Methodology "Forecast" developed in LVMA them. CM. Kirov and is intended for the initial selection of individuals with signs of neuropsychic instability (NPU), the risk of maladjustment in stress. The methodology contains 84 questions, each of which is proposed to be answered "yes" or "no".

For prevention and diagnosis emotional state special importance is attached to the so-called neuropsychic instability, which is a reflection of both the mental and somatic level of an individual's health. NPU shows the risk of personality maladjustment under stress, that is, when the emotional reflection system functions under critical conditions caused by external as well as internal factors.

Methodology "Forecast" allows you to identify individual pre-morbid signs of personality disorders, as well as to assess the likelihood of their development and manifestations in human behavior and activities. It is especially informative in the selection of persons suitable for work or service in difficult, unpredictable conditions, where increased demands are placed on a person.

It is necessary to answer 84 yes or no questions within 30 minutes. Response analysis can clarify individual biographical information, features of behavior and state mental activity in various situations.

If the clamp cannot be removed, especially on the face, try to smooth it out with a light self-massage with circular movements of the fingers (you can make grimaces of surprise, joy, etc.).

Method 3.

In the case of even minor successes, it is advisable to praise yourself, mentally saying: “Well done!”, “Clever!”, “It turned out great!”.

Method 4.

Eysenck test (character, emotional stability, personality type)

Questionnaire published here as a sample psychological test , compiled by English psychologists G. Eysenck and S. Eysenck in 1964. This is still the most common test for assessing basic personality traits today. Of the 57 questions, 24 are aimed at identifying the degree of introversion or extroversion of a person. Both of these concepts were introduced by the Swiss psychologist C. G. Jung. The terms are formed from the Latin roots "extra" - "outside", "intra" - "inside" and "verto" - "I turn". Extroverts are individuals, by virtue of their organization nervous processes outward-facing, requiring constant stimulation from the outside external environment. They are characterized by a craving for new experiences, such people need company; they are characterized by relaxed behavior, they are sociable, carefree, talkative and at the same time impulsive, sometimes even aggressive. Their feelings and emotions are not always controllable.

Introverts face inward. They do not need significant external stimulation, and this property forms the specifics of the behavior of such a person. He is uncommunicative, he has few friends, but he is devoted to them for a long time. An introvert avoids noisy companies, is slow, serious, plans his actions and deeds, controls emotions quite well.

There are practically no "pure" extroverts and introverts, but we all occupy a position closer to one or another pole in this range.

Another 24 questions reveal emotional instability or, on the contrary, stability, balance. Finally, the test includes 9 questions that allow you to assess how sincerely you answered it.

One of the most famous tests was developed by the English psychologist G. Eysenck. It took several decades to create it.

Extroverts are characterized by impulsiveness, initiative, flexibility of behavior, sociability, which manifest themselves in functional endurance, the ability to withstand long-term or short-term excitement without going into the opposite state of inhibition.

Introverts are characterized by a focus on the phenomena of their own inner peace, which is expressed in unsociableness, isolation, a tendency to introspection. The functional performance of introverts during inhibition is manifested in the ability to form various inhibitory conditioned reactions. Extroverts work better in the evening, while introverts work better in the morning. It should be noted that pronounced types are rare. Each individual person is characterized by a greater or lesser severity of one or another property.

If you have 12 or less points on the second scale, then you are emotionally stable (up to 10 points - high stability, 11-12 points - medium); if more than 12 points - then you are emotionally unstable (15-18 points - high, 19-24 points - very high instability).
If you scored more than 4 points, then your answers were not always sincere and indicate a person's tendency to focus on a good impression of himself.

With the help of the questionnaire, you can also determine the type of your temperament. If you depict the coordinates on a piece of paper and set aside points (from 0 to 24) along the stability (stability) - neuroticism and introversion-extroversion axes, then the combination of characteristics will indicate the type of temperament.
