Technology. Envelopes with individual sets no longer contain paper sheets, but disks. Forms and KIM are printed right in the audience with students. Rosobrnadzor claims that this eliminates data leakage.

Next year, in some regions, tasks will be transmitted via the Internet. Therefore, if you come across “merged” tasks from the upcoming USE on the Internet, then most likely these are old options from open bank FIPI assignments. Be careful and don't pay scammers any money.

There is also an online broadcast in the classrooms during the exam. In 2018, it came from 93% of the sites. Recordings can be reviewed after the end of the exam. According to experts, this helps to keep track of cheating in exams.

Promises. In 2022, they are going to introduce the third mandatory exam - according to English language. It, like mathematics, will be divided into basic and profile levels. The basic one will assess knowledge of English from A1 to B2 according to the European classification of levels. In other words, "everyday" English for those who do not need it to enter a university.

The profile one will correspond to the level of the additional exam in a foreign language, which is currently being held. This is the level for applicants to language and international specialties.

Also by 2019, the Minister of Education Olga Vasilyeva planned to introduce an oral part into the Unified State Examination in the Russian language. But so far it is carried out only at the OGE in some regions. There is currently no official data that would confirm the introduction of the oral part of the exam in 2019.

The information that in 2020 history will be made a compulsory subject has not been confirmed.

Items

Mandatory. There are still two of them: Russian language and mathematics.

In Russian, the first part contains tasks with a short answer, the second - with a detailed one. 24 points is enough to get a certificate. To enter a university, you need to score at least 36 points.

The USE in mathematics is divided into two levels: basic and specialized. Since 2019, only one exam can be selected for passing.

  • The basic level is called "mathematics for life". Here they check the general knowledge of those who do not need mathematics to enter a university. There are 20 tasks in the exam, which are evaluated on a 5-point scale. The minimum number of points is 3.
  • The profile level is passed by those who need mathematics at the university and who associate their future profession with exact sciences. Here the tasks are more complex and in-depth. They are evaluated on a 100-point scale, you need to score at least 27 points.

If a student receives an unsatisfactory grade for a math exam, he can change the selected level of the exam and retake it on a reserve day.

By choice. There are nine items in total:

1. Social studies - at least 42 points,

2. Chemistry - 36 points,

3. Biology - 36 points,

4. Physics - 36 points,

5. Informatics and ICT - 40 points,

6. History - 32 points,

7. Literature - 32 points,

8. Geography - 37 points,

9. Foreign language: English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese.

The foreign language exam consists of written and oral parts. The written part is obligatory, for it they put a maximum of 80 points. The oral part, or "speaking", can be taken at will on a separate day. It gives a maximum of 20 points. The minimum score for a foreign language exam is 22 points.

By the way, social studies became the most popular subject of the Unified State Examination in 2018. It was passed by 53% of the participants.

Training

Demos. Demonstration versions of control and measuring materials (CMM) help to get acquainted with the structure, content, scores and criteria USE assessment. But these are not copies of the papers that will be on the exams.

It is best to download demos from the official website - this is where the exam KIMs are developed. The same applies to printed CIMs: the copy you need should have the FIPI logo. Only in this way will you be able to prepare for tasks that are as close as possible to those that will be on the exams.

Open job bank. The FIPI website also has a bank with USE assignments from previous years. It is useful to solve them in order to understand the logic and structure of tasks.

Exam procedure

The examination point (PPE) is launched at 9:00. You must take your passport and a black gel or capillary pen with you. The computer that will check your work does not consider a different ink color. It's also best to grab a spare pen. Earlier we wrote about what else

In the PES, you are given an individual set of forms and KIMs. It is necessary to check the barcodes and KIM numbers with the values on the control sheet. After that, you fill in the registration fields on the USE forms and proceed to complete the assignments.

Depending on the subject, you will have 3 - 3 hours 55 minutes. Calculate how much time you will need for each part of the exam, and allow the last 15 minutes for a clean sheet. Then carefully and carefully transfer your answers from the draft to the USE forms.

Stages of exams and verification of results

Early stage. It is held for those who good reason will not be able to get into the exams in May-July. There are five such reasons:

  • planned treatment;
  • participation in sports competitions;
  • Military service;
  • participation in USE past years;
  • early mastering of the program in the subject.

The last reason is an exceptional case. Rosobrnadzor sometimes meets those who confirmed the necessary level of knowledge at the last consultation before the exam.

Main stage. On it, the exam is passed by most of the students. In 2019, the main part will be held from May 27 to July 1.

Additional period. Held in September for those who want to retake the exam.

Examination. 7-14 days. Depends on how many people took the item. For example, checking results in Russian and mathematics usually takes the most time, because everyone takes them. The results can be viewed on the official portal of the exam and the website of the State Services.

Appeal

After the exam, the participant can file an appeal in two cases:

  • If order has been violated conducting the exam. The application must be submitted on the day of the exam to a member of the State Examination Commission (SEC), without leaving the exam site.
  • If you do not agree with the points given. You must apply to your school within two business days of the results being announced.

An appeal cannot be made:

  • on the content and structure of USE assignments;
  • to tasks with a short answer;
  • if you violated the rules of the exam;
  • if you incorrectly completed the exam paper.

About that, we already wrote.

Retake

If you are unhappy with your USE result, you can try to improve it and retake the exam. You can retake only one exam - you will have two attempts for this on reserve days. If you can’t achieve the desired scores, arrange a retake for September. This applies to compulsory and optional subjects.

In 2019, you can only retake the Russian language or mathematics, and only if you have not scored minimum score. Transfer days:

  • September 3 - Russian;
  • September 6 - basic mathematics;
  • September 20 is a reserve day for both subjects.

Elective subjects can only be retaken the following year.

On the eve of the start of the new academic year, teachers, graduates and, of course, parents are concerned about one question - do FIPI plan to introduce another innovation in the Unified State Examination and what to prepare for 11th grade students who graduate in 2019.

The topic of the Unified State Exam is incredibly relevant. Attitude to final certification on the part of children and parents is ambiguous, because often get high score on the subjects necessary for admission is quite difficult. And the first step in the effective preparation algorithm should be familiarization with the new requirements that will be relevant in 2018-2019 academic year.

Cancellation of the exam

Since the final certification became mandatory for all graduates, news periodically appears that the Unified State Examination may be cancelled. But, despite all the efforts of initiative groups actively promoting the idea of canceling exams, this will definitely not happen in 2019.

The experience of reducing the number of compulsory subjects at the OGE has shown that the level of knowledge of ninth-graders in disciplines that are not included in the list of subjects for the exam has fallen rapidly. As a result, the number of compulsory subjects has been returned and increased every year, thus motivating students to take the learning process more seriously.

Naturally, the government, Rosobrnadzor and FIPI will not go for such experiments with 11th graders and the Unified State Examination in 2019, despite a number of resonant scandals that many graduates and teachers remember the last 2018-2019 academic year.

Number of items in 2019

Talk about the need to increase the number of compulsory subjects has been haunting graduates for more than a year. If in 2018 only the Russian language and mathematics were mandatory, then already in 2019 those taking the exam may need to urgently improve history and English, although, most likely, such innovations will again be postponed until at least the next 2020.

Among elective subjects, the main innovation will be the holding of a pilot USE in the Chinese language. Most likely, many 11th graders will give preference to this subject in the 2018-2019 academic year. Due to the fact that the exam will be held in the format of a trial project, they will be able to count on a softer assessment system than in exams in other foreign languages.

It is worth noting that the USE assessment system in English can also be revised, because in 2018 this subject caused the maximum number of problems and negative feedback from graduates.

Changes in KIMs

In the process of reforming the knowledge quality control system, by 2018, almost all KIMs in compulsory and optional subjects were brought to the desired form at FIPI. On the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel, Count Rosbornadzor Sergey Kravtsov assured everyone that there were no plans to make any significant changes to the structure of KIMs in 2019.

At the same time, it was previously said that already in 2019, all graduates will take certification in computer science exclusively in front of a computer monitor, and it is not yet known whether this new decision will affect the content of tasks in the direction of reducing theoretical questions and increasing the volume of practical tasks.

  • mathematics (both levels);
  • physics;
  • chemistry;
  • geography;
  • Informatics.

In tickets for other disciplines, innovations developed taking into account the analysis of the Unified State Examination in 2018 will be insignificant.

Russian language

In 2019, students will have to complete 1 more building in the 3.5 hours allotted for work. The new KIMs will have 27 of them (instead of 26 in 2018). Task No. 21 for punctuation analysis of the text will be new for students.

Among other innovations, it is worth noting the following:

  • slightly expanded the range of tested skills and abilities of students;
  • the format of tasks No. 2,9,10,11 and 12 has been changed;
  • redistributed the level of difficulty of tasks;
  • the wording and criteria for evaluating the new 27 task (with a detailed answer) have been clarified.

Foreign languages

The structure and content of KIMs remained the same, but there are minor changes in the written part. In task "40" of the "Letter" block, the very wording of the question was changed, and the criteria for evaluating the answer were also revised.

Story

Social science

In KIMs 2019, changes will affect such tasks No. 25, 28 and 29, for which a new, more detailed wording and a number of new assessment criteria will be proposed.

The maximum primary score will also increase. In 2019, when doing work in social studies, a graduate will be able to score 65 primary points, since when evaluating task 25, now it will be possible to get not 3 but 4 points.

Biology

The main innovation of the subject is the reduction of the maximum primary score from 59 (in 2018) to 58 (in 2019), which was the result of a change in the 2nd line task model. If earlier the examinee was offered a multiple-choice task, estimated at a maximum of 2 points, now it will be work with a table, for which it will be possible to get 1 primary test score.

When preparing for other subjects, collections of tests will be quite relevant, trial tasks and codifiers of the last season, which can be found and downloaded on the official FIPI website (fipi.ru).

Expected innovations

Although innovations are not expected in the main subjects, there will still be something new in the USE 2019.

News #1

Rosobrnadzor plans to radically change the format of the check examination papers by integrating the cross system. This means that the work of students will be checked by experts from a completely different region of the Russian Federation. At the same time, teachers will not even know in what area, in what locality and even more so, which educational institution this work was written. Such a decision should completely eliminate the possibility of falsifying the results.

News #2

In the near future, the Unified State Examination will also become mandatory for graduates of secondary vocational education (colleges)!

Over the years, students who did not do well curriculum, it was possible to bypass the Unified State Examination, having entered college after the 9th grade and already at the end of training in the secondary vocational school, having entered the 2nd year of the university without passing a single exam. Rosobrnadzor considered this state of affairs unfair and decided that the USE should become mandatory for all applicants, regardless of which educational institution they graduated from. Thus, it is likely that already in 2019, graduates of secondary vocational education will be offered to take mandatory exams in the Russian language and mathematics to continue their studies at the university.

News #3

Refinement of assignments in a foreign language. Although FIPI assures that all tickets are drawn up according to the subject study program, many schoolchildren, having a good grade in English, could not cope with the task. So, in 2018, many media outlets talked about the scandal that erupted due to the fact that thousands of graduates of Tula schools received “0 points” for an essay in a foreign language.

News #4

USE for teachers of Moscow schools!

Do you think that any teacher can easily cope with the tasks of the exam? But in vain. Many teachers who have been teaching the subject to children for years are not able to show a level above the average. And this is a fact. That is why Isaac Kalina believes that every teacher who wants to work in a Moscow school must confirm his level by passing the Unified State Examination with at least a grade of "4".

News #5

Rosobrnadzor plans to eliminate the human factor by completely switching to electronic verification USE works and OGE. Of course, this innovation will require serious preparation, which is simply unrealistic to implement by the beginning of the USE in 2019. But, by 2030, instead of experts checking essays, essays and solving complex problems, there will be a complex intellectual program, the development of which is already underway.

Reading time ≈ 5 minutes

Back in the spring, Olga Vasilyeva, head of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, said that in study period 2018-2019 the high school is going to change. This could mean that the previously announced adjustments were made to the number of subjects required for delivery in the form of the Unified State Examination. Tension immediately increased among the 11th grade graduates and their parents. However, later it turned out that the extensions affected only school curriculum: in high school two new disciplines were added for study - chess and astronomy.

The main thing on the exam

After lengthy discussions at the federal level, high school students of the 2019 graduating class were anxiously awaiting news from the Russian Ministry of Education. It was about the likelihood of changes in the number of subjects required to pass as: the introduction of a third, in addition to the Russian language and mathematics exam for 11 classes - history was discussed.

The Minister of Education complained a lot about the fact that schoolchildren began to have a poor knowledge of this subject, which is basic for education and a person’s worldview, and the study is superficial. It was planned to increase attention to history, making the exam on it one of the main ones. This is despite the fact that the surrender of history is considered one of the most difficult among humanitarian disciplines and pulls with it mass appeals during the examination period due to inconsistencies in the wording of tasks.

In addition, preparation for the exam in the subject is considered one of the most "resource-intensive": it takes a lot of time, financial resources and nerves.

To the delight of the graduates, this issue was resolved in favor of two trials. So, the following are required:

  • Russian language;
  • mathematics.
Olga Vasilyeva, head of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation

Changes in the USE-2019

It is not supposed to correct the structure and content component of the control and measuring materials (KIMs) of the Unified State Exam for:

  • chemistry;
  • physics;
  • informatics;
  • geography;
  • mathematics.

But it hasn't been without innovation. There are minor changes in other final examination tests, which in some disciplines shift the usual numbering. typical tasks. It is worth paying special attention to this.

Significant changes have taken place in the exam

The adjustments are:

  1. In Russian- a mandatory subject for delivery in 2019 in the 11th grade - the number of tasks has been increased. There were 27 of them, one more. New item - 21 - control of the ability to do text analysis for punctuation. Slightly added specs in #2, 9-12, extended range of spelling and syntax checking.
  2. Biology: the model of the 2nd item has been adjusted: the 2-point task with the choice of the proposed answers has now become 1-point, in which you need to work with the table.
  3. Literature: the criteria for evaluating KIMs with a detailed answer have been clarified.
  4. Story: in No. 21, a certain condition was introduced that determines the details of registration and the evaluation points were specified.
  5. Social science: No. 25, 28, 29 - the wording has become more precise.
  6. For foreign language: No. 40 in the part performed in writing, where USE participant can choose one of the topics of the short essay-reasoning “My opinion”, the task has become more accurate and the evaluation system has been debugged.

Among the innovations of the USE-2019 is the opportunity to pass the final test in Chinese.

USE in Chinese will be introduced in 2019

FIPI as a sample

This abbreviation is an abbreviation Federal Institute pedagogical research. It is on the FIPI portal that every year all projects related to the structural and content adjustments of KIMs are published - that is, demo versions of the very tasks that are solved by schoolchildren at the Unified State Examination. For future participants in the final exams, this site is useful in that you can get a comprehensive idea of what kind of tests are coming up on the exam, wording, types and complexity. Here you can also look at the criteria for assessing tasks in order to understand how to complete them correctly, giving a complete, correctly formatted answer.

It is important to understand that demo options are never included in the final works in the form in which they were presented as an example. But they are typical and similar to those that will be in real USE. Before the start of the new academic year, the published versions are discussed by professionals and experts.

The element codifier, located here, on the FIPI portal, will contribute to the formation of an accurate representation of the list of issues raised in the exam. It is he who will help to make a plan for repeating the studied material before the exam test.

The changes in KIMs for the Unified State Exam-2019 are of an unprincipled nature and will be easily mastered by high school students.

FIPI

equal opportunity

It is interesting to give the opinion of Olga Vasilyeva herself, the current Minister of Education, about the essence and effectiveness of the Unified State Exam about the Unified State Examination. The head of the Ministry of Education believes that with a different, sometimes polar attitude towards the Unified State Examination, one cannot deny the fact that 70% of applicants who entered the universities of the two capitals and St. Petersburg are visitors from provincial cities and villages.

It is a single standardized knowledge test that she calls a great incentive and a grand chance for all the guys from all over the country. In her opinion, it was the outback that nourished talents and new names.

USE

Yes, the minister confirms, at first the tests caused rejection by both schoolchildren and their teachers. At that time, preparation for the final exams turned into a process of coaching high school students in the main disciplines. However, over time, it is possible to gradually change the USE itself, introduce elements of reasoning and conclusions into it.

Vasilyeva hopes that she and her fellow teachers will be able to change the adopted system for the better, leaving the very principle of a single examination test giving children equal rights to enter a university.

So, while 11 classes, graduates of the coming 2019, still have to pass the exam in two mandatory academic subjects- Mathematics and Russian.

The problem of successfully passing the All-Russian Final Examination (or USE) begins to bother schoolchildren a year or even two before they finish the 11th grade. And no wonder - the exam is not just a condition that you will be awarded a school certificate at the graduation party, but also a kind of key that opens the door to a successful adult life. It's no secret that admission to higher educational establishments countries requires the mandatory availability of USE certificates in several specialized subjects.

In addition, the scores for the Unified State Examination should make you a competitive applicant and move you as high as possible in the final list of students applying for a certain specialty. And it is desirable - also to provide you budget place with scholarships. As a result, from the tenth grade, future graduates begin a "fun" life filled not only school lessons, but also courses, classes with tutors and self-training.

Moms and dads, sparing no effort and time, try to find the best for their children. methodological developments and study guides recent years of release to provide your child with up-to-date materials. However, long and diligent preparation for the exam is not the whole secret of success, because it is also important to navigate the possible innovations in national testing.

It is not for nothing that an agency has been created in the country responsible for the certification of eleventh-graders - Rosobrnadzor specialists regularly review the procedure, regulations and features of the exam, explaining this by the desire to make exams as efficient and transparent as possible. Of course, the final changes will only be known closer to the beginning of the 2018/2019 academic year, but today it is worth keeping track of the news in order to gradually form an idea for yourself about what you will soon have to face.

Changes in the USE-2019

It is not yet possible to speak unambiguously about future changes - they will become known to the general public only after the approval of the regulations for holding a new examination session for graduates. However, thanks to press appearances and official statements in Internet sources, it is possible to predict with a high degree of probability the implementation of several significant innovations. They will be discussed in the article.

1. Number of items for delivery in 2019

Not so long ago, eleventh-graders took the exam in a regime that can be safely called preferential. They were charged with the obligation to pass tests in just two subjects - mathematics and the Russian language. Then a variable part was introduced in the Unified State Examination, however, the students chose the rest of the subjects as they wished, comparing their capabilities with the requirements of the university where they planned to apply. Rumors that the list of compulsory examination disciplines will be expanded have been circulating in the press for several years in a row.

Experts in the field of education believe that a significant part of students prefer to simply take a minimum of subjects for admission, not wanting to receive additional knowledge. It was for this purpose that it was decided sooner or later to introduce the third mandatory USE. Initially, 2017 was called the update of the educational norm, but then the students “swept through” - the official authorities did not include an additional subject in the number of exams.

Perhaps in the 2018/2019 academic year, another mandatory exam will be added

Apparently, the graduates of 2018 can also breathe freely. But the new academic year - 2018/2019 - is likely to be marked by this innovation. The only question so far is what subject will be submitted to the USE session. If we talk about rumors in this regard, then there is still a struggle between several methodological groups and educational leaders.

History is named among the most likely disciplines, arguing that modern youth is poorly oriented in the past of their state. Geography is also cited as an option. If we focus on official sources, then not so long ago Olga Vasilyeva, who holds the post of Minister Russian education, stated that history will be introduced as a compulsory subject in 2020. By the way, by 2022 they promise to introduce mandatory certification in a foreign language - this was confirmed by the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergey Kravtsov.

2. Expansion of the list of foreign languages in the USE

Today, students are given the opportunity to take one of four foreign languages \u200b\u200bin the variable component - you can sign up for a test in English, French, German or Spanish. However, due to the growing popularity of Oriental studies, students from several territorial units of the country were invited to sign up for trial tests in Chinese. They say that if the “trial balloon” is successful, then this language will join the list of selective exams in 2018-2019. It is also quite likely to conduct approbation in Italian and Japanese.

3. USE-2019 in Crimea

Crimean eleventh-graders were "frightened" by the news about the introduction of compulsory passing the exam starting from 2015. However, in 2017 and 2018, they were left with the right to independently choose the form of final certification for admission to universities. The first of the possible options is the USE itself, the second is an exam at the university or institute where documents are submitted.

According to Sergey Kravtsov, in 2019, the special procedure for passing exams for Crimeans and Sevastopol residents will be canceled - they will definitely have to pass the exam on an equal basis with other schoolchildren. However, today a significant part of the eleventh-graders of the Crimea (about 85% of Sevastopol and 39% of the rest of the Crimeans) already write an application for passing the exam.

4. Complete exclusion of the possibility to write off

In 2019, Rosobnadzor will not leave schoolchildren a chance to cheat

The technical measures for conducting the all-Russian examination are being improved every year, however, some especially skilled schoolchildren still manage to use cheat sheets or electronic devices. In 2019, Rosobrnadzor promises to equip examination rooms with video equipment, cell phone signal blockers and metal detectors by 100%.

5. Innovations in printing CIMs

Another procedural innovation for 11th graders who will take the USE in 2019. From now on, all classes will be provided with printing equipment for preparing ticket sets and additional materials for them. Until the very beginning of the exam, no one will know which KIMs are selected as exams, that is, the innovation will significantly increase the objectivity of the examination. Secondly, thanks to the printing equipment, no one else will face the problem of lack of examination materials.

Interesting fact: Rosobrnadzor specialists promise that the new equipment will be able to provide scanning of submitted works immediately after the exam!

6. More retake rights

Now officials are working on revising the procedure for retaking the exam if the student received an unsatisfactory score. It is possible that students will have the opportunity to retake the subject not once, but twice.

Changes in KIMs by subjects

If you are applying for a high score, you should start preparing for the exam in advance

It will be possible to talk about some specific innovations in tickets only after the next session of the Unified State Examination. After the exams are held for students of 2017/2018, and the commissions check and analyze their success, specialists from the thematic commissions of Rosobrnadzor will begin to work on improving the KIMs. So far, it can be said that last years have become a period of calm - fundamental innovations are very rarely introduced into KIM. Some of the most notable changes include:

  • Biology- back in 2017, the number of tasks was reduced (from 40 to 28) due to the complete exclusion of simple tests with one correct answer. The tickets included more tasks involving the use of illustrative material, which made it more difficult, but the students were given half an hour more to work with. It is assumed that the number of practical tasks in KIMs 2019 will be increased;
  • Literature- from 2019, it is possible to introduce a new model of the exam, which will include only tasks of a creative nature. So far, they say that three separate blocks will be formed in KIMs: the first will be aimed at analyzing literary works, in the second you will need to convince the commission that you have mastered the visual and expressive means of speech, and the third will be an essay;
  • Informatics and ICT– we remind you that since 2018, programs written in the C language have been replaced with tasks using the more up-to-date C++ language;
  • Chemistry– in the 2018/2019 academic year, an increase in the number of difficult tasks with calculations.

Every year, the topic of current changes in the USE becomes one of the most discussed among schoolchildren. And this is not surprising, because this exam is the most important and difficult for every graduate, and it is necessary to prepare for it in advance.

The interest in the test is fueled by the fact that the government annually makes changes either to the procedure for conducting the exam, or to its program.

The coming year 2019 will not be an exception in this regard: the exam also expects a number of innovations, some of which will be quite significant. In order to be well prepared for the future test, it is important for graduates and their parents to learn about what initiatives Myobrnauki will bring to life this year.

Can the exam be cancelled?

As soon as the USE was introduced into the education system, it immediately caused a lot of controversy and debate. Thus, the proponents of the exam pointed out that it allows the most objective assessment of students' knowledge, as well as to determine the level of teaching of certain subjects in schools. In addition, the USE helps gifted students to prove themselves and get the opportunity to enter a good university.

Opponents of the USE, in turn, emphasize that the exam is a bit "raw" and contains a lot of flaws. Dissatisfaction is also caused by the fact that schoolchildren have to work hard to prepare for the exam, and this increases the burden on young people. Such stress negatively affects the state of health, both physical and psychological.

Parents also indicate that the level school preparation does not correspond to the complexity of the tasks that the exam provides. So, in order to fully prepare for the exam, you have to hire tutors and study extra for a long time, which not everyone can afford.

It is worth noting that many people perceive this test negatively because of its “pro-Western” format. Older people believe that Soviet-style exams are the best option, and test tasks alien to us and therefore ineffective.

Given this, rumors that the USE may be canceled regularly appear in various media and excite the minds of schoolchildren. However, the Ministry of Education and Science quite categorically states that the exam will remain in the education system and that the question of its elimination is not being raised.

Of course, the department acknowledges that the test contains some shortcomings and needs to be improved. Officials are ready to improve the exam and make it more objective and of high quality.

Thus, the abolition of the USE in the near future should not be expected, but changes can and should be made.

How many and what subjects to take in 2019

The main issue that worries every graduate is the number of subjects that the USE will include. From time to time, various rumors appear about the addition of new disciplines to the exam program, which is why schoolchildren are constantly in a "suspended" state, not knowing what to prepare for.

Indeed, the Ministry of Education and Science is preparing several innovations, one of which will be the introduction of another foreign language. Thus, about 3,000 schoolchildren will take tests in Chinese as part of a pilot project. Since the delivery of this subject will take place in a trial mode, it is quite possible that a softer grading system will be applied to it.

In addition, for several years now the Ministry of Education and Science has been talking about the need to introduce additional compulsory subjects. So, the department has repeatedly stated that the number of disciplines will be increased to 4: in addition to the Russian language and mathematics, students will have to take history and a foreign language.

But if this happens, then only by 2020, because the ministry wants to change the USE smoothly so as not to injure future graduates and give them time to adapt to new conditions.

Most likely, there will be three compulsory subjects: history will be added to the two current disciplines. It is quite easy to explain such a choice, because if children know the past of their country well, then they will be able to grow up as patriots and conscientious citizens. It is worth noting that schoolchildren will take history not in the form of tests, but in a more familiar format: the exam will be held on tickets.

As for a foreign language, it may become mandatory by 2020. This time, according to representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, should be enough for schoolchildren and teachers to improve their preparation for the exam and pass the exam well. However, it is possible that the introduction new discipline postponed a little if it turns out that this will create too many complications.

Oral delivery of subjects instead of tests

Recently it became known that the Ministry of Education and Science plans to reduce test part exam and increase oral. This decision was dictated by several factors at once, one of which is the increase in cases of passing the exam "at random": many students do not prepare for the exam, hoping to guess the correct answer in the tests.

In addition, some graduates try to tritely peep the right options from a neighbor or cheat with the help of modern gadgets.

The decision of the ministry was also influenced by the facts of the sale of answers to examination tasks by dishonest educators. Well, the last straw was that many teachers are trying to cheat and instead of in-depth study of the subject, they simply coach students on the tests that graduates passed last year.

Oral responses will help to more accurately assess students' knowledge and reduce the likelihood of cheating, officials said. Part of the tests should be replaced by "speaking" in the Russian language exam.

In this case, two options for passing the oral part are considered at once: in front of the computer and in front of the examination committee. Moreover, "speaking" can be used as admission to the exam.

Self-printing exam forms

Another innovation should be the refusal to deliver forms with tasks. Exam sheets are now delivered to every educational institution, where they are unpacked by teachers immediately before the exam.

But, despite all attempts to eliminate the possibility of speculation, teaching staff it is possible to discreetly print an envelope with tasks in advance.

To eliminate the risk of selling examination papers, the Ministry of Education and Science intends to equip educational institutions with special equipment that will allow them to print examination papers in a matter of minutes.

The tasks themselves will be available for printing just before the start of the test, and the date and time of the exam will already be indicated on the sheets, and the students will only have to write their name on the sheets.

Officials also suggest that this innovation will help reduce the cost of transporting tasks.

More retake opportunities

It is good for future graduates to increase attempts to retake compulsory subjects if the main result was unsatisfactory. Now schoolchildren have only one opportunity to retake the exam, but the Ministry of Education and Science decided to give students more chances to successfully pass the test.

It is assumed that two additional attempts to prove high level their knowledge will be given to children after grade 9 and after grade 11.
