In my opinion, modern teachers are very lucky. We live in times of super speeds, intensive transformation of society. In times of great ambitions and incredible opportunities, children are always the first in everything. I believe that such developments of open events allow the teacher to receive new information, get material for classes and improve themselves. Students and teachers have the opportunity to show a different side of themselves and show leadership qualities.

Summarizing the result, it can be noted that cooking classes, as practice shows, are quite interesting for students in themselves. However, even here, sometimes the attention of students is distracted by extraneous objects, they get tired during the whole day of classes. And understandably, they want more movement, vigorous activity. Therefore, I decided to implement knowledge control in the form of an open event.

By participating in competitions, we not only repeated, deepened and consolidated the previously studied material, but also rested.

Assessment of students and teachers is based on the knowledge they have demonstrated, taking into account the ability to work in a team.
