I believe that such developments of open events allow the teacher to receive new information, get material for classes and improve themselves. Students and teachers have the opportunity to show a different side of themselves and show leadership qualities.

Summarizing the result, it can be noted that cooking classes, as practice shows, are quite interesting for students in themselves. However, even here, sometimes the attention of students is distracted by extraneous objects, they get tired during the whole day of classes. And understandably, they want more movement, vigorous activity. Therefore, I decided to implement knowledge control in the form of an open event.

By participating in competitions, we not only repeated, deepened and consolidated the previously studied material, but also rested.
