the collective network intelligence... The main thing is that a tool for the group creative work, which significantly reduces the time for obtaining the optimal solution. In essence, some democratic procedure has been found for the competitive solution of creative problems, where people work only with information, without personal contacts with other people, and where a student can beat an academician if his idea is cooler. "(31)

In a joint article by the employees of the Center for Problem Analysis and State-Administrative Design "On the issue of collective intelligence" the fundamental questions that have developed around the problem are raised.

The authors of the article ask the question: "Is it possible ... the emergence of the so-called collective intelligence effect, understood as the ability of a group to find a solution to a problem more effective than the best individual solution in this group?"

Despite the great interest in the topic of collective intelligence, the authors note, the issue still remains poorly understood or closed. "Scientists and philosophers not only cannot develop agreed concepts of approach to the problems of the collective mind, but also formulate the concept they have developed in any way fully and convincingly. The most studied is the issue of collective expert assessments, the principle of forming expert groups, the process and methods of organizing expert assessment (brainstorming, scenarios, Delphi, Pattern, synectics, situational analysis) In this direction, among Russian scientists, the works of Yu.V. Sidelnikov, B.G. Mirkin, M. Lopukhin, Beshelev S.D., Gurvich F. G."

"Questions about the principles of emergence, operation and prospects for the use of collective intelligence remain open."

"Hypothesis 4.

Properties of network intelligence can arise both in groups of professionals, and in groups of amateurs and a mixed type. The optimal characteristics of network intelligence are achieved at a certain level of diversity in the group.

The question also arose about the existence of the optimal number of group members at which the effect of network intelligence exists: "When the group size increases to 30 people, the average number of correct answers given by groups of the considered size reaches 26 and does not change with a further increase in the group size."

Some conclusions:

"The use of collective intelligence as a tool for solving tasks is more justified in situations of uncertainty, and also as one of the forecasting methods."

"The properties of the collective mind need to be studied more deeply and carefully, since knowledge and the ability to manage it would give unlimited benefits - from the grandiose scale of intellectual activity to most powerful weapon in military-political conflicts." (32) The authors of the article "Internet: superintelligence and beyond" Ben Goertzel and Stefan W. Bugay, paying tribute to the Internet, believe that the time of AI has finally come. "We believe that within In the next few years, the first AI systems will appear." (Article published circa 2000)

The best tool for understanding the nature of AI systems is the idea of the Metasystem Transition ("the most clearly derived and formulated ... [this concept] was in the work of the outstanding Russian philosopher-scientist Valentin Turchin. Metasystem transition, as Turchin defines it, is a moment in the history of evolution systems, when the whole begins to dominate the components.").

In the realm of the mind, there are also several levels of metasystem transition. The first level is the emergence of "mind modules".

"But mind modules are not real intelligence, not intelligence in the sense that we usually think of: intelligence as the ability to achieve difficult goals in complex environments. Each mind module does one thing, asks for input of a certain kind to be loaded and does not able to adapt to changing environments.

"Intelligence itself requires another metasystem transition: the coordination of multiple mind modules into a single mind, so that each module works for the whole and is fully comprehensible only in the context of the whole."

"This metasystem transition from modules to mind is truly amazing. A system like Webmind can autonomously adapt to changes in more complex environments than its single-module predecessors, and can learn in a way more like human learning than computer programming."

"The more modules integrated, the more intelligent the system will be."

"The ability to make decisions to sort out ambiguity in the first place, depending on the context, is a measure of intelligence."

"Such a metasystem transition - from mind modules to mind - is what the authors have been puzzling over for the last couple of years ... When Turchin formulated the concept of a metasystem transition, he had in mind ... the concept of a global brain and the emergence of a system based on people and AI systems connected by the Internet and other emerging communication technologies."

"As we can see, the path from the modern Web to the global brain that unites machines and people into an interconnected super-mechanism is nothing more than a sequence of metasystem transitions. The first of them is the emergence of a global mind on the Web - the transformation of the Internet into a single organism..."

“The advent of a global shared memory will allow knowledge to be shared in the collective mind. Across the millions (and someday billions) of machines on the Internet, the global mind of the Web will function as a single common space of thought, allowing individual agents to overcome their individual limitations and use a common consciousness, thus bringing his abilities far beyond the boundaries of individual possibilities.

"All this seems completely impossible - the collective consciousness of AI systems; the Web as a self-organizing intelligent information space..."

"Imagine: human and machine elements are combined into a common mind, creating a complex network of individual individuals, from which emerges the dynamics of a global superbrain, with capabilities and boundaries far beyond the mind of any individual, human or machine, or any group consisting only of people or only from AI systems... "

"We believe that through the ethical influence of people, machines and information, a beneficial union of man and machine can be created within a global society..." (33) (see Appendix)

So, collective intelligence is recognized as more effective than group and individual intelligence (mind). This approach, of course, has the right to exist. But it justifies itself in solving practical problems with elements of creativity. "Network intelligence" - technology.

And, I think, the main drawback of the existing paradigm is that Reason is reduced to Intelligence. Let me remind you that the intellect or mind is considered the quality of the psyche, expressed in the ability to adapt to new situations, to learn and remember based on experience, to understand and apply abstract concepts and to use knowledge to control the environment.

Collective intelligence is understood as a property resulting from the interaction between 1) data - information - knowledge; 2) software and hardware; and 3) specialists (both the bearers of new ideas and recognized authorities) who are constantly learning, using feedback, to develop the information necessary at a given moment to make decisions better than those that can make these three components separately. Or, in a narrower sense, a property that results from the interaction between people and information processing methods. The collective intelligence understood in this way is called "symbiotic intelligence" and is described by Norman Lee Johnson. This concept is used in sociology, business, computer science and the media. It also appears in science fiction.(34)

In the methodology of creating AI and the whole complex of technical and social solutions, positivist views are extremely clearly manifested (positivism is a philosophical doctrine and a direction in the methodology of science that determines empirical research as the only source of true, valid knowledge ... - Vic.)

The applied orientation of these studies is obvious. A narrowly pragmatic, utilitarian approach will inevitably lead to intractable social and moral problems.

The Collective Mind or Intellect becomes a tool for the development of the economy. Thinking and creativity are transformed into a technological process.

Within the boundaries of such an approach one cannot see the viable prospects for our existence and the dangers that lie in wait for us.

While N. Moiseev thought extremely broadly - he posed specific moral, ideological, spiritual problems.

Unfortunately, there is no serious interest in the ideas and position of Academician N.N. Moiseev regarding the prospects for the development of modern civilization and the role of the World Collective Mind in the research society.

On some sites you can only find copied sections of my essay, in which, in particular, I summarized N. Moiseev's ideas about the World Collective Mind.

10. Forum of Minds

Many of those scientists who deal with the problem of the Collective Mind or Intellect try to show their positive attitude to the widespread concept of "noosphere" and the philosophical and theoretical doctrine of the noosphere.

It seems that "noosphere" is nothing more than a fashionable concept, and for many scientists it is not so important what content is put into this concept.

Under the idea of a new evolutionary state of the Earth (of course, hypothetical), V. Vernadsky summed up the scientific base that was available by that time in geology, summarizing a huge amount of data from other fields of knowledge. In the unfinished work "Scientific Thought as a Planetary Phenomenon" V. Vernadsky expounded the foundations of his doctrine of the noosphere. The history of scientific thought appears to him as a "natural process of the history of the biosphere," and man himself is a definite function of the biosphere. The noosphere is the biosphere reworked by scientific thought. The growth of scientific knowledge is the main geological force that creates the noosphere.

The history of scientific knowledge is at the same time "the history of consciousness in the biosphere of a new geological force - scientific thought." This is the history of a new expression of the organization of the biosphere, which has developed spontaneously, as a natural phenomenon. It is not accidental, but natural, as the paleontological process that created the Homosapiens brain and that social environment in which scientific thought is manifested, a new geological force consciously directed. (36)

Literally V.I. Vernadsky expressed his thought as follows: “Humanity is one, and although the vast majority of it is recognized, this unity is manifested by forms of life that actually deepen it imperceptibly for a person, spontaneously, [as a result] of an unconscious striving for him. The life of mankind, for all its heterogeneity, has become indivisible, one. An event that occurred in a remote corner of any point of any continent or ocean is reflected and has consequences - large or small - in a number of other places, everywhere on the surface of the Earth. Telegraph, telephone, radio, airplanes, balloons covered the entire Earth. Relationships are getting easier and faster. Every year their organization increases, it grows rapidly." (37)

Vernadsky's noosphere as a concept carries an exclusively objective semantic load (one gets the impression that these are rather geological deposits, a ossified thought, and only science revives it, forcing it to move forward). It is a consequence of the activity of the human mind and the environment in which its further development takes place.

Thus, if human consciousness presupposes the presence of an acting mind, then for V. Vernadsky the noosphere was the world space of "scientific thought", in which, oddly enough, there was no place for a creative living mind. There is no feeling, creatively thinking Man in the noosphere.

Recently, a certain trend has emerged in the understanding of the noosphere - in modern concepts, the importance of the subjective component (mind, consciousness) is growing.

In the middle and in the second half of the twentieth century, old ideas were deepened in science and philosophy and new ideas and concepts were formed. Personalism positioned personal philosophy. His credo: "I exist to the extent that I exist for the "other", and ultimately to exist is to love."

The German philosopher K. Jaspers actively used the concept of "communication". He believed that against the background of "consciousness in general" inherent in individuals, spirit and mind play a special role in communication. "Communication in the sphere of the spirit is the creation of the idea of the whole from the social substance ... His (individual) communication is the communication of an individual member with the organism. It differs from all the others, but it is one with them in the order that encompasses them." (38)

“Reason is the connection of all modes of the enclosing,” wrote K. Jaspers. “He does not allow any entity to be absolutely separated, established in isolation, become insignificant in dispersion. Nothing should be lost where the mind becomes effective, then, what is, searches for a connection. There arises a universal participation in life, an open interest ... it persistently directs towards the one that is everything ... Reason requires unlimited communication, it itself is a total will to communicate ... two propositions are valid here: truth is what connects us, and - in communication are the origins of truth. A person finds another person in the world as the only reality with which he can unite in understanding and trust. "(39)

What is communication? "Communication (as communication and communication) - from the Latin "communicatio" - a message, transfer and from "communicare" - to make common, to talk, connect, report, transfer - a term adopted in research that refers to operating systems that daily ensure unity and continuity of human activity... The process of communication (including as a form of interaction) is understood as one of the foundations of human life and society. At the same time, researchers are talking about both communication processes and its results." (40)

The concept of communication is involved in various fields of knowledge and practice: communication in society, in psychology, intercultural communication. There are also engineering communications (networks) - meaning "the unity of communications and structures aimed at using heat, gas, electricity, water supply in processes." (41) The terms "transport communications" and "communication technologies" are also used. But the most widely used term is "information communications".

The development of all types of communication, primarily global - necessary condition, at which the global consciousness (and the Collective Mind) is formed.

Historically, fragments of global communications appeared, in my opinion, quite a long time ago. I mean roads, vehicles on land and at sea, sea routes. Today, the totality of transport lines in the world is a global network. If we combine world transport with global computer communications (and, of course, telecommunications, means of communication, orbital satellite systems that provide not only telecommunications and communications, but also global navigation and tracking), then we will get, I think, an emerging technological system that actively influences on the biosphere and human consciousness.

Will we be able to correctly assess the degree of threat regarding the impact of global information and technical systems on human consciousness in the coming years? How difficult it is to overcome the inertia of moving in a dangerous direction, even after the threat has been identified, can be seen in the example of environmental problems.

Social organization, technical structures, movement, communication, processes of communication and understanding - the conditions under which

the Collective Mind operates. Reason is inseparable from Knowledge, which is collective in its essence. Knowledge is the only form of property that has a universal, all-human character (42). What makes it so is the availability of information.

Global consciousness, the Collective Mind are developing from utopias and philosophy to their technical implementation and ecological content, at least this is the trend so far.

Is it right to say that in the planetary (and global) consciousness, as an object, a subject is formed, which is characterized by reflection and reflection? The Collective Mind is quite capable of playing such a role.

In theoretical terms, the objective unresolved major ontological and epistemological aspects of the problem remains. We carry out rational practical activity, not having satisfactory philosophical and natural-scientific knowledge about the Mind.

This is the peculiarity of the problem under discussion.

But we have precious historical experience in the activities of the UN, its specialized department - UNESCO, and other international organizations.

The UN activity at this stage is based on the concept of sustainable development.

"Sustainable development requires a clear understanding that environmental and development issues must be addressed in an integrated, interrelated manner." (39)

In a multipolar world, the role of the UN is growing.

Obviously, the process of transition to a new structure of the world is a rather lengthy and contradictory process. Even today, the world is characterized by instability (due to its complexity compared to the unipolar world - V. Putin).

A multipolar world has not yet taken shape. Today, in conditions transition period Russia actually became the world's ideological and political center.

In October 2017, Russia held a number of international forums and events: the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly in St. Petersburg, the 19th International Festival of Youth and Students, the regular meeting of the Valdai Club, the investment forum "Russia is calling", which undoubtedly serve as the embodiment of the real forms of activity of the Collective Mind.

The world is closely following China's policy. The 19th Congress of the CPC, which put forward the idea of "socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era," asked many questions.

The international organizations of the EurAsEC, SCO, BRICS, ASEAN noticeably influence the state of world civilization.

In an unstable multipolar world, only the United Nations, which most fully embodies the Collective Reason of mankind, can be the organizing, regulating center.

11. "Terra incognito"

We proceed from the premise that everything that accompanies a person's life in his sensations, feelings, and thoughts undergoes formalization in his mind. We know nothing of what can happen outside our consciousness and that would not be connected with it. Absolutely everything penetrates into our lives through consciousness.

Sensational statements that can be heard lately that technologies are already possible that allow downloading the "contents of the human brain" after the death of its owner into a computer, and then uploading it to another, living brain. Such a belief in the "miracles" of science does not seem like science fiction, but indicates a misunderstanding of the nature of human consciousness, the mind ("the contents of the human brain"). Although, "these unthinkable technical achievements do not violate any known law of science." I think for modern science - a sad statement.

Consciousness according to modern ideas(near-scientific; science cannot say anything worthwhile here) appears as the same infinite extension as the physical Cosmos, our Universe is. It is significant that in an effort to understand the nature of the collective mind, scientists do not shy away from turning to the experience of spiritual practices, for example, transcendental meditation ("the Maharishi effect").

There are no boundaries in consciousness, including between individual and collective consciousness. The unconscious part in every person uses the inexhaustible reserve of the universal human unconscious.

Mind belongs to consciousness. There is no mind outside of consciousness (artificial intelligence is nothing but a continuation of human consciousness).

The mind, in my opinion, is only a certain "dimension" of consciousness. Therefore, there is no boundary between individual and collective minds.

Psychologists introduced the concept of "field of consciousness".

It clearly distinguishes the central area, especially clear and distinct, - the “field of attention”, or “focus of consciousness”; outside it - the area, the contents of which are indistinct, vague, undifferentiated, - the “periphery of consciousness” ... "(43 )

It seems that it would be quite productive, in addition to the concept of "field of consciousness", to introduce the concept of "force zones of consciousness", in which the activity of consciousness is manifested most intensively:

ego zone;

Sensual-emotional zone;

Zone of rational activity;

Spiritual zone.

1 and 2 zones - unconscious phenomena of the psyche or consciousness;

Zones 1, 2, 4 are not considered in this work.

Psychology identifies three layers in consciousness: the spiritual layer, the existential layer, and the reflective layer.

The spiritual layer of consciousness "is formed very early in the space between I - You, I - Another (M. Buber, M. M. Bakhtin, S. L. Rubinshtein), and at the very first stages of development in the space of the total I (D. B. Elkonin), which begins to be built from the moment of birth. (44)

The subject in philosophy is the source of the activity of cognition or activity. But the mind is also understood as a cognitive activity.

Both concepts: mind, subject are interconnected - one presupposes the presence of the other.

In psychology, there is the concept of "collective subject". In practice, it (the collective subject) is realized through the joint efforts of many individual subjects. Such a subject cannot be reduced to a simple sum of individual subjects and is autonomous with respect to them. Examples: research team, professional community, human society generally. (45)

It can be argued that one or another working social network, the Internet as a whole - collective subjects.

The UN, other international organizations and public institutions have features of subjects endowed with collective self-awareness.

The World Collective Mind is undoubtedly a collective subject and a self-organizing reality.

Let me express a hypothesis about the structure of the human mind. The human mind can be conditionally divided into three regions:

The first region responds to "irritants" external environment- this is a "carnal", practical, "everyday" mind. "It processes the data of interaction with the environment.

The second region is a reaction to internal "irritants" of the body, primarily mental - self-observation, reflection.

The third region is "responsible" for the emergence of creative ideas in the mind. Obviously, creative ideas penetrate into the human mind from spheres that exist outside the physical world, from somewhere "above".

Planetary technical Information system(Platis), the hypothesis about which the author expressed in his other works (46), can become the technical basis of the World Collective Mind. However, the system will also have a destructive influence on the global collective consciousness, which (influence) humanity has yet to overcome.

So, we recognize the existence of phenomena called "consciousness", "mind". But the reality denoted by these concepts is not amenable to theoretical generalization and definition at the level of the whole system.

Mind and its particular manifestation - the World Collective Mind - should be considered as a Phenomenon of human civilization.

Conclusion

The reality of consciousness, the mind is elusive. And yet their manifestations can be tracked and recorded. At the forefront of the problem is the task of developing a method. Trying to solve it at least partially, in my previous works I proceeded from the fact that to explore the mind at the world, global level means, first of all, to explore its functional content - thinking that exists in specific forms and in development. The theoretical models created by this thinking, as well as objective processes that are revealed due to their internal laws, but affect the development of the mind, are subject to study. There is no absolute, universal coordinate system for consciousness, mind.

In the 21st century, the role of politics, military methods of solving problems has increased, the influence of the media on the population has increased, and there has been an increase in violence. Relations between civilizations have become more alienated and tense, and the threat of a world nuclear war has increased. The climate is changing rapidly on the planet.

Information, in addition to its creative role, also reveals a destructive character. The collective, mass consciousness today is distinguished by total distrust and disbelief.

Planet Earth. Space. The future of civilization. Development. Man. His mind. The mind of mankind or the World Collective Mind is a single complex problem. This problem is theoretical, philosophical and ideological and, at the same time, practical.

It is important to understand that in the world of such a level of complexity there are no simple solutions - they do not exist today, obviously, they will not exist tomorrow either.

A quarter of a century ago, V. Altukhov in the journal "Social Sciences and Modernity" formulated the principles of the philosophy of the multidimensional world and the new, "continuum" logic. At that time, the bitterness of the political struggle in Russia and the establishment of a unipolar world on the planet prevented us from realizing and accepting innovative ideas.

Even earlier, more than two hundred years ago, I. Kant expressed the idea of the presence in the human mind of stable, invariant structures and schemes.

But the main merit of I. Kant is that he introduced the concept of a categorical imperative (fundamental law) into ethics. One of the formulas of I. Kant's categorical imperative: "act in such a way that you always treat humanity both in your own person and in the person of everyone else as well as an end and never treat it only as a means." According to Kant, the categorical imperative is a universal obligatory principle [of conduct] by which all people must be guided, regardless of their origin, position, etc. "(47)

"The moral law as an objective principle of will, which is given by reason, should have been the only (and in this sense self-evident, "natural") basis for the behavior of all rational beings. However, man is not just a rational being. He is an imperfect rational being. This means "that the human will is guided not only by reason, ideas about laws. It is also affected by the laws themselves. The human will is also influenced by inclinations, interests, random circumstances. The human will is forced to conform not only to reason. Therefore, the moral law in the case of the human will acts as coercion, as the need to act contrary to the diverse subjective empirical influences that this will experiences. "(48)

The "working" space of artificial intelligence, as an important part of collective intelligence, knowledge, linguistic skills, AI abilities should include the ethical ideas of I. Kant also at the levels of frames (stable structure, cognitive education - knowledge and expectations, representation scheme) and "tunnels of reality" (individual unconscious prejudice).

Notes:

The author familiarized GCP Director Roger Nelson with this section, and Nelson, in his response letter dated 22.04.2007, gave some explanations: the project staff do not track changes in the electromagnetic field of the planet. "We only examine the statistics of random sequences, and we find by analysis that deviations from random probabilities occur, and that the differences are correlated with events that reflect people's interests." - Yevgeny Prilutsky. Global communications and consciousness. Bible Gumer.

From a letter from Roger Nelson: "GCP is an empirical project, and we do not claim to have any explanatory models. The "Models and Theories" section you cite is marked and described as a collection of speculations, mostly human, with unrelated to the project. - Right there.

. "In early March, I was invited to give a general presentation on the parapsychology of a spiritual group in Oklahoma, and in deciding on examples related to the study of the interaction of mind and matter, I decided to briefly summarize the results and conclusions of the GCP (GCP - E.P.). As this group promotes a message of peace and harmony for humanity and the Earth, I was reminded of an exploratory analysis I did a few years ago... with GKP events related to "global harmony" (where mass gatherings of people are organized to pray or reflect on well-being of mankind) and I thought that this is what this group could refer to as a possible example... in the list of events I made reference to prayer, meditation, ceremony, ritual, healing, humanity, earth/nature, and any other synonyms in a similar context ... I have expanded the criteria [which should] include a small number of mass events of social activation (for example, public demonstrations outside p, anti-war rallies, etc.) because while these events tend to be quite different... from organized meditation and prayer events, the wallpapers seem to have the same goal of promoting global harmony."- See .: Global Consciousness Project. - http://noosphere.

The author of the article writes: "Roger Nelson has been coordinating experiments at the Princeton Engineering Anomaly Research Laboratory (PEAR) for more than 20 years ... In the 90s, PEAR experiments showed that the human mind is able to influence the random number generator. This device produces zeros or ones "During the experiment, the operators were asked to direct their thoughts to the machine so that the generator would produce more ones or, conversely, zeros. The results that the random number generator gave out corresponded to the desire of the operators to a certain extent, and this indicator was higher than in the case of a simple coincidence. When two people participated in the experiment, the influence on the random number generator increased.

It was especially noticeable if there was an emotional connection between these people. Then the data began to be collected during group events. The random number generator increased more during “concerts, creative events, and other emotional events” than during “chaotic situations or routine work,” Roger concluded. He spoke about this at the annual conference of the Society for Scientific Research, which was held in May. As a result of these experiments, Nelson had several important questions.

Does the emotional reaction of people to a devastating earthquake somewhere in the world have any effect on reality? Or a major terrorist attack, like 9/11 in New York? And what about the tumultuous emotions of a billion fans during the World Cup? Can the general joy of people during a big holiday affect our devices? He began to look for answers to these questions with the help of the Global Consciousness Project. As part of the project, scientists simultaneously observed changes in the random number generator during the broadcast of world news about major events.

“Our main question was: does random data collected during periods of joint attention to international events have a system? The chance of a match was one chance in a trillion, subsequent analysis suggests deep unconscious connections between people, which may be the source of correlations found in arbitrary data,” Nelson said. /globalnyj_telekinez/2013-10-30-7965; http://othereal.ru/ etc.

Homeostasis - in ecology - a state of dynamically mobile equilibrium of an ecosystem, supported by complex adaptive reactions, regular renewal of its main structures, material-energy composition and internal properties, as well as constant functional self-regulation in all its links. Homeostasis is aimed at the maximum limitation of the influences of the external and internal environment, the preservation of the relative constancy of the structure and functions in the system. . “According to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR / UNHCR), the vast majority of these people are the so-called “persons in need of protection and assistance.” First of all, these are forced migrants who left regions that are particularly unstable military and political environment, including Afghanistan, Syria, which is in a civil war, and Eritrea, a country with a tough dictatorial regime. Last year in Europe, more than 660,000 refugees were registered as having filed official asylum applications. The last time Europe faced such a large number of forced migrants was in the mid-1990s. during the war in Yugoslavia. However, the refugee situation can be very different from country to country. While Germany expects up to 800,000 refugees by the end of the year – four times the number in 2014 – the Swiss Federal Secretariat for Migration (SfM) expects 29 thousand applications for refugee status (in 2014, this figure was at the level of 23,770 applications). . "Noosphere (sometimes noösphere), the realm of human thought. The word comes from the Greek νοῦς (mind "mind") and (sphaira "sphere") on a lexical analogy with "atmosphere" and "biosphere". It was introduced by Pierre Theilhard de Chardin in 1922 in his Cosmogenesis. Another possibility is the first use of the term by Edouard Le Roy (1870–1954), who, together with Teilhard, attended Vladimir Vernadsky's lectures at the Sorbonne. In 1936, Vernadsky agreed with the idea of the noosphere in a letter to Boris Leonidovich Lichkov (although he states that the concept comes from Le Roy.) Citing the work of the biograraprapher Theilhard, René Cuenot, Sampson, and Pitt stated that although the concept was jointly developed by all three men (Vernadsky, Leroy, and Theilhard), Theilhard believed he actually invented the word: "I believe as far as one can ever say that the word "noosphere" was my invention: but it was he (Leroy) who started it." History of the concept: In Vernadsky's theory, the noosphere is the third in the sequence of phases of the Earth's development after the geosphere (non-living matter) and the biosphere (biological life). Just as the advent of life has fundamentally transformed the geosphere, the advent of human cognition is fundamentally transforming the biosphere. Unlike the concepts of Gaia theorists or cyberspace patrons, Vernadsky's noosphere appears at the point where humanity, through mastery of nuclear processes, begins to create resources through the transmutation of elements. It is also currently being researched as part of the Princeton Global Consciousness Project. Tailhard felt a directionality in development along an axis of increasing Complexity/Consciousness. For Theilhard, the noosphere is the realm of thought surrounding the earth that came into existence through development as a result of this growth in complexity/consciousness. The noosphere is therefore as much a part of nature as the barysphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. As a result, Theilhard sees "a social phenomenon [as] the culmination and not the waning of a biological phenomenon". These social phenomena are part of the noosphere and include, for example, legal, educational, religious, research, industrial and technological systems. In this sense, the noosphere appears through and is composed by the interaction of the human mind. The noosphere thus grows in step with the organization of the human mass in relation to itself as it inhabits the earth. Theilhard argued that the noosphere is evolving towards even greater personalization, individualization and unification of its elements. He saw the Christian concept of love as being the primary driver of noogenesis. The development would culminate at the Omega Point - the pinnacle of thought/consciousness - which he identified with the eschatological return of Christ." - http://ru.wikir.com/07268722/

E. Munier wrote in his work "Personalism Manifesto": "The society of individuals is based on a number of acts, the likes of which have not yet been in the entire Universe.

1. Go beyond your own limits. Personality is an existence capable of disconnecting from itself, of renouncing itself... in order to open itself to the "other"...

2. Understand. One must not be limited by one's own point of view and be able to accept the position of the "other" ...

3. Take responsibility for the fate of the "other", share with him his sorrows and joys, his worries ...

4. Give. The life-giving force of a personal impulse lies ... in disinterested generosity, in other words, in generous and gratuitous self-giving ...

5. Be faithful ... Devotion, love and friendship are perfect, if only they are constant ... "- Munier E. Personalism Manifesto / Translated from French. - M .: Respublika, 1999. - P. 479-480.

. “The self-education of the mind consists not only in building a complex system logical thinking, but also in reworking and improving the foundation on which this system is based,” we read in the Appeal of CON... [About] a new - continual - logic of thinking. Its subject is the polyfundamental multidimensional world. In a first approximation, this can be understood as the pluralization of the traditional core of the system: it loses its dominant position (and as a “maker of laws”) and begins to divide it on an equal footing with other basic structures. Here begins the most important and most difficult thing for understanding the new logic of thinking. The picture of a multidimensional world is not a return to classical pluralism, as is often imagined. But in this case, it may seem that there is simply no logical space for this picture and the corresponding logic of thinking: either monism (worldcentric perception), or pluralism (or dualism), the third seems to be not given. However, it is not. The other is given, it exists in a special, yet unexplored logical dimension... One of the criteria for multidimensionality is the equation of the categories of the part and the whole. In a multidimensional picture of a social system, such parts of it as culture, science, economics, politics, etc., are not less than the whole, but are of equal order and are equally powerful (equivalent) with it. That is, these are hypostases, each of which is a special dimension of the social whole, its individual cut. You can also say this: there is the whole society or public consciousness, taken in a certain aspect. " Altukhov V. Philosophy of the multidimensional world - ONS, 1992.

Goertzel B., Bugay S. Internet: superintelligence and

beyond (excerpt)

LexiQuest is not a mind, but a primitive mind module, at least minimally complete. The same is true for other modern high-level systems dealing with language processing, computer vision, industrial robots, and so on. As a different example from LexiQuest, consider MIT's autonomous robots, created under the direction of Rodney Books. These robots exhibit an insect-like level of intelligence as they move around the room to satisfy their needs, displaying behaviors that surprise even their programmers. These robots are modules of reaction to action, not intelligence, but their structure has its own integrity and dynamics...

But mind modules are not real mind, mind not in the sense we usually think of: intelligence as the ability to achieve difficult goals in complex environments. Each mind module does one thing, asks for a certain kind of input to be loaded, and is unable to adapt to changing environments...

Intelligence itself requires another metasystem transition: coordinating multiple mind modules into a single mind, so that each module works for the whole and is fully comprehensible only in the context of the whole.

Such a metasystem transition from modules to mind is a truly amazing phenomenon. A Webmind-type system can autonomously adapt to changes in more complex environments than its single-module predecessors, and can learn in a way more like human learning than computer programming...

The more modules integrated, the more intelligent the system will be. Currently, the Webmind market forecaster can create short and long term trading strategies to hold positions, identify changes in the market environment (using both numbers and market news), and develop new strategies based on these changes...

The ability to make decisions to sort out ambiguity in the first place, depending on the context, is an indicator of intelligence.

Such a metasystem transition - from mind modules to mind - is what the authors have been scratching their heads over for the last couple of years. But this is by no means the end of the story. When Turchin formulated the concept of a metasystem transition, he had in mind something completely different - the concept of a global brain and the emergence of a system based on people and AI systems, united by the Internet and other latest communication technologies...

Turchin creates a "super compiler" that allows Java programs to run at speeds that are 10 to 100 times faster than usual, while consuming less memory!..

What a fearless new world with such programs! And what a daring new business environment to fund such projects in the commercial world, accelerating development in ways never seen before with the snail's pace of academic research!

As we can see, the path from the modern Web to the global brain that unites machines and people into an interconnected super-mechanism is nothing but a sequence of metasystem transitions. The first of them is the emergence of global intelligence on the Web - the transformation of the Internet into a single organism ... The traditional economy will die out, making room for a chaotically dynamic hyper-economy (the term is borrowed from the last transhumanist theorist Alexander Chislenko), in which any intermediaries will be absent, except for information: Producers and buyers (individuals or large aggregations created by AI that assemble these groups based on the presence of certain commonalities) negotiate prices and delivery dates directly with each other, using information obtained from AI accurate prediction and classification algorithms. How far this future is from us, we cannot yet say, but it would be cowardice not to give an assessment: we bet that no more than 10 years.

The emergence of a global single memory will allow the sharing of knowledge in the collective consciousness. Through the millions (and someday billions) of machines on the Internet, the global mind of the Web will function as a single common space of thought, allowing individual agents to overcome their individual limitations and use the common consciousness, thus extending their abilities far beyond the boundaries of individual capabilities.

All this seems completely impossible - the collective consciousness of AI systems; The Web as a self-organizing intelligent information space... obviously more and more of our interactions will take place through the global evolving intelligent Web - every device we use will be connected to the matrix; every word we speak, using cellular technology (or similar technology), can be transmitted to someone on the other side of the world. Every thought that we clearly articulate and enter into the AI system will be automatically developed and connected with the thoughts of other people and AI agents thinking and speaking around the world - or with the thoughts that other people and AI agents must formulate, in accordance with prediction technology... The Superbrain of the Internet is not the end of history, it is only its initial phase, the germ around which the new kind mind, culture and technology. Will it be a tool to control fascism or organized terrorism? It's possible, but not inevitable - and the way to prevent this for many people is to be aware of what's going on, what could happen, and how they can get involved in spreading this technology.

Imagine: human and machine elements are combined into a common mind, creating a complex network of individuals, from which emerges the dynamics of a global superbrain, with possibilities and boundaries far beyond the mind of any individual, human or machine, or any group consisting of only people or only from AI systems... The cliché "let's brainstorm together" will become a reality, allowing humans and machines to directly combine their respective talents to solve complex problems in fields ranging from theoretical physics to social system stabilization, and create new, interesting kinds of work in literature and art .

We believe that through the ethical influence of people, machines and information, a beneficial union of man and machine can be created within a global society. The ethical and ontological problems of identity, secrecy and individuality are no less interesting than technical problems AI, and we have to say goodbye to the tendency to push them further away, because they are unpleasant to think about. But these things are happening - now we are at the beginning, not at the end of this revolution; and the potential reward is staggering - better perception, greater memory, better cognitive abilities, and the possibility of true cooperation between all sentient beings on earth." - http://kharkov.vdelous.net/

November 2017 E.A. Prilutsky

Everyone who dreams of independence and material prosperity must develop the consciousness successful person. Consciousness of a successful person is a state of mind tuned and open in a certain way, allowing you to see success and opportunities.

In the mind of a successful person there is no place for thoughts of failure. The loser sees only obstacles and restrictions on the way to the desired goal. He will see the shortcomings of the situation in everything.
Disadvantages of the surrounding world, people and, of course, your personality.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: only the courage to continue matters. (WINSTON CHECILL)

The path to a successful personality - 10 steps:

Self-esteem.
Many will agree that healthy self-esteem is important for achieving an adequate understanding of one's own worth, and, accordingly, for the formation of successful personality.>
But how to achieve it?

In order to see and understand the path to normal self-esteem, let's analyze some of the mechanisms of its formation.

How do relationships with men affect women's money? The development of relationships with money and their business depends on how a woman has relationships with men inside. We enter into relationships with a set of expectations and fantasies. It's no secret to anyone that a woman in a man is looking for dad and mom in...

About luck and the lucky ones In my practice, I advise people who consider themselves to be failures in general or in any area of life. Comparing themselves to others, they lose their meaning...

The foundation of our self-esteem is laid in childhood, and what it will be (adequate, underestimated or overestimated) largely depends on the life values embedded in us:

relationships with people around us, in particular parents,>
perceptions of us as adults,
the presence of love and support,>
peer relationships, etc.>

Unfortunately, these aspects of our lives do not always go under the “+” sign. Often adults (parents, grandparents...) from the beginning ignore our own, still young and fragile, opinion, then they do not take us seriously. Or even worse, they laugh at us or scold us instead of supporting or clarifying their point of view. The difference in age automatically means the correctness and privileges of an adult.

The saying “the mouth of a baby speaks the truth” appeared quite a long time ago and is very justified. It's just that adults do not want to realize that the child may be right, to realize that it hurts their personal "point of view" (unresolved psychological problem) that they don't want to part with.

When we become a self-sufficient and conscious person, we have the opportunity to correct the mistakes of our childhood.

To improve our self-esteem, we must learn to think differently.
Think the way a successful person should think. There are three concepts for this:

Step 1
Each individual is unique.
No one can think like you, no one can do something better than you. You are good the way you are. Respect and love yourself with all your strengths and weaknesses, and you can be sure that you will receive reciprocity from others.

Step 2
A person can achieve whatever he wants.
The possibilities of a person are practically unlimited, and only the person himself limits himself to his own, often negative attitudes.
“I won’t succeed”, “It’s not possible”, “I have never had, and cannot have such abilities, qualities, skills”, etc.
Think about how much you can do: learn a foreign language, write a book, learn a new profession, change your life...
Every Human has unlimited potential.

Step 3
Man has unlimited power over himself.
No one can tell you how or what to think. Only you determine what and how you will do. Only you can create, build and stabilize any area of your own life.
Remember, with your thoughts you shape your life, your reality. As you think of yourself, so you will be.
Timid thoughts create a timid person, confident thoughts create a confident person, weak thoughts create a weak person, strong thoughts create a strong one.

Thinking.
The consciousness of a successful person differs not only positive thinking but also self-confidence and belief in achieving the desired. A lot of thoughts come to us in the form of mental statements, positively or vice versa negatively colored.
For example: “The meeting will be successful!”, “I will succeed!”, “I will succeed!” or "It's impossible!", "I'll fail!", "I always lose!". Thus, we program our consciousness as the consciousness of a successful person or a loser person.

Affirmation is one of the simplest mental devices that can unconsciously or consciously affect our brain, our consciousness. Such techniques have been used for centuries in religion and magic in the form of prayers, mantras, and so on.

When asserting, you must always remember:
We must sincerely believe in these statements. The statement must be positive. When forming it, it is necessary to avoid the “not” particle.
Our brain ignores its presence and, in our opinion, the positive statement “I won’t worry!” ultimately sets us up for “excitement” and subsequent “failure”.
The statement must be short. A short and simple statement that will not be difficult to pronounce and repeat.

The mind of a successful person contains four basic beliefs.

Step 4, Persuasion 1st
This world is full of riches!
The loser mind assumes that all people are fighting for the same goals, that there are so few opportunities around to achieve what they want. “Everything around is so expensive and there is always not enough money.”

The consciousness of a successful person knows that the Universe is full of everything necessary and this “good” is enough for everyone. Nature, one of the manifestations of the Universe, is always generous and rich. The seas and oceans are filled with its waters, the fields are dotted with flowers, the forests are green, stretching for many kilometers, the boundless sky is covered with its stars.

Be sure that both the Universe and Mother Nature always remember their capricious child - a person, and always give him what he really needs, but we can only accept these gifts.

Step 5, Persuasion 2
Life brings joy and satisfaction!
In the mind of a loser lies the belief that life is incredibly difficult and full of problems. With such a conviction, life cannot be otherwise. If a person is looking for difficulties, he will always find them.

In the mind of a successful person lies the knowledge that life is beautiful.
He knows that under the many difficulties of life, or the so-called problems, there are always many opportunities. It so happened that Life disguises its gifts under obstacles.

Step 6, Persuasion 3

Life contains an unlimited number of possibilities!
In the mind of the loser, there are beliefs that the current situation is hopeless, there is no point in doing anything. The loser accepts this "fact" and goes with the flow he has created. The loser is convinced that there are no opportunities, that all the best positions are already taken and he can’t get through, that he can’t find his other half because all the good ones are already “occupied”, that he can’t come up with something new, because all the “worthwhile” ideas already belong to someone.

Opportunities are always and everywhere. Our true possibilities are endless.
In order to maintain good health, create new relationships, create a family, move up the career ladder, build your own business and just live an exciting life, you just have to go all the way.

Step 7, Persuasion 4
Our success depends only on ourselves!
Success, if we do not achieve it and do not strive for it, do not take active steps to achieve it, will never knock on our doors and say “Here I am!”.
Step by step we are moving towards it, day by day we bring the moment of our success closer with our decisions, deeds, actions, thoughts and beliefs.

Step 8
Faith.
Faith is like the engine of our desire. Everything we believe in becomes real sooner or later. We certainly believe that the sky is blue, that the sea is salty, and that the sun gives light and warmth. Why? We heard and saw this from childhood, we were told this more than once, we were convinced of this more than once. For us, these are indisputable facts that do not need proof.

Let's think about what prevents us from believing that we will succeed, that we will have or already have a happy family, that we will be healthy? No one except us can give answers to these questions, because we ourselves create our future, because everything depends only on us. We always have a choice: to believe in what others say, according to their understanding of the truth, or to believe in our beliefs, our life principles.
By believing in ourselves, we create our individuality, our personality, we live our lives.
Believing in what others say - we live someone else's life.

When we hear some negative statements addressed to us, we must understand that this is a subjective opinion, often based on envy and personal problems and the worldview of another person. Giving meaning to this, putting our faith in it, we give the other person the opportunity to become a real and integral part of us. It is according to this scheme that the consciousness of a loser works, while the consciousness of a successful person, of course, believes in his success and strives for it.

Step 9
Problems are the source of opportunities.
Problems begin when we begin to perceive the current situation as problematic.
It has always been believed that in order to get something you have to give something. From the position of the problem in the role of what we give away, anything can happen, for example, we can lose our job, money can be stolen from us, a loved one, at first glance, can leave us. The consciousness of a loser perceives this as a collapse of hopes or a dead end in life. The loser does not want to look at the situation wider and look into the distance. He sees only what is directly in front of him, and there is nothing but a “broken trough”. He will never think about what the trough might have broken because it is high time to buy a washing machine?

Life always places signs on our way, it remains for us to consider and understand them.
We lost our jobs not only because the authorities did not appreciate us, but because life tells us that we will achieve due success elsewhere. Money was stolen not because people are evil, but because we do not always dispose of it correctly. The spouse left not because you are bad - it's just not the person who truly loves and deserves your love.

Step 10
Positive thinking.
This is the last and main step in achieving the consciousness of a successful person. It includes all the previous nine points and can be said to be based on the principle "Repetition is the mother of learning."

Whatever happens, know:

You are a unique person to whom the World is ready to bring all its riches as a reward for your faith and hard work. You have unlimited power over yourself, your consciousness and in your power to do whatever you want. Rest assured that there are no problems in life, only a limitless source of opportunity. Believe in yourself, and life will bring you only joy and satisfaction!
