In 2016, the number of paid places is not limited (the indicative admission plan may be increased), therefore, on a contractual basis, everyone will be enrolled without competition. The cost of education is fixed for the entire period of study, payment is made by semesters (half of the annual cost of education), however, installments or payment by means of maternity capital are possible.
You can submit an application or make adjustments to the existing one (for example, choose another specialty for training on a contractual basis at a discount) until August 19. For admission, it is necessary to conclude an agreement by the end of August and pay for the first semester of study. You can conclude an agreement on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 at the addresses Vernadsky Ave., 78 or st. Stromynka, 20 or in branches. For minor applicants, the presence of parents or legal representatives is required.

July 27 competitive selection begins and competitive lists are published: lists of applicants, ranked in descending order of the amount of points scored.
You can evaluate your chances of admission yourself on the website of the Admissions Committee in the section "Competitive lists". Your position must be evaluated in lists sorted by originals and first priority. Please note that the competitive situation changes daily.
A prerequisite for admission is the submission of the original before August 3 (subject to participation in the first stage of enrollment) or August 6 (subject to participation in the second stage of enrollment). You can submit the original on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00 (you must have a passport and a receipt for receiving documents with you).
On August 3 and 6, the Admissions Committee is open until 18.00 (August 1, the admissions office is open until 15.00,
August 2 - closed).
The issuance of the originals is carried out at the address: Vernadsky Ave., 78 at 17:00 (if an application for requesting documents is submitted before 15:00) or at 10:00 the next day (if an application is submitted after 15:00).
Please note that for a number of areas there is a separate competition for applicants on the basis vocational education(for one entrance test): the number of places for this category of applicants is determined in proportion to the number of applications submitted.
July 30- on the website and information stands, orders on enrollment of persons entering within the admission quota will be published:

- to the places allocated for the target set.
All unoccupied places for applicants within the quotas will be transferred to an open set, that is, the number of budget places may increase.
The enrollment procedure for applicants on a general basis consists of 2 stages:
Stage 1:
At the first stage, applicants for 80% of budget places will be enrolled. To participate in the 1st stage of enrollment, you must submit to the Admissions Committee by August 3 inclusive script education document. Enrollment is carried out according to the sum of points from among the applicants who submitted the original.
That is, if there are 10 budget places in the direction, then at the first stage 8 applicants will be enrolled with the highest scores from among those who submit the original before August 3.
This year there is no recommended list: even applicants with low scores have a chance to be enrolled in the university, provided that the original is submitted. However, even if you are the first in the competitive list, we will not be able to enroll you with a copy.
The original is submitted to the university, and not to a specific direction / specialty, and upon enrollment, you are considered in the order of the priorities you specified. If you do not pass the points for budget places in the first priority, you will be considered and can be enrolled in the second or third priority. "Shift" the original from direction to direction or write additional statements no need - the admission committee will do it for you automatically.

Stage 2:
At the second stage of enrollment, admission to the remaining 20% of budget places is possible, enrollment is carried out similarly to the first stage of enrollment.
To participate in the 2nd stage of enrollment, you must submit to the Admissions Committee by August 6 script education document. If you submitted the original to the University earlier, but were not enrolled at the 1st stage, then you automatically participate in the 2nd stage of enrollment.
At the second stage of competitive list only enrolled applicants leave, that is, you can choose which stage of enrollment to take part in.
If you were enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd priority at the first stage, then you continue to participate in the competition for budget places at a higher priority at the second stage without losing the place for which you were enrolled.
August 7- Orders for enrollment in the second stage will be published on the website and information stands.
Please note that the need for a hostel does not affect the results of enrollment: the competition for places in the hostel is held separately, that is, you can go through the competition for budget places, but not get a hostel and vice versa. The competition for places in the dormitory will be held within the quotas allocated for institutes, therefore, when entering specialties with a lower competition, the chances of getting a dormitory are much higher. Information about the allocation of a place will be indicated in the enrollment order.
If you want to be enrolled only in the case of a place in a hostel (for example, at a lower priority), then for this you need to submit an application to the Admissions Committee for exclusion from the competition in case of not providing a place in a hostel.
Enrollment on a contractual basis ends on August 31, 2015. To enroll in paid places, you must submit to the selection committee:
- original document of education or consent to enrollment (with a certified copy of the document on education);
- 3 copies of the contract for the provision of paid educational services, signed by the applicant;
- a copy of the paid receipt for the 1st semester of study.
Please note that this year a number of full-time courses are provided with a 15% discount at the expense of the University, subject to the conclusion of an agreement before July 24 or a shortfall of 1-3 points to the budget pass. Tuition fees (including discounts) are fixed for the entire period of study.
Even in case of admission on a contractual basis, you continue to participate in the competition for budget places, and in case of admission, the money will be returned minus the bank commission.

The complex of buildings of the Student Campus of the Federal Budgetary Educational Budgetary Institution of Higher Education "MIREA - Russian Technological University" includes the following student dormitories intended for non-resident students, graduate students, doctoral students, interns.

Residential area of the hostel - 8 359.0 m 2 .
The total number of places in the hostel is 1,320.
The hostel is a 14-storey panel building.
The hostel has double and triple rooms with all amenities (shower, toilet). Kitchens are located separately on each floor. There is a cafe in the lobby on the 1st floor.
The hostel has reading rooms, a drafting room, a rest room, a library, a left-luggage office, an ironing room, an isolation room, and more. To the services of students living in a hostel, an art studio, a choral studio, dance and aerobics classes. Near the hostel building, flowerbeds were laid out, trees were planted.
For students, parking for bicycles and a basketball court are equipped.

In accordance with the decisions of the Academic Council of RTU MIREA, annually for applicants for the 1st year at all levels of education (secondary vocational education, bachelor's degree, specialist's degree, master's degree, postgraduate study), a quota is set for the provision of places in the hostels of the University.
Places in hostels are provided to non-resident students of full-time (daytime) form of education on a competitive basis (according to competitive points upon admission), taking into account the benefits provided by law Russian Federation within the allocated quotas.
Quotas for places in hostels in 2019:
- SVE programs - 0 places
- Bachelor's and specialist's programs - 400 places, including for applicants with a set entrance examinations:
- Russian language, mathematics, informatics and ICT - 157 places
- Russian language, mathematics, physics - 129 places
- Russian language, mathematics, chemistry - 92 places
- Russian language, mathematics, geography - 2 places
- Russian language, mathematics, social studies - 6 places
- Russian language, history, social studies - 8 places
- Russian language, mathematics, creative exam - 4 places
- Russian language, social studies, creative exam - 2 places
- Master's programs - 150 places

- Quota for foreign citizens - 200 places
The hostel can only be provided to persons registered no closer than 85 km according to the official mileage of Russian Railways. The hostel is NOT provided to persons studying on a contractual basis.
Seats are filled in stages:
- For applicants within quotas
- For those enrolled at stage 1
- For those enrolled in stage 2
Thus, the chances of getting a place in a hostel at the first stage are maximum, since at the second stage there may not be enough places even for applicants with high scores.
The need for a hostel does not affect the results of enrollment: the competition for the provision of a place is held separately. That is, an applicant can pass on points for the budget, but his points will not be enough to get a place in a hostel. Exclusion from the competition for state-funded places is possible only if the applicant does not have enough points to receive a place in the hostel and in the application for consent to enrollment he indicated that he refuses to enroll in case of failure to provide a place.

Dormitory during the exams
For applicants in 2019, during the summer period, it is possible to provide places in the hostel for the time of submitting documents and passing entrance examinations.
Place of residence: Moscow, Prospekt Vernadskogo, 86, building 1 (the nearest metro station is Yugo-Zapadnaya). Cost of living: 508 rubles per person per day (the hostel is provided for no more than 3 days and 2 nights!).
To check into a hostel, it is necessary not later than 5 days before the date of check-in for each person (both the applicant himself and one accompanying person) who needs a place in the hostel, send an application and receive confirmation from the University on the provision of a place.
Check-in at the dormitories is carried out from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 20.00, there is no check-in on other days and times.

The procedure for enrolling in MSTU MIREA consists of several stages:
STAGE 1
July 27 relevant section rating lists are published.
- eligible for admission without entrance examinations;
- eligible for admission out of competition;
- arriving at places allocated for targeted reception.
STAGE 2
July 30 on information stands and the website in the relevant section are published enrollment orders applicants entering the target places, out of competition and without entrance examinations. All unfilled places in the target set are transferred to the general competition, that is, the number of places in the general set may increase.
July 30 taking into account the updated data on the number of remaining budget places in the rating lists will be indicated applicants recommended for enrollment in the first wave.
For enrollment in the first wave, you must provide the original certificate until August 4 inclusive.
5th of August on the information stands and on the website of the Admissions Committee in the relevant section, orders for the enrollment of the first wave will be published.
STAGE 3
As a rule, after the enrollment of the first wave, a fairly large number of budget places remain.
For empty seats can claim ALL applicants, which were not recommended in the first wave, but only applicants who provided in admission committee original certificate.
For example, if after the enrollment of the first wave there are 10 places left, then 10 applicants with the maximum scores who provided the original certificate to the selection committee will be enrolled until August 9 inclusive.

August 10 on the information stands and on the website of the Admissions Committee in the appropriate section, orders for the enrollment of the second wave will be published.
Enrollment on paid places is carried out only after filling all the budget places, that is, on August 10. For admission to paid places it is necessary conclude an agreement and pay for the first semester. According to the experience of past years, there is usually no competition for paid places, but theoretically it is possible.
