5. Chop the onion into cubes and sauté until transparent on the remaining 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.


6. Combine meat cubes, potatoes and onions in a large bowl.


7. Salt and pepper to your liking. You can add dill or your favorite spices. Mix well so that all ingredients are evenly distributed.


8. Divide the dough in half and roll out two layers slightly larger than the baking sheet. Grease it with oil and lay one rolled out rectangle.
